Roe paint tackled painting our offices - over existing wallpaper. From the initial consultation with Jud, to the on-site crews led by Shane, to the on-site visit with Andy, everyone has been pleasant to work with. Jud guided us expertly through the color section (things like warm colors and cool colors with existing trim), and we were not disappointed with his suggestion at all. Shane, Steve & Angie (and the rest!) were amazing to interact with. This is a busy firm, and we were not able to close our doors during the project. The crews maneuvered around us like pros, covering and uncovering equipment we needed access to, touching up a spot that our employee caused, and more - all with a smile. We were never made to feel like we were bothering them, or in their way. During the project, Roe did encounter an issue that took some time to resolve (with regards to the wallpaper), and during Andy's onsite visit he approved his staff to work during the weekend - so the crew could back on schedule with us out of the office. They were exceptionally accommodating to us. The whole project was inconvenient, dusty, and smelly - because that's what painting entails, but Roe Paint did everything they could to make it as noninvasive for us as possible.

On work day: on-time, mannerly, CLEAN, and the quality of their work is top-notch. On our most recent job--the painter/craftsman left the room in better condition than he found it and not just the paint job. Baseboards cleanED, room vacuumed, fan blades cleaned. AMAZING! If you think you are getting skilled craftsmen or professionals painters you are in for a treat! Smart marketing but very poor quality of painters. There is a reason they can't keep real painters. It's a company that's hires anyone to come paint your house! Be aware of any added charges, and if you want quality work you had better watch them. So they can profit. BE VERY CAREFUL ABOUT WHO YOU ALLOW IN YOUR HOME!

Job started mid February and we are still having issues and its almost july.my house is unfinished.they refuse to let me talk to the owner andy.the young guys they sent evertime have walked out at least twice.the paint is horrible.the customer service is garbage they are very rude and over priced for what was done.fair warning go somewhere elts. I will not remove my review as it is true.look again at your record's please under Cheryl...that is my home as well.but my mothers primary.pictures will be uploaded shortly.:) if more proof is needed.
