Fresh Coat painted the exterior of my house. They did a wonderful job! The house is stucco front and siding on three sides. It required lots of repairs including replacing fascia, soffits, window sills, window moldings, repairing shutters, replacing siding, filling woodpeckers holes in stucco, and reglazing wood windows. The estimator, Allen, was very thorough in itemizing and documenting the repairs, so there was no question what the quote included. Betsy, one of the owners, helped me choose the colors. Edgar, the on-site supervisor, was very professional and polite. He gave updates at beginning and end of each day, and answered all my questions and addressed all my concerns. All the crew members worked efficiently and were courteous to me and my family, who were home while they worked. The entire job was done in less than 5 days. The job looks great, like a new house. Workmanship was excellent on repairs and painting. Alan, the other owner, and Edgar gladly addressed all my concerns at the final walk-through. The quoted price was honored with add-ons for 2 repairs that I found after the job was started. The price quoted was the middle of 3 quotes. It was closer to the highest than the lowest. I'm extremely satisfied with Fresh Coat Painters, and will recommend them to friends, family, and anyone who asks.

Alan and the team are terrific! I have a professional building that needed updating and Alan and his team helped me through every step. Because we are open 6 days a week, the team had to work around my schedule and they were so patient with me. Even after I changed my mind last minute about 2 paint color selections, they were still patient with me. The work was detailed and the crew kept the place clean and neat. So had them come paint my master bathroom in my home and they were again exceptionally detailed and patient. Ask for Moses. He is an absolute gentleman and great crew leader to work with.

Excellent job, beyond my expectations. They must be busy as I had to schedule almost a month out for a whole-home exterior paint, but well worth the wait. Due to rainy conditions, the job had to be rescheduled and I was called promptly to let me know about schedule changes. They always kept in touch with me via phone. They sealed MANY gaps in my hardyplank and trim and did a great meticulous job. Looks like they even reattached a loose shingle for me! The final price was exactly the same as the estimate, no hidden costs. Definitely recommended.

Fresh Coat of Buford and Alan were highly recommended by a friend to paint the exterior of our home. The work took 3 days - one to pressure wash, one to caulk, and one to paint. The final bill and the estimate were exactly the same. Along with the itemized estimate, we got a copy of the company's insurance policy, and the whole crew is bonded. A lot of care went into prepping the house - taping, covering light fixtures, etc. Cleanup was complete and the crew hauled off their trash. They even hung my flagpole bracket!

Alan and Freshcoat turned a really poor experience into a great one. I found during this experience that Freshcoat truly stands behind their work and cares about what they do and how they do it. My story had a few twists and turns before my project was taken on by Alan that went through Greg Platz at the corporate level. All interactions had Freshcoat taking the high road and believing the customer (in this case me) in what was a unique situation.
