Based upon experience, in my opinion Intown Painting is the best painting company in Atlanta!! Intown Painting repainted the interior of my house and it looks absolutely AMAZING!!! I couldn't have asked for a better result. Keith recommended a neutral color for the walls and I am so happy that I went with his suggestion. The walls look stunning! Intown Painting is extremely professional, clean, and the communication is outstanding - I knew exactly what was going on at all times (even when I wasn't home). I highly recommend Intown Painting for any remodeling projects. I am blown away with the quality of work!

I was extremely pleased with all aspects of the work completed by Intown Painting. I hired him for interior painting and it was finished in a timely manner, with great attention to detail. I found Keith's crew to be prompt, friendly, clean, thorough and knowledgeable. His price was reasonable as well! He always returned my calls promptly, and communicates very clearly. I have already recommended him to two other friends, and they have been very satisfied as well. I plan to have him paint the exterior of our house in the spring.

I'm sure that most people have had the experience of a contractor taking too long, not showing up, arriving late, etc. Keith returned my first inquiry call immediately, came for the estimate for wallpaper removal and painting my halls and large living room, followed up a few days later (which no other company did), and sent his proposal. When we hired him, he came on time with his painters and they finished the job in 2 days. They also cleaned up everything including vacuuming my carpets when they finished. I would not hesitate to recommend this company, just be sure to discuss payment options.

I don't write reviews very often and most of us just do when we are not happy with the services (trust me I done it too;-) But there is something to say about Intown Painting. I hired the company about 2 weeks ago to paint the exterior of my house. As a real estate agent I see a lot on interior and exterior painting projects. But Intown Painting exceeded my expectations of their work from beginning to the end. The crew was friendly, courteous and easy to have on my property for a number of days. I am very pleased, particularly with the matching color and workmanship!

I interviewed several painting companies to paint the exterior of my house and I chose Intown Painting for two main reasons: 1) He came with high marks after doing a great job on my parent’s house and 2) I got the feeling that Keith was an honest and fair business person willing to go the extra mile to satisfy his customers. After accepting the bid, Keith got us on the schedule promptly. Since our subdivision is at the point where most of the houses need their 1st repaint I was able to compare our project with other projects going on in the neighborhood. None of the other crews I saw did as much nor as thorough prep work as the Keith’s crew did on our house. Intown Painting really got the house ready for a top notch paint job. I was really impressed because the prep work is one of the most important aspects of a painting project. The crew also did a few extra small repairs without adding onto their original price. They finished by doing a really great job of painting the house. The entire project took only 5 days from start to finish and the house now looks absolutely wonderful thanks to their professional efforts. Keith and his crew lived up to my initial impressions and whenever I need painting work done in the future, I will call Intown Painting.

Professional workmanship, a high level of customer satisfaction and trust worthy…my experience when I hired Intown Painting. After meeting and receiving estimates from several painters to do some minor repair work and to paint the exterior of my home, I decided to hire Intown Painting because of their reputation and satisfaction guarantee. It took a while to work out some issues with the Home Owners Association (to put it kindly), but Keith stood by me and was there when I was ready to begin with the work. Their crew did an outstanding job and I can honestly say that their quality was second to none. I couldn’t be there every day but I had no problem trusting them; also anything I pointed out that needed attention, they corrected. They were neat, cleaned up at the end of each day and were respectful of my neighbor’s property as well. I just can’t say enough about these guys and the entire staff.

If I could give less of a rating I would!!!!!! My Roommate hire this contractor to paint her house. The worst painting contractor I have seen in a long time. It was just a bad experience not to be repeated. The owner is rude and he always looks like he is drunk or on drugs which is very unprofessional. The worst client care I ever seen in my life. The quality of the job was very poor. Do not use this company if you want a good job.
