AFTER SIGNING THE CONTRACT, THEY HAVE BEEN DRAGGING THE WORK FOR A MONTH SAYING THEY WILL START THIS MON, THEN NEXT WEEK, THEN THEY SAID PRESSURE WASHER BROKE DOWN, ETC THEN THEY FINALLY ADMITTED THEY COULDN'T WORK ON THE JOB BECAUSE THE PRICE THEY HAD QUOTED ME AND CONTRACT THEY HAD SIGNED WAS LOWER AND WILL HAVE TO RE PRICE IT TO $2000 MORE THAN PRICE EARLIER.. I filled out a request on their website for an estimate and never heard from anyone for over a week. I had to submit another request and send an email before someone got back to me. They advertise prices starting at $1090 for a small house, $1390 for a medium house, and $1790+ for a large house. The sales rep gave me an estimate for my 1100 sq ft house for $1990 just to paint it. (He added in other services bringing the actual estimate total to $3185!) When asked why it was so much, he told me it was because I wanted all 4 sides of my house painted. I think it goes without saying that we will never do business with this company.

I am always very skeptical when it comes to people working on anything that I am responsible for. With that in mind our home is 30 years old and was in need of painting and some areas around our windows, gutters and chimney were rotting and in need of repair. Gonzalez Painting came out and did an estimate that I was unfortunately unable to be present for. So I called them and rescheduled a time for me to talk with the painting team and I walked around the house with them and talked through my concerns. After we finished, they got started immediately. They worked for two days to finish the work. 2 guys the first day to work through the majority of the carpentry and caulking that needed to be done as well as the window treatment. The 2nd day a team of 4 people came by and worked like a well oiled machine. Since I do carpentry myself I would say their level of work in the area of carpentry is a 7 but the level of detail, knowledge, skill and efficiency of their painting, is at least an 8.5 but I would give them a solid 9 for our home. Our home is just under 2500 sq ft and they did an amazing job. The house looks amazing and I would recommend them to anyone. Not to mention they pressure washed and stained our deck. Great team, wonderful work, and a 99.9% satisfied customer. Please give them a call.

Muhamed came out to give us a quote and helped us get a start date. Edgar and another gentleman showed up on time and started pressure washing on Tuesday. I thought this was a bigger job than for only two men. Each day Edgar talked to me to make sure my expectations were being met. Friday afternoon I came home and they were loading their ladders. During the walk thru, we found two minor items that they fixed right away. Before they left, Edgar handed me a 3 year warranty and said to call if I have any issues. They walked the property and made sure to pick up all debris. Excellent work!!

This company is very unprofessional. I used them because they did good work on my neighbor house. I also went with them because alot of companies kept saying an "American company" which I thought was slightly racist. They did good work for most part. When work was finished I paid the painter $3,000 cash, and received no warranty or receipt. Paid cash because they charge a 3% fee for using a debit card. 3 months ago I called them to redo some of there carpentry work, based on my 3 year warranty. Took them a month before they were able to finally send someone out. I explained to Alex, the so called assistant manager, Jonathan the painter never gave me warranty or receipt. So I emailed him the estimate I was provided and gave him the painter name. So they finally sent a new team out to complete job. I recently had a roof leak, and got a roofer to come out. The roofer states the wood on chimney needs to be replaced, that where the water is coming in at. This was supposed to be done at time of the painting, which is shown on the estimate that I have. I speak to Sophie, who is really nice. But couldn't get me an answer, so she transferred me to Alex. Alex says he remembers me and states he will call me back in an hour. Of course he didn't call back so I called him the next day. He states the manager Muhammed said I need to show him warranty or receipt before they can do anything. And I explained again I never received that from Jonathan the painter. He acts like he doesn't remember them coming out just 3 months ago to honor my warranty. Now he states my info is not in the system. This company is bogus. I asked for the address to send in a certified letter to them, but says he can not provide me the address. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! I SHOULD HAVE USED AN AMERICAN COMPANY!!!

We received a fair estimate to start with considering we were supposed to have sheet rock repaired, windows glazed and the interior and exterior painted. Day 1 - While they were working inside we left to eat and run errands to stay out of their way and came back to find the entire interior of our house wrapped in plastic so they could get an early start the next day painting ceilings. This would not be a problem if we had been told this was their plan at the beginning. Day 2 - Some of the areas that sheet rock was repaired looked great while others were not smoothed or sanded. Found a picture that someone had stepped on and broken and a crack in our granite counter top. Day 3 - Painted the entire exterior and pretended to smooth the sheet rock areas. Did not glaze the windows or replace boards on the exterior. Day 4 - Their office sent the crew back out to glaze the windows which took them all of 1.5 hours because they did not remove the old cracking glaze, did not use window glaze or clean the paint off of the windows. Payments - Received a small discount since they did not do what they said on the windows, sheet rock or wood repair and was charged a 3% fee to pay with a card over the phone. They charged me the incorrect amount and called back at 4:45PM today to tell me that if they did not receive the corrected payment by the end of the day today that I would be charged a $150 late fee I would not hire them again or recommend them to anyone else, there are plenty of others out there to choose from.

