Carpet Care and Beyond

A company that does not pay it's sub-contractors in full will normally not take good care of it's customers. Unfortunately we have to place liens against homeowners in the Beach-side Colony Resort because Full Turn will not do something as simple as returning a phone call. Do you think as a customer they will return your phone call once they have a deposit?

We used to Full Turn Services for painting the interior of our home. Crystal and her team were great, they finished our project much quicker than most people were quoting us and they re-checked their work several times to make sure they were complete. We were able to do a final walk through and point out places for touch ups and her team worked with us every step and made it right!! We were lucky to have Full Turn Services finish our entire home within a week, thanks so much! The new paint made such a difference! We love our new home!!

Don't waste your time with these guys. They likely won't every show up. I worked with this company for a month on estimates and we were finally ready to start the project after we closed on the house. Everything was set and the estimate took the project manager out to check out the project the day before it was supposed to start. A week went by and nothing happened. I contacted the office and they said they reassigned the project manager and the new project manager was on vacation for a week. When he got back, I called again and got not response. When I finally got a response, I was informed that the person that estimated the project had been fired and they needed to send someone out to re-estimate the project. This is two weeks after the project was supposed to start. Aaron came out to verify the quote and scope of the project and was supposed to get back in touch with me that day. Didn't happen. I called his cell phone. I emailed him. No response. I called the office and the woman I spoke to said she would reach out to him and get back to me that day. Didn't happen. Calls, texts, and emails continued to go unanswered. Finally three weeks after the project was supposed to start and I had to move out of apartment and in to the house (a construction zone now), I get a text from Aaron stating that they wouldn't be able to finish the project before I had to move in. I responded to his text immediately asking when it could be complete. No response. Aside from this, at the same time, this company was doing a project at my place of employment. I guess I'm lucky they never showed up at my house because the quality of work was horrible. It took them three months to remodel two bathrooms and it still was not right. Absolutely horrible tile work and general workmanship. You'll be much better off going to a different company or doing it yourself. It will save you a ton of aggravation.

they were hired to replace a restroom light bulb, which ended up being a wall switch replacement , they couldn't fix it after 2 visits because they had to order parts. I never heard of such foolishness. We are talking about a small regular restroom with 3 stalls, Another electrician came, parts were gotten from Lowes, problem fixed the same day. I wouldn't ever hire this company for anything

When Hurricane Matthew happened our home suffered minor damage to the roof, which caused a leak inside to run down our wall. I contacted Full Turn Services and they sent someone out the very next day! Kenny was great, very polite and fixed the outside issue on the roof first to prevent water from coming in again. After he addressed that issue he looked inside to make sure no mold or mildew had set in. We had a fan on it, which helped. They then took some of the window seal down so it could dry and then the next day sent someone else out to repair it. We were impressed by how quickly they responded and fixed our problem. Thank you Full Turn!! :)

To all interested parties please beware of hiring this comoany. There are many and much cheaper companies that do same kinds work. They are in the hole over 230,000.00 dollars. They should rename slogan to PROBLEM CAUSED.

My dog recently had a litter of six puppies. One night my fiancé and I put the puppies in their kennel for bed. Thinking we were sure to lock both kennel locks, the six puppies managed to get out and tear through the room for 8 + hours. Not only was everything in their path destroyed but the carpets had anywhere from 50 poop stains and 100 pee stains, that were trampled through and rubbed all into the carpet!! I immediately called Klean Karpets and by the next morning they had a truck in fix the issue. The carpet that was nearly brown from poop and urine, now looks as if it is brand new. It smells amazing in the room after they are done. They will truly make you love your house again. Their crew is always happy to be there and they love to make you happy as well. This is a stand up company that will always have my business.

Pretty much same experience as William Brown. Set aside time for a quote, guy came out to take info for the quote, and I never heard back from them again. Called them and asked for the quote, was told they'd be back to me within the day. That was 3 weeks ago. Frustrating.

Full Turn is our favorite vendor to work with by far. We are a brand new student living apartment community in Savannah, and use them for both our monthly janitorial and carpet cleaning needs. College students can be extremely messy to say the least, and manage to create stains at a rate that can be hard to keep up with. Stains that, of course, always manage to end up on the tour route or right in front of the leasing desk. The Full Turn team is so attentive and quick to respond, but above all else, truly cares about their clients. They understand that maintenance and cleanliness issues can severely impact business, and make it a priority to resolve these issues quickly and effectively. They are doing nothing short of an outstanding job. Shout out to Crystal Watts and Aaron Cradduck, who are a daily pleasure to work with. We love you guys!!

Full Turn Services did a wide variety of work on my house on Hilton Head: interior wall painting, ceiling repair and painting, outdoor light fixtures and fan replacement, TrafficMaster floor installation, whole house power washing, deck and stair water sealing, sand/re-stain front door, re-caulking, concrete/masonry waterproofing, door handle replacement, etc, etc. All work was done beautifully, professionally and timely. But what set Full Turn Services apart was their responsiveness and their willingness (all of them) to help in other work that they weren't even contracted for. For instance, I had new countertops installed (with new sink) and new kitchen appliances delivered. At different times, different guys from Full Turn jumped in and helped install the appliances, even the electrical, and helped re-install the kitchen faucet. (The big box appliance company did NOT get a good review for delivery). This is all on top of a very long drive for them every day from GA. Big thanks to Aaron, Taylor and the whole professional crew: Cortez, Art, Robbie and Jay. Job(s) well done!

I called Full Turn Services to fix my front door (a small job that another service company charged $250 and didn't fix properly). Full Turn Services was extremely professional, showed up when they were supposed to, and fixed the entire problem, which ended up being not just the door jam, but extensive wood rot across much of the front of the house...a large 2-week job. They were even able to save my historical door arch - and understood the importance of having the arch door for re-sale. I am so happy that I found them, as I am not sure another company would have had the expertise to fix the solution completely, and I would not have trusted another company to complete the work while I was not home. They were also very affordable and cleaned up after themselves. I have since called them for another project, and would recommend them to anyone!

If you need any house repairs done...this is the team to call! They worked on two areas of my house at the same time, and got the job accomplished in no time. They are worth it. I was able to get a window base repaired and carpet repaired in less than 2 hours. Very friendly, they clean up after themselves. Showed up on time and went straight to work. If in the future I need some minor repairs done again, I’d definitely use this service again!

My initial reaction was good. I called and easily schedule an appointment for them to visit my home and see the work that needed to be done. We spent over an hour discussing the work, various options, etc. All was good and I was told that I would receive their quote within several days. A week went by and not a word. After leaving 3 messages over the course of 2 days for the person who visited my home I did not receive a return call. Almost 2 weeks have now passed since the original visit and still no word. I guess it's better to learn all of this upfront! Be warned.

My mother lives in Savannah, and it's difficult for me to trust someone to go over to her house to get work done. She's going to be selling her house and needed her powder room updated. Upon the recommendation of a friend, I called this company. They came out when they said they would, and communicated with me about the project. While they weren't the cheapest company to give us a quote, I felt like they were far more professional than either of the other two "guys" who went over. This made me feel much more comfortable since I couldn't be there to make sure things were done correctly. Some contractors will try to get away with anything they can, especially with older people. (I'm a contractor, myself, so I may be a little pickier than most people. I live out of state, so I couldn't do the repairs.) They were punctual, clean, and communicated with me throughout the whole process. Sean, their supervisor, is a great guy - my mom loved him, and that's saying a lot. I didn't get a before photo, but here's a during, and after.
