I contacted a local paint store early in 2018 and asked for a referral for a good,local painter. Without any hesitation the clerk I was speaking with suggested that I call James, the owner of A Perfect Paint Job LLC located in Bloomingdale,IL. I called and set up an appointment for James to come over to see the areas that we planned to have painted. He arrived a few days later at the designated time. This was our second quote, so we had a ballpark idea where we needed to be. His price was very competitive. But that is not why we decided to go with him. It was his descriptive presentation as to what needed to be done re patching,sanding and painting.Two coats of paint rather than one.If scaffolding would be needed. Time to complete the job,type paint needed for these areas and why. We signed a contract with him in August of 2018. The job was completed in the time frame that was quoted.The completed work looked fantastic.Better than new.My wife and I were thrilled with the outcome and very happy that we chose James for our painting project.As James was leaving our house he made a point of saying that if somewhere down the road we felt there any problems or areas of concern we should just give him a call and he would correct the situation to our satisfaction. Our house has some very tall and pitched ceiling angles. As luck would have it, we began to notice some cracks in some of the painted areas in December,2018.I contacted James after the holidays and explained what was happening.True to his word,he came over,looked at the areas that we were concerned with and said,no problem, I will take care of this.Some of the repairs required mesh. Some required screws. This was taking place while we were experiencing our Polar Vortex. He showed up every day we had scheduled.He never called and suggested we reschedule because of the weather. Everything was repaired and repainted.It all looks perfect. He did all of this rework at no additional charge. He said that his word is his warranty and if we are happy with his work will recommend him to others,and he is absolutely correct. He is our go to painter for any future jobs.
