We hired them to do some trim and doors. Their team was disorganized for our job and didn’t follow the meticulous prep process we were sold during initial consultations. Our end result was sloppy, awfully painted woodwork. It was so bad that I became pretty irate - the lack of care and respect shown for our property was appalling. In all fairness, they did replace some of our trim that they ruined and tried to smooth out the rest of their gloppy mess, but the end result on our trim still isn’t great and we now have chipping (because they didn’t properly prep). Also in fairness, they did a decent job spraying the doors. What was especially aggravating was that our sales rep disappeared after we had issues, and the owner couldn’t be bothered to speak with us.
