I just recently had my house painted by CertaPro painters. They did an amazing Job. They were very neat and clean and Brandon is truly a perfectionist......We are so pleased. I will never go anywhere else for my painting needs. They were absolutely positively trustworthy in that they had access to my home where they literally had to open up in the mornings and lock up at the end of the day. I would recommend 10 stars if I could... Love Love Love CertaPro.........Rob and his crew are the best!!!!!!!!!.

Certapro just finished up painting the inside of my home. This was no small accomplishment. The room is very large and the ceilings reach 23 ft. I wanted to hire someone who would be on time, professional, quick (this project was very disrupting, as it is the center of the home and we have 6 kids), and the right price. We had Rob come out to take a look at the job on Tuesday and they were in here painting the following week. Not only was the price right, they were on time every day. This is not always typical for contractors. Actually, they were outside in their cars 10 mins early. I liked that Rob asked us, the customer, how early/late they could work. It made it as comfortable as possible for us. Work was beautiful, contractors were friendly. Thank you Cwrtapro Homewood. See you again soon.

CertaPro was AMAZING!! Not only was the service professional, they were kind and quick! They didn't take shortcuts either. I had dings and chips in my wall from wear and tear and they fixed them then painted the walls, leaving a smooth beautiful finish! I had my entire office complex painted by CertaPro. From the first phone call to the last day of painting, they were extremely professional, courteous, quick and respectful. I have about 100 people inside the building and most of the time you could not tell there were painters in the building. They were so fast and efficient, we were all amazed at the process. It was easy working with the company. The assessment meeting was scheduled and they even arrived early. They had already dealt with my village and knew what needed to be done to get the work approved. The crew arrived and made sure to cover all my plants/walkways. Eric, the sales associate explained everything in detail prior to having the work done. There wasn't any pressure to choose CertaPro Painters of Homewood. We liked this a lot. The word that comes to mind with CertaPro in Homewood is professional. Shop owner Rob Smith came out and assessed what needed to be done and then gave me several options. Crew chief Jesse Cuellar also came to speak with me before I chose to go with CertaPro. Once the work got started, Rob checked out it every day. Jesse and his crew came out on time every day and worked hard to get the project finished ahead of schedule. Every team member was friendly and their work was neat. Any issues I had while they were painting were taken care of quickly with no questions asked. This was the first time I had my house painted and I was more than pleased with the exceptional results. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anybody that needs a professional, high quality paint job.

Contacted CertaPro when my original painter had to opt out and it was the best decision made. Rob and his team were very professional walking through every detail and were willing to be flexible with the schedule . Once we settled on a date, they worked hard to stay on schedule, taking care of items that I had not even considered. The result is clean and the ceilings streak free(yes I am a freak about streaky ceilings). Holes and cracks filled where one can't see where they originally were. Beautiful work. And pricing by the way competitive. Would I use them again yes in a heartbeat and would highly recommend them.

I hired CertaPro to paint several rooms in our home last year. To say I was extremely disappointed, both in the quality of the work and the attitude of the painters, is an understatement. I purchased paint with the intention of repainting the problem areas myself because I didn't want to deal with the painters or this company again. When I had the time to actually do the painting, it irritated me that I felt I had to fix something done by a professional. Although I had convinced myself the owner wouldn't care about this, I finally did contact him. Well, he did care. A different painter came out & repainted the problem areas I pointed out. In addition to the areas that needed repainting, I asked him about a few other things but did not expect him to fix them - he did. So, not only did he do more than I anticipated, he was very courteous and willing to do a professional job. If this would have been my experience when I first hired them, without a doubt I would give them a 5 star review. So, the bottom line is, this company is worth hiring and if there are any concerns, contact the owner because he will respond to your concerns.

I had a tough paint problem - I had allowed my daughter to have her friends write and "create" on her bedroom walls with marker and paint throughout her high school years. But now, it was time to paint the room and the art showed right through the primer I had applied! I called CertaPro Painters of Homewood, and Rob Smith came out immediately. He worked with his supplier and set up a test wall with marker on it to be sure their primer would do the job. It took a couple coats of primer, and the walls came out beautifully! His crew also took care of removing very stubborn 20 year-old wall paper from a second bedroom in my home. They took care of removal, mudding, sanding and repainting the walls with fantastic results. From the start of the job to the finish, he and his crew were friendly, courteous and very concerned about getting the job done right. I very much appreciated these caring paint professionals and highly recommend them!
