We just had Lopez Painting stain our cabin and could not be happier. Since we are not at our cabin full time yet, we had limited opportunities to get the project done. Juan took time out of his weekend to meet us on a Sunday afternoon since we had to leave the following day. His quote was very competitive and provided great details about the products they use. He was again able to meet our limited availability and schedule the job when we could be at the cabin. Unfortunately the weather turned cold unexpectedly. Knowing our time constraints, Lopez Painting showed up to pressure wash our cabin even though the temperature was just above freezing and it was snowing! After having to wait a couple of days since it was too cold to stain, Lopez Painting quickly and professionally took care of our cabin. Finishing out project had to be slipped to the following Monday since they couldn't get everything done in just 2 days. Again the weather was not cooperating with the forecast for rain the entire following week. Just when we were beginning to think we were going to have to take another week off of work, Juan called on a Sunday morning and asked if it would be OK if they came out and finished the job that day since they knew we had to get back. You don't normally get that kind of customer service. We could not be happier with the outcome of our job. Communication from start to finish was excellent, with regular texts to keep us up to date. We will not hesitate to use Lopez painting in the future and probably wouldn't even bother getting quotes from other companies.

We hired Lopez Painting to pressure wash then stain our decks, front porch, wooden fence and vaulted ceilings over our porches. Two years ago they pained the inside and outside of our newly constructed home. They did a great job and we appreciated the ongoing communication about their schedule and progress. The house looks brand new again with the finished decks! We would recommend them and will likely use them again.

We used Lopez Painting to paint our house in Ellijay. We were very pleased with their work. They are very skilled and do a clean job. No messes or mistakes. I made a poor choice on my deck stain color and Juan worked with me to quickly change colors and helped guide me to a better color that matched the rest of the house. I felt like the price was fair and the job was well done. They pressure washed, repaired rotted wood, and painted in about 5 days with intermittent rain. I thought that was pretty good given the size of the job.

I can't say enough about Lopez Painting! I was given the name and contact information by my neighbor, after admiring the beautiful job the had done on their cabin. I contacted Juan Lopez and the project was quickly started, after a very reasonable quote was given. I was involved in the selection of high quality Sherwin Williams solid stain that has a 7 year warranty. After seeing how well that was turning out, I got a quote for pressure washing and painting my metal roof with enamel paint. It was 12 years old and badly stained and dull from the elements. I'll never regret following my instinct about that. My cabin is now more beautiful than it's ever been, and everyone that has seen it share the same sentiment. They were very efficient, courteous, professional and hard working, as well as trustworthy. They showed up when they said they would, and worked hard. We hired Lopez painting to paint the ceiling, walls and trim in the basement of a new house my wife and I bought. Then also painted the master bedroom, half bath, master bath and mud room upstairs. To start the bead board walls were uneven, the ceiling, some sort of wide board was also uneven. It was not good. Juan Lopez sent Jose Montoya and his wife out to the perform the work. They did a great job exceeding all our expectations. Jose and his wife spent almost the entire first two days prepping the basement. The evened out all the imperfections in the walls and ceilings downstairs. They took so much time and care to insure the job was done correctly. After they were done with the prep work they did most of the painting on the last two days. Four days total. Well I have to tell you I could not believe the results. Incredible. It was like a brand new basement. The walls and ceilings completely straight the paint was applied perfectly on the walls contrasting with the bright white paint they applied on the ceiling and trim. The walls they painted upstairs again perfect. I cannot remember being so pleased with a job done around our old or new house. It was money well spent, anytime we need painting or staining done they will be our go to company. Five plus stars if I could rate them that high.

We have a difficult home when it comes to painting/staining. The home was built on the side of a mountain, 50 feet high in the back on sloping mountain ground. My background was in the consumer paint industry so we knew how difficult it can be to find a professional painter who can work under difficult conditions. Lopez did an outstanding job. Normally you would expect to ask a contractor to re touch this or re do that but we found them self aware to the point that any thing needing to be done was found and corrected before we needed to ask. They did our home two years ago and applied both paint and stain. They had the patience to apply the paint at the correct thickness or amount depending on the ware level from sun impact. Over the years we have dealt with many paint contractors but Lopez was the best we have ever dealt with.

After acquiring 3 quotes, I decided to go with Juan Lopez and his company. He quickyly came out the next day after I had called and provided me with alot of knowledge about staining my cabin and the product he was going to use. I felt confident to give him the job and hire his company. I am really delighted to say that they met my expecations and did an excellent job on our cabin. Everything they said was done above and beyond. All the stain was applied via spraying and backbrushing with no brush marks on the wood itself. If anyone is looking for a reliable company that does excellent work, I suggest you give them a call! I will be calling them back in the fall for other projects.

Unfortunately we had a very poor experience with Juan and his team. They did a poor job, especially with the pressure washing, resulting in very poor stain job. They stained over dirt and mildew - sealing it in. They stained in bad weather and rain resulting in milky decks. We will have to have all of the decks redone. There were other issues such as poor pressure washing of the cabin and windows, leaving an uneven stain. I recommend you be on site when the work is being done if you use them so this does not happen to you.

Lopez Painting just recently stained my house in blue ridge. All I can say is that this company cares about customers and doing a great job. Our house was in bad shape and it had been a while since we had done anything to it. Juan came out and gave us an estimate and gave us some recommendations on different types of stains to use.
