WOW WOW WOW What an incredible find!!! Saw one of their vans and just took a chance & called, Glad I did as I now have a painter for Life. Mario, "The Owner" is awesome!!!! He came to our home for a personalized quote, giving us recommendations and really educating us through the process. I ended up having Active Painting do our entire home, looks gorgeous. Mario's team is Super Pro, everything is masked off, floor 100% covered they didn't monkey around. Seems this company actually understands Quality and Service go hand and hand. The walls needed a little repair as well as the ceiling which they took care of and the results were fantastic! As if there was never any damage to begin with! They were very careful about making sure the walls had all imperfections fixed before painting. Being that this was a staircase and hall it was a challenge but the job was done like the workers were working in their own house. Mario's team does very high quality work, definitely the best painters I have worked with in the almost 25 years I have owned my home. The hard part of painting is in the preparation and clean up and they excel in both areas. They patched, sanded and taped all edges before painting and cleaned up thoroughly before they left, including using dustless vacuum, etc. Fixed nail pops and other problems with the ceiling as well before painting it. Mario communicates very well and is very responsive via text or email to any questions. Written estimate was very clear and pricing was reasonable. Mario replaced and painted our baseboards downstairs, refinished our stair railings, painted our stair posts, as well as painted one bedroom, the stairwell and all hallways and doors. There was a lot of work to be done and it all looks great! Mario was prompt in arriving for appointments and giving itemized quotes. His crew was on time every day and patient when we had to come in and out of the house while they were working in high traffic areas. The job started and ended on schedule. Mario was flexible when I added a few things at the last minute (like putting in new door hardware I had purchased and working that in appropriately to the painting schedule.) The crew left things cleaner than they found them. Everything went smoothly and there were no hidden or added costs at the end. I almost don't recognize my house (which is a good thing!). I was very pleased with the end results of my project. Removing wallpaper that has been on the walls for 30 years is no easy task, especially when it wasn't installed with an undercoat of wall sizing. Mario was a little skeptical about the amount of time his crew would need to complete the job but provided a very competitive bid. After removing the wallpaper, the walls not only needed to be cleaned and primed but skim-coated as well to repair the damaged drywall. Mario's crew also installed crown molding. After gathering a few estimates from around the area we decided to go with Active Painting. Mario’s quote was thorough and quite fair. And local. The crew was always on time and very conscientious. We had removed all wood paneling, trim, an interior window and two sets of recessed shelves that stuck out into our garage - all in our family room - and needed someone professional to come in and finish the room. It was not an easy job. But boy did they do a great job! The sheetrock was in pretty good shape under the paneling but had never been taped or finished. We also had three major holes that needed to be framed, sheet rocked and finished where the interior window and shelves had been. The crew did a great job and you can not tell an interior window or shelves existed In that room. Also, the trim work and crown molding are perfect! I love our room now thanks to Active Painting.

Active Painting did an astoundingly fantastic job painting my home's exterior. What other company delivers fantastic quality that is both under budget and on time? I am floored that I found Mario and his company via a Google search, and I did not know anyone who had used these painters before, yet I got such beautiful results. Most companies do not return calls, yet when I had a question I was able to call or text Mario and get a response within an hour or less. He and his employees are skillful, professional, pragmatic and trustworthy. I had no problem giving them the code to my garage to store extra materials. When a problem arose (our chimney had several rotting boards on it that were visible from the driveway.) Mario contacted me right away to give me options for fixing the problem. He was fine with me using my own carpenter to repair it, but also had a contact who could make the repairs for an inexpensive price. I went with his carpenter and I was not disappointed. The repairs were perfect, the cost was inexpensive, and the problem did not delay the job. There were no sketchy laborers, no broken promises, no unanswered questions and no sloppy workmanship like I have heard about from other companies. Also, Mario stuck to the estimate he gave me AND found ways to save me money! This company is full of pros, and yet its work is affordable. The job was finished yesterday and I posted side-by-side photos today of the "before" and "after," and my Facebook is blowing up with compliments right now. The house looks new, fresh, in fashion and totally gorgeous. I am not usually a person who takes time to leave reviews, but I so thrilled with it that I had to post this review. I can't wait for them to come back to paint the interior of our home! Thanks, Active Painting, for giving us the "curb appeal" we did not have before!

We used them for a commercial office painting, From the quote to completion they did exactly what they said they would, showed up on time, and they had to paint 15 pain glass doors, about 10 of them, which is a very tedious process, they look amazing as does the paint scheme we selected. Don't bother calling any other painter, Active painting crew is top notch!

He was very thorough and extremely helpful and honest regarding choice of colors and type of paint to use. Mario and his team did a great job for us! They did our kitchen/ dining area, a bedroom, a bathroom, and our kitchen cabinets (including trim and windows in each room.) Everything looks wonderful. Mario and his team were very professional, responsive, and reasonably priced. We wanted our garage to match our house but new siding was going to be very expensive. They did a great job painting and even removed things on our garage instead of just painting around them (like our outside lights). Our family room looks incredible now after installing new baseboard and trim around all of our windows. They fixed all of the imperfections in our walls / ceilings and painted everything to give a nice clean new look. We can't believe how the room turned out. He came out to discuss the project with us, provided insight and recommendations about how to paint the house, and he was always available during the process. A few things were particularly valuable for us: - He is very flexible, giving us time to get in and assess colors without impacting the timeline. - He worked with (and around) our flooring people without creating additional stress for us. I know it was more difficult for them, but was truly appreciated - They went through the entire house sanding, filling and prepping before they started and it really shows in the finished product. They also drywalled four 6x10 speaker holes that were in the wall from an old surround sound system...Mario does more than just painting I can't tell you how happy we have been with our choice to go with Active Painting, you really get what you pay for with Mario and this company!!

Mario was fantastic to work with! He was prompt and transparent in communicating all costs and options before the work began. We love our newly finished hardwood floors and trim! Mario went above and beyond during and after the work was complete. On the second day of work, the skylight in the house we had just bought and they were working in started leaking from a storm. The leak went onto our newly finished floors. Mario made a point to call me as soon as he was made aware. He also let me know about a leak in our garage. His communication on this issue allowed me to quickly resolve the garage issue and prevent further damage. Mario also sent someone to clean up and touch up the areas we were not happy with and during that time even showed me how to get scratches out of our new hardwood floors!
