Sharper Impressions Painting Painted 2 large rooms at a commercial facility I manage and they did an amazing job! I was extremely impressed and satisfied with the amount of detail and care that were put in to both rooms. The workers even took the majority of a day touching up and meticulously checking both rooms to make sure nothing was missed. Finally there were 2 workers for the entire project and they could not have been nicer and more pleasant to work with! I will definitely be using them for all future painting projects!

Beware, do not use this company, they advertise their Atlanta office on Mansell Rd in Roswell, but the address is a Porter Paint Store. The Sharper rep doesn't have an office but works out of his truck and carries a cell phone. The local 770 calls are routed out of a call center in OHIO. Beware!

Sharper Impressions Painting was a HUGE FAILURE. I'm so upset at the time and money wasted I'm having a hard time putting this review together. I'll just say dont hire! They don't even have their own painters and the subcontractors that worked for us were not paid! Maybe thats why our job was rushed and they seem to not really care.

The exterior painting is great. The quote was very fair since I got a total of 5 quotes. Everyone was pleasant. One point, they put a film over the windows for exterior spray painting, but once pulled off, some residue remains. A few of my windows now require window washing to get the residue off. I recommend Sharper Impressions Painting. Update: They read this review and came out and cleaned my windows. They (and I) had never seen this residue on windows. Great they fixed the problem? Yes, hire this company.

Sharper Impressions painted the exterior of our home which is part brick part siding. Overall, the process was smooth and the follow-up was very good. Felix was our lead painter and he did a great job from prep work to final touch ups.

Incompetence from the get go. Repair work was a joke. Carpenter bee holes were caulked instead of wood replacement. Holes in stucco were filled with expansion foam and painted before foam dried so clumps of foam fell on premises. Was promised that those same holes would be sanded and finished but never were. Higher level woodwork was poorly repaired and painted. The 4×4s on the new deck had bark on 3 of the 4 supports. Dropcloths were not used on the driveway and was full of paint droppings. Was promised 3 weeks ago that repairs would be made but never came out. Could go on and on but you get the idea. How in good conscience can you perform a job like this? These guys give painting contractors a bad reputation. Thanks Michael for not following up like you promised!

After getting 4 quotes to paint our siding and trim, we decided to use Sharper Impressions Painting for our project. The house had not been painted in about 20 years, the wood trim was rotting in many places, and we had a set budget. When we met with Michael for the estimate, he made careful note of all the visible areas for repair and gave us a very professional and detailed quote on the spot. We selected Sharper Impressions because of their professionalism and affordability. The crew did a fantastic job. They were personable, had high attention to detail, and were very thorough, attending to each of our questions and comments in a patient and professional way. We are thrilled with the end result and are considering bringing them back for other painting and staining projects in the future. Thanks Sharper Impressions! We are very happy customers.

I'll start off with I am very impressed with the final product, as are a lot of my neighbors who have given compliments. It was kind of a rocky start trying to chose colors and get renderings produced, which the company offers, unfortunately the graphics designer lives in another state and we were unable to sit down with them and go through color renderings. I ended up doing the rendering myself so I could cycle in different colors to see which went best. Once the colors were selected and the production side started rolling it went pretty smooth. No project of that size gets done without any hiccups and Quincy was right there to address any issues that popped up. Communication was excellent, the workers were very professional, considerate, and were impressive to watch. End product was a masterpiece! I will recommend Sharper Impressions to anyone! Thank you Michael and Quincy for a brand new looking home!

MICHAEL THIEDE should be avoided when choosing this company. I hired him to paint the exterior of my house along with replacing any soft wood. He came out and was very professional and I accepted the quote and the work began. After they said the job was complete he was paid that day. I told him there were several areas that needed to be addressed. I called for 2 months. He finally came out stating he was sorry he was on vacation. He agreed on all of the repairs including not putting a support beam back under my window. I have a historical home with original windows that need beams. After four months of calling with no response other than I’ll have them back out I had to hire another contractor to patch my window. So now I have paid two people for the same job. I was able to reach him by chance on the phone again and told him I had to pay someone else and he said he would not be responsible for that and that he didn’t even remember coming out to my house until I reminded him of several other things we discussed. He didn’t have any concern as to the condition he has left my house. Now I am getting complaints from the historical society about my house. Very poor customer service from this man. I’m sure he would be very upset if a company he hired to work on his home gave him the same customer service.

Unfortunately Sharper Impressions is very poor at communication. We had them come out for a quote and everything was ok at that point. A week or so after I was told to expect the quote I called to check on status and didn't get any useful information. The receptionist simply said she would make a note for sales consultant to send it over and get back to me. They never reached out to me, I began following up every few days and always got the receptionist and the same message. After a couple weeks of calling in trying to get even a status update on quote (if not the quote itself), I gave up. Spent too much time trying to work with this company but got nowhere. Big communication failure on their part. Went with another company. I'd be hesitant if choosing Sharper Impressions purely based on this fact alone - even if you receive a quote, chances are you'll run into lack of communication down the line and if you do need to get in contact with them and call the office, chances are slim of getting a call back.

During our 'inspection' of the completed project, Michael and Juan, the crew leader, were more picky about touch ups than I was! The end result was perfection! Highly recommended!