Paint with Gonzalez!! I can't stress enough how great my painting experience was with them! The customer service at the office was phenomenal. I spoke with several people, and they each answered all my questions. The quote ended up being more than i anticipated, however they were willing to give me a fair discount. The whole process is fast and simple. The quality of the paint job was excellent. They missed one spot on the back of my house, however I didn't notice it until 2 weeks later, so I gave them a call, and they sent a painter back out to fix the problem. Gonzalez is an honest company, I guarantee you will not be disappointed.

Estimator pretended for some reason to the company that he did not come out when he did,and was told they trust estimators over clients and I should understand. Horrible! Do not use this company! Warning! They were scheduled to paint my house the first week of the month & they did not show up until 3 weeks later. They sent only one guy out to the job instead of sending a least 2 people out to complete the job. It took forever to complete. They did not match my paint color correctly and tried to argue it was my fault. They got paint all over my bbq grill instead of being professional and covering it up. They cracked my siding and tried to cover it up by caulking and painting over it. They were scheduled to come back and fix all these issues and they never showed up. Their customer service is horrible with the exception of the estimator. Please find someone else to paint your home.

I originally gave this company a good review before we realized how many corners the workers cut. We realized they did not finish some of the mud work as promised, and they did not correctly glaze our old windows. We also found a crack in our granite countertops which I assume was caused by them standing on the countertops to do work. I was very hopeful I would be pleased with them despite negative reviews. As of now we are working with them to “fix the issue”. I feel they probably encourage their workers to cut corners to save time and money. I would have paid more than what was asked + tip if they had done the job well. I recommend watching every move they make if you choose to use them. I feel the need to add, the areas they didn’t rush and did correctly look amazing. Unfortunate they rushed the second half of the job.

I recently purchased a home and hired GONZALEZ PAINTING to paint the entire interior. They arrived for the free quote on time and answered all of my questions. We scheduled the painting to begin the day after my closing. The painting crew arrived on time on Saturday morning. Everyone was friendly and very professional. The foreman was extremely helpful and assisted me in picking out the perfect paint colors for my new home. The workers were efficient and extremely skillful. The estimated completion of the job was 3 days. The painting crew asked if they could work on Sunday and I said yes. To my surprise and joy, they finished the entire job on Sunday working until 6:30 pm to complete. I am so happy with the finished project that I have told all of my friends and family about Gonzalez Painting. I would and have recommended them to anyone looking for an affordable well-done painting job. This is the third time we've used Gonzalez painting. Each time they've worked they responded to the request for an estimate in a timely manner. After accepting their bids they gave us a date for the work to commence. This last time, they actually began work a week early. Each day workers arrived at 9:00 A.M. and stopped working at 5:00 P.M. Our house was built in 1953 and the caulking job they did was exceptional. Their services included pressure washing, scraping / caulking, prime coat entire house, followed by two coats of paint. Clean up was excellent. Workers were professional and courteous. I encourage you to get a bid from this company. You won't be disappointed.

This was the first time that I had to paint the exterior of my home, so I was doing a lot of research on painting companies. I came across he advertisement for Gonzalez Painting in a pamphlet. The estimator who came out to provide me with my estimate was very knowledge and personable. As I got more quotes from other companies, I was comparing their estimators to the one from Gonzalez Painting. None of them compared to him, so I knew that this was the company who I needed to go with. Lisandro G. was the painter who painted my house. He listened to me and my concerns. He made me feel comfortable with asking questions about the job. A paint job that was suppose to last 5 days, Lisandro completed within 3 days. My neighbors have complimented me on my new paint job which it makes me positive that I made the right choice. I strongly recommend Gonzalez Painting. I will be using them again next year to paint the interior of my home.

Low ball estimates. Then when the work is actually done, the invoice is much higher. The office does not answer your calls or call you back after you agree to have the work done. They do not provide a breakdown of carpentry work unless you demand one. Our carpentry list had duplicates and was nearly $300 off! We had to have the painter come back out and agree to the actual list and they had to get the office to redo the invoice. How many lists are incorrect and customers cheated? Alex refused to review the list or send the estimator back out. The paint crew had to mediate and get this corrected.

