Owner Derrick does not do the painting but he is always checking in and out. Very happy with the work. They leave everything neat and covered. Very professional and intend on using them for many projects in the future.

It was the worst paint job that I have seen in my 35 years as a real estate broker with a large national firm in my opinion. I was lied to and get this....they used CEILING PAINT on the whole house. Walls, doors, baseboards. You can't wash anything off. They did not put the doors back on , the heat registers or cold air return grate, the light switch plates. The painter tracked paint with his footprint up and down the driveway and on the neighbors. I was lied to. They did not tarp. They did not clean up. Painter missed several WHOLE walls. Derrick had excuses for everything. He also sent a text that said "looking good". When asked he said he was there. NOT!!! He charged $2600 for a 1060 square foot townhouse, not cheap by a long shot. I suggest RUN IN THE OTHER DIRECTION! This is not a professional painter nor is he ethical or honest in my opinion. Check online sites for a reputable painter, you won't find it here.

Preferred Painting has painted the interior of two houses for the Anderson's. The quality of the painting is exceptional. Both sets of painters were on time and very neat in their approach to painting our homes. Both jobs were done under time constraints and completed on time. Both jobs were completed on the estimated cost. Derek Fairbanks and his crew are professional and I would recommend to anyone that needs good painting done on time for a fair price. I'd give Derrick a 1/2 star if I could, when he gave us our quote, he never mentioned signing anything and send it back or going to Sherwin Williams and giving him paint numbers. We had sent text messages back and forth agreeing to the price and date to start the work. He totally blew us off. BBB and Angie list approved??? Shame on you both

Preferred Painting & Decorating Inc. is the best in their industry. I just had over 30,000 sq ft of painting done to my house and couldn't be happier with the end result. My house is done to perfection. Sergio and his crew gave attention to detail and my house looks like the Mona Lisa! Thanks Preferred Painting for a job well done!
