ProTect Painters of Central Gwinnett recently painted my house and performed the work in a very thorough and professional manner. They also did many wood repairs such as replacing brick molds and sills around windows. They did all the work with high quality, were very easy to work with, and thoroughly cleaned up with they were finished. My house looks great!

Great experience! Pam came to our house, advised us of the recommended work, proposed some color options, and left us with a detailed quote in hand. We selected a few colors that we liked and she personally came to our house to apply some samples so we could have a better visual to choose from. The crew was very professional and detailed. They did an excellent job! I've added some before and after photos as well. Before our house was an ugly yellow. With the help of Pam, we picked a Sherman Williams Tony Taupe for the siding with accessible beige trim. Absolutely love the colors! Thanks Pam! I would highly recommend Pam and Protect Painters to all my friends and family!

Pam/Protect Painters just completed an exterior pressure wash/paint job for us. The job was large in size and scope and they did a very good job. Pam was a pleasure to work with from the time she walked the property and gave us an initial proposal to the time we walked the property for a final inspection. If you do not care about quality painting, if you enjoy half painted walls, if you enjoy working with someone who does not take responsibility for work done to sub par standards, quite frankly if you want a horrible job completed, choose this company. If you want quality work or if you expect the job to actually be finished, choose a better company. Don't let these reviews fool you. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!

Had a previous painting company do a horrible job two years ago so I reached out to ProTect to help out. They came out quickly and gave a very reasonable quote. The job was fantastic, I had no idea just how bad my previous company did until I saw the difference. I would highly recommend Protect Painters to anyone who wants to transform an ordinary paint job(both interior and exterior) to an extraordinary one!! With just a few strokes they can change the entire look of any room or exterior of a house to something completely different!! I was very pleased with the price, and also so impressed with Pam’s obvious business acumen and approach, I hired her immediately without obtaining quotes from anyone else. In just 4 days they were able to paint the inside of my 2-story home, as well as pressure wash and stain my porch and deck, plus some exterior repairs and paint. Avoid this company. Pam will a nightmare to work with. She will be nice in the beginning and then look out.

Beware of this company. Pam will quote the job and then try to increase the quote through nickel and dime tactics. They tried to replace the paint we specified with cheaper paint. Pam takes no responsibility for mistakes and provides only one solution. Charge you twice for the same work. Her painter argued on site and left paint all over our basement and windows. We did not choose this company, our General Contractor did and he and our designer said they would never use Pam or her company again.

I referred Pam and her team to take care of a claim for our agency that in involved repainting and siding an older home. She had to bring the home to current standards in the process since the existing siding wasn't readily available or financially feasible. When Pam and her crew were complete the house looked like a completely new house. in sparkling new siding and fresh white paint. Their prices were very reasonable as well.

Everything about my experience with this company has been a nightmare. I hired Pam and her crew to paint my cabinets and a custom double sided mantle over my fireplace. Initially we discussed painting my cabinets and then doing glazing or distressing everything in all the creases and crevices. We looked at pictures together and and I was told the look I was going for would be no problem. Cabinets were painted and and rehung. First issue was that when they were rehung nothing was even or level and they hung so cockeyed that there was huge gaps on various sides. I text the owner about this and told her there was an issue with that and told her that her lead guy told my sister in law (who was there that day for me with the painter) that the "distressing" wasn't something he often did and didn't feel comfortable doing it. She came the next day with stain markers and told me that it was no big deal and not too worry, so I tried not to. So the next day the "distressing" commenced. I had to be at my salon that day so when I came home that evening what I saw literally wrecked my entire day. It looked like a kindergartner took a crayola marker to my cabinets and custom mantle over my custom double sided fireplace. I didn't contact Pam that evening about it because I knew she was coming by the next morning for payment. When she came in and saw the work that had been done she told me that's that how it's supposed to look. I was in shock! She gave me the option to have her guy come back with his marker and touch it up and that I would have to be there to stand over his shoulder to tell him yes that's good or no that's not, I thought I had hired a professional that I wouldn't need to baby sit but clearly that wasn't the case. She also told me that my cabinets we in such sad shape to begin with that basically anything was an improvement. Which I will admit that the last time they were refinished that the painter didn't prep properly and paint was peeling off but the boxes and doors themselves were not in bad shape. After quite a bit of thought I felt like a quality job that would be even just okay couldn't be achieved with a stain marker by someone who didn't feel comfortable doing the job in the first place. So the guy came back out and just painted over the scribble on my cabinets and mantle. So I didn't end up getting the finished product that was initially agreed upon and will have to hire someone else to finish the job. To add insult to injury my house was left with paint splatter all over all of my stainless appliances and splatter and smear on my brand new hard woods. I would warn anyone against using Pam and her crews.