The painter left trash all around the house including empty paint cans and caulking guns. There are spots that need to be touched up. I would never recommend this company.

gonzalez painting is a joke for customer service, follow-up, and practices bait and switch. i literally called 12 times to finally speak to a live person to schedule the paint job they gave me estimate for. i had to argue with the person that the initial estimate given by me was lower than this new price that came out of nowhere. they told me the initial estimator who sent me their email didn't work there? when i sent them the email their response was "well, look at that, we did send that!"...seriously? i got a second estimate and it was over 1k the first one because they said the estimator didn't include the primer needed to paint brick..uh..duh...you call yourself a paint company? i would give 0 stars for the frustration and inability of them to manage customer service...stay away because it's a comedy of errors.

We unfortunately an unpleasant expererience with this company. Painters were no call no show on the day of service; a call to their customer service was answered by this lady who talked in a condescending manner to me, throwing blame everywhere and denying that was my work start date (it was clearly stated on the estimate by the way). I have worked in customer service before so I am particularly careful and courteous whenever I call any customer help line. Too bad this lady chose to be rude to me. We rescheduled the start date and on this day the painter arrived with no idea of the color I had agreed on with the estimator. The rude lady again called blaming me for changing the color (mind you my estimate clearly stated I wanted a different color). I was okay with the painter and his crew and the work they did - even tipped to show my appreciation. But I needed a receipt for the $1320 that I paid and the lady saw an opportunity to be rude and condescending again. That was as far as I could take it. We have other painting jobs to do but we will take our business elsewhere. Manager tried to resolve the issue but he never calls back when he promises to; overall very unprofessional in my opinion.

I made an appointment with Gonzalez Painting for an estimate on 6/20/18. My appointment time was from 12-1. At 1:15PM I called Gonzalez Painting to see when their estimator would arrive. Not to my surprise, the estimator ran into car trouble and was unable to make the meeting. This would have been understandable if they called to let me know, but they made me wait around. Anyway, they said they can come around 3pm which was inconvenient for me. I gave them the lockbox code to proceed with the estimate without my presence. This was on Thursday. Fast forward to Monday (today), I hadn’t received my quote yet and I need to schedule painters immediately. I called up Gonzalez Painting and asked about my quote. They put me on hold for over 20 mins. They kept transferring me to different people. Finally after calling them 5 times, I finally got to talk to Leslie. I told Leslie about my frustrations and she informed me she would have estimate sent over in 15 mins. ONE HOUR later, I finally get this estimate....and it’s not like they advertised. They advertised 1k for exterior or small house, they quoted me 2300. My house is only 1300 sq ft so I’m already furious I wasted all this time. They also advertise they will beat/match any written quote. So I gave them what other painters quoted me, (about 3k less) and of course...they couldn’t match that either. In total, I wasted 4 weeks from the day I called Gonzalez painting to schedule an estimate. Their staff are unorganized and the customer service was awful . I would stay clear. You get what you-pay for, and this is the the prime example .

We had several estimates done for the painting of our exterior. We went with Gonzalez because of the professionalism of the estimate and the great price, and we were not disappointed! The crew (2 men) was here for 3 1/2 days. They pressure washed day one, caulked and painted siding day 2, finished the siding and did trim and shutters day 3, and came back to finalize a few things we noticed day 4. They were friendly and helpful. We had several carpenter bee holes in our tim that they repaired well... and did not argue or hesitate to fix an area if we noticed an issue. We will recommend them in the future!

Scheduling had a little miscommunication for the initial estimate, however when I hired the painters, they were at my house at exactly 9 am everyday. The painters were respectful and knowledgeable. I left them in my house all three days by themselves. Granted it was a new house and nothing was inside it, but I trusted them. They prepped my house extensively and carefully. I had my kitchen cabinets, two staircases, a built-in, and my master painted. I love the make over.

The Corporation has been dissolved for several years so that knowing who to sue is difficult. I have no intention of letting them off the hook for what they have done to me. This company's customer service is awful. I had an appointment set for 12/7/18 but the painter got into an accident and had to reschedule no problem. We rescheduled for 12/11/18 but then I received a call the painters wife went into labor and my appointment was moved to the afternoon. Then they called and advised they could not come out until 12/13 I was frustrated but agreed. My appointment was for between 9-10. At 10:50 I called the office since no one had arrived and was told the painter called out sick and they needed to reschedule me for Monday the 17th. First why did I have to call and see where the painter was? I think I should of received a phone call letting me know once again they would not be out. People have to take time off to wait for these appointments just to be STOOD UP??? No thanks Gonzalez painting I will find a painting company that understands customer service. I would give this company negative stars if I could! It made me pick 1 star they don't even deserve that!