DO NOT DO BUSINESS with Sharper Impressions! They have no full time employees to do the work, only subcontractors. They left huge areas unpainted, other places drips and unacceptable clean up. Finally responded to my concerns only after weeks of calling, texting, and emailing. Refused to meet me onsite to go over their work. Instead, sent out another subcontractor who did not speak English and also did an unacceptable job. I refused to sign off, and again asked to meet with me in person at my house to go over the work. Hung up on me. After repeated calls to both local and the president of the national office went unanswered. Finally had to file with the BBB. A truly disgraceful way to conduct business.

Overall, I was happy with my experience with Sharper Impressions Painting & I would definitely use this company again. I had my back patio/deck/screened in porch & metal roofing stained/painted. We had a little miscommunication on the 1st few days as to when the crew would show up but the project manager was in constant communication. I was also told the job would take 2 days & it end up taking a week (2 man crew). It was impressive they hand painted the entire patio/deck area & it looks great. The project manager even stopped by the house a few times to see how the job was going. I had an issue with the roofing & it was addressed immediately. The owner, project manager & crew were all very polite & respectful of our property. No one is perfect, so if there is an issue & you speak up I believe this company will do what it takes to make it right. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company for your painting needs!

Oh geez where to even start. Well for starters the painter used the wrong colors. I didnt realize this until after they left our home. Then, I called and left messages (that were never returned) for the painters to return and apply the correct color. If that wasn't enough I found the paint sample I gave to them and it is clearly so different! Not what I picked!! They wont fix it and wont refund my money.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. My fiancé and I got 3 quotes from different companies to get our cabinets painted white in our kitchen. We didn’t get the 4th one until we received a 25% off coupon in the mail from Sharper Impressions. Their quote came out to around the same price as the other companies, if not higher, but with the coupon, it was about $200 cheaper than the cheapest quote we got from the others. Who isn’t into saving money? This is our first home, we are 26 years old and our parents recommended hiring a company vs. doing it ourselves because time is money and we had no idea what we were doing. I know going with newer companies is risky because they don’t have many reviews to go off of but the ones we saw were good and businesses have to start somewhere. Sharper Impressions seemed great from the beginning because they provided a nice folder with all the information about the company and even offered sending out a color consultant to make sure the color they did on the cabinets would go with all of our other white crown molding. Every other company said they would have to take the cabinet doors off and paint them in the garage but this company said they had this “new special paint” where they could do it without having to take the doors off. My thought process was less amount of work means less amount of days I would have people in my house while I am not there, so I trusted this company and their process. I mean they are supposed to be the pros, not me. They started quickly and were done after 2 days. The lighting in our house isn’t the best during the day, so when my fiancé saw the finished product, he thought it was fine and they left. Once I got home and it was dark outside, I saw several drip marks, places missing paint and the cleanup was awful. I had to get on my hands and knees and scrub sprayed paint off of my wood floors and wipe paint dust off of all surfaces. I didn’t mention anything to the company about the cleanup because it isn’t a big deal but I did ask them what they recommend to get it off of the wood. They sent the painter back to try to fix the drip marks and missing paint spots but it seems like those were fixed but new ones were created. After the third time coming out to try and fix things, I emailed Tim saying you would think after the 2nd time coming for the same issue, a manager or someone would come out to overview everything to make sure it is all good but that wasn’t the case. He was very rude and ignored my concerns but he finally came out on the 4th time. When they arrived to the house, Tim did not say one word to me when he walked through the door. SO DISRESPECTFUL. I was in the middle of getting ready for work but I had sticky notes on the places that needed to be fixed, so I went upstairs to finish getting ready and when I came down 15 minutes later, Tim wasn’t there. He did not stay to see the finished product. I sent an email to the owner over their site and never received a response. I sent a few more emails, still no response. I called finally and a lady answered saying they got my emails but they are still figuring out what they were going to do going forward. I waited 2 weeks and I still haven’t received a response or call. This company is very unprofessional. If we try to sell our house, we are probably going to have to hire another company and pay another $2,000 to get it done right. I will say the sub-contractor was very nice and my only complaint about him was the cleanup. I think the way he was told to do this job was where it went wrong and of course he is just doing his job, listening to the person who pays him. We were the guinea pig of this “new paint” and the subcontractor mentioned several times “we don’t normally do it this way and that’s why the drips and uneven paint keep happening.” You would also think that after this many attempts, they would go back to their old way. This has been such a frustrating process, so I would not recommend using this company.

I had Sharper Impressions come out to paint my brick house white and they went above and beyond and got it done very quickly and thoroughly. I am very pleased with the work they have done. Whatever issues I had were addressed immediately at the job site after painting was completed. Also, Michael was very prompt before the job with any questions that needed to be answered in either texting or calling me back later in the day. Nothing but a positive experience and the work speaks for itself.

Did a job for these guys through another painter back in August but the project manager here in Roswell, GA has been dodging us and avoiding payment. The owner of the property has confirmed that he's paid Sharper Impressions but they have yet to pay me what's owed. Milford Collie was the contractor and he also hasn't been paid. This is a total rip off, increasing your bottom line and margins by not paying sub's for their work. Not paying someone for their hard earned money is not a game I would advise anyone to play.
