I understand that everything doesnt go as planned, but I regretted using Infinity Pro. He/they repainted our newly purchased "old" home. Project took longer than promised, went over budget and turned out far from great. From what was said before hand, we expected a solid, great looking paint job, but it looks and feels like a thin coat of cheap paint. Lots of minor blemishes in the walls. Although they're the contractor, he seemed to be irritated when asked why they didnt sand or prep the existing paint. Color wasn't perfect, but I understand that thats our fault, but he didn't want to help/guide us through the color picking process. It would've been great input as they painted "a lot" of homes in Hawaii.