The office staff and the painting crew all respond quickly to all questions and were very polite and respectful . Estimator Jose, came to the house and gave an estimate of $1570 . The price I paid never changed a dollar. I did ask to upgrade to Sherwin Williams Super paint, and paid the $290 difference, so my total was $1860 tax inc. We had other company quotes as high as $3500. Gonzalez was very, very reasonable, with awesome work. No surprises. No additional fees. No issues. They painted two large rooms, and all rooms had high walls. This was not the 1st coat but I was informed 2 coats would be done if needed and only 2 rooms required 2 coats, but they all looked amazing when completed. No mess at anytime. They cleaned up the house as the job progressed Great job Fransisco Mearavez team. Next time I need painting done I'll call these two. We gave 5 Stars and if you are smart you should give them a chance for 5 stars too. You will be pleased . They gave extra discounts on top of the price. Ask and you receive you discounts .

The cost was amazing! It was much lower than other estimates for the same work and materials. They didn't ask for any money up front. They were very professional and communication with the office was professional also. They did a great job on my home. The only request that cleaning up after the job. My walkway and other minor things was left uncleaned. Other than that I am satisfied with the company. The rates was also good.

Scammers Had them out for an estimate and of course it was the cheapest. We purchased the paint because we wanted a top paint that would last and gave it to the painters when they finally showed up. They lightly pressure washed the house and did no scrapping of old paint. I was at work when they painted and upon returning to check their work, I mention the old paint under the new paint and they said it would not cause any problems. Two weeks later I had paint peeling all over the house. I climbed up on the ladder to take pictues and found they did not paint anywhere you had to climb up to see( tops of gudders, spouts, flashings, behind bushes, sides of stairs and back of fireplace chimney. No primmer was applied, so areas that had old paint was a different color then other places. I have been calling for over seven months to get them back out to correct problems and each time I call they have no record of our contract. Even after emailing a copy four times with pictures they say they are too busy. Mistake letting my wife hold their check for the job. She didn't check their work...just too damn trusting. Oh, I called them acting like a new client wanting a paint job. They were right out, wrote a estimate of how badly I was in need of painting. They could be out the following week to do it. When I then explained I wanted them out as a repaint job for a poor job, I'm still waiting three months later for a call. DON'T USE THESE CROOKS!!!

The trim paint was so horrible and the quality of the paint they used not a good quality when compared with other painters. People who paint don't understand English and they don't listen to us when we try to convey something. They are not worried about customer satisfaction. Once job did they need their cheque asap before we take time to take a look. Spoke to office people and the lady whom I spoke was rude when I told them to correct it. She says they do one coating only for white trims and the walls. If they don't look good and need one more coverage I need to pay an additional cost to fix it by doing one more coating. They don't clean up the old paint. They just do painting on top of the current paint even if peeling. It will peel after 2 or 3 years along with old paint. Overall I don't recommend this company to paint. Two of the neighbors canceled their painting project after seeing the finish of my house exterior painting. Sharing a few pictures. Due to security reason can't share all the pictures. FYI, every positive review you give they pay few dollars. I want to be loyal and not to give a positive review for the discount they pay for positive reviews. Once they correct their work I will get back and share my experience of how good or bad they are.

After giving them three jobs, I would think, I would have gotten better service, when paint begain peeling off window of one of the house, they painted. I was going to have, the club house painted when they got though the warrenty work. They have set 3 appointments and not shown or called for any of them. When you call to talk to the scheduler or the manager you talked to, the new person says they no longer work they. It's a shame, because with a little better attention to follow up with their customer base and doing what they say they are going to do, this could be a great painting company, but I wouldn't give them my nusiness again, after how they handle problem after painting home.

I had my home painted by Gonzalez Painting and I've never been so satisfied! I called to get an estimate and the very next day they sent someone to give me an estimate. The estimator was very polite and quick and gave me a reasonable price. The painting process was very smooth and was shorter than what I expected! Over all I'm very pleased with Gonzalez Painting!

Great Job, Reasonable price. Jesus gave us a good estimate he came twice to go over the details with my husband about some wood work needed to be repaired. We were very happy with the results. The painter Arvey was very nice and professional. We definitely will recommend Gonzalez Painting. We hired them to paint the exterior of our house. We will continue doing business with them, we will call them again to do the interior of our house.

They gave me an estimate on my property and followed through with when they would be able to paint my home, The work was done professionally and the quality of paint used was excellent. I selected the colors and everything was followed and honored as promised. Great Job. I will use them again for interior projects as well.

STAY AWAY FROM THESE CROOKS! One of the painters that came to my house stole a couple of items from my house when they left. I called the office to complain and all they did was claim they never had that problem before and would alert management. I never heard back form "management" or Ashley, the agent that said she would call me back when she found out something. They left stains on the walls that was there before painting which means they didn't use any primer to cover it up. This is the worst company, I would not have shared how unprofessional they are if they at least admitted fault about the items and paid me for what the painters took. DON'T HIRE THESE CROOKS!!!!!
