Five Star Painting’s Michael provided the total cost and all options for payment before we scheduled the painting. His assistance and suggestions in selecting the colors was very helpful. The team of professional painters he provided made the job a snap for us. We did not have any problems or concerned during or after the job was completed. The Kitchen, Dining Room, Living Room, Hallway, and Entrance Way of our home were painted according to the plan Michael provided. He provided a schedule of when the work would start and a time it would be finished which was met with time left over at the end. The Painters were outstanding and very Professional. Their help in moving heavy furniture was greatly appreciated. They made sure to cover any exposed areas not being painted. “JOB WELL DONE” I would hire Five Star Painting again when I need painting done.

I called on Five Star to do some painting in my living, dining, stairs and hallway. I have to say they did a very professional job. Each day the painters arrived at the exact time they said they would. They were very friendly and cleaned up after themselves each day. They used a high quality paint and the quality of their work was exceptional. Michael came out each day to check on the progress and did a walk through with me after the painters were finished. The experience was great!

I cannot speak on their paint job since we did not choose them. I called and asked for an estimate on a ceiling repair and painting our tall foyer. Jon Lassiter came to our home for the measurements and estimates. From the beginning he was a jerk. He came into our home and began trying to "joke" on my husband about the ceiling repairs. At one point he saw some paintings in our home and randomly asked "who's the indian?" After rushing around with measurements, we sat down to discuss the estimate. He told us about the employee insurance (i dont care). He asked us how many homes we have owned (what does this have to do with painting?) And broke down the cost of each estimate. We explained that we were not ready to commit to the job yet, we would like to discuss it overnight. Jon quickly shut his notebook said there was nothing else to discuss and practically stormed to his car. We watched him throw his book into the car, slam the door and drive off. My husband and I agreed that we would gladly pay 100 dollars to never encounter this snarky, angry man again. We will not be using 5 star to paint our home.

The painting crew got our entire interior painted in 3 days, and they even came on Saturday to finish it up early for us. Our experience with the first painters from 5 Star was very unpleasant. After voicing our displeasure (even though it was 6 months after the job was done because we kept finding issues) 5 Star was very responsive and sent a team the next week. Sam and Ashley did a phenomenal job in just 1 day to fix all of the imperfections the team before them had left behind. They went above and beyond our expectations to make sure everything was perfect! We are very happy now!

Wanted to sincerely thank Mike, Chris. Jesse and especially Sam and Ashlean of Five Star Painting, for the incredible work they did on our home! We required a full interior house paint, kitchen and bathroom cabinet repair/re-finish and exterior doors. casings and 12 foot pillars repainted. We chose Five Star for the sterling on-line reputation, and they did not disappoint. Jesse contacted us “immediately” after we sent a request through Home Advisor. He showed up when he said, and anyone living in Warner Robins for a while knows that in itself is a major accomplishment! Jesse was a pleasure to work with during the initial walk through and was able to do far more than we even knew we could have done, and he gave us an on the spot estimate. not days or weeks later. And the final quote with available discounts was beyond our expectations of what we could have done to the house and still afford. so, Thank You! We requested Five Stars best paint team, and where willing to wait for their availability. Sam and Ashlean showed up to begin that job as scheduled and immediately began the most meticulous prep work, taking great care of our home as if it where their own, that we had ever encountered. They were professional, explained things to us as they went along, worked with us on where to start in the house to work around a family of five, and we cannot thank them enough for their concern of being so accommodating and least disruptive to our family, while still getting the job done quickly and to Five Star’s quality. Over the next week they worked with us on our work and families schedule and their availability to maximize the amount of work they could get done in the shortest amount of time. They quickly earned our trust with our home and personal belongings, where we had not issues allowing them entrance in our home to work while we were away, and we DO NOT take that lightly, TRUSTWORTHY, again our sincere Thanks! The quality of work, inspected daily, was outstanding! The lines “cut-in” around the trim work, look machine drawn, it was the best I we have seen, along with the uniformity of coverage! It was obvious that Sam and Ashlean where not just painters, they have mastered the Art to the Science of painting! Where we were really blown away. was with the work done to repair our $20,000 Custom Kitchen cabinets. Whose finish had pre-maturely failed and peeled. These were antique cream cabinets with bronze glazing and did not believe that with 10 years of aging, a partial repair would not be noticeable difference from the others not needing repair. HOWEVER, when challenged to do so, not a single person who has visited our home since, has been able to tell where Sam and Ashlean refinished the section of cabinets, versus the original, enough said! Now, not a single project goes without a glitch or two, but as Jesse first promised and Chris reinforced, if ANYTHING is NOT to our liking they will be back to make it right! After the job was complete, and a few weeks had gone by there were a couple things we wished had been done differently. We contacted Chris, and Mike agreed immediately to get it done to our liking. You cannot ask for more than that!!! THANKS FIVE STAR, our HOME is beautiful, and our castle once again!

We had a 400 sqft deck that was in bad need of refinishing to get the house ready for sale. Michael came to give us a quote and was prompt and professional so we decided to have Five Star do the work and were not disappointed. The deck project was completed in minimum time and looks great. I do not know how we could love our house anymore now! We had Five Star paint both our master bedroom and stairs...plus patch a hole in our popcorn ceiling & refinish our cabinets to be an antique distressed white. We are so very in love with it! It looks like the cabinets have been that color since the beginning of time! I can't imagine our house without them. We are trying to come up with more ideas to keep using them! It was so cheap compared to other companies and we were nervous, but now we couldn't be more thrilled! We love it!

The Five Star team executed a complex job handed to them professionally and delivered a great final product. I wanted not just painting but wanted it done with two complimentary colors and crown molding put in to boot. If that was not challenging enough the room is six sided with a 13 foot ceiling. It did take 3 days but they told me it would (with all the odd angles the Crown molding was a serious challenge). They never stopped working and got it done and even put up some drappery rods at the end! Seeing it finished was a genuine wow moment. I can not know, of course, if everyone will enjoy my own experience with Five Star but myself do recommend them to anyone who asks. Great job Five Star.

Michael and his crew from Five Star Painting have just completed the painting of our house. We are very pleased. The first thing Michael did was review with us exactly what we wanted done then he produced a detailed proposal of all that would be done along with the total cost of the project. We liked that and hired his company on the spot. He then told us exactly when they could start the project. They started when they said they would, did exactly what we had agreed was to be done as well as a few additional things we discovered in the process. Everything was cleaned up before they finished . We would give them our highest recommendation. Also we plan to have them do some interior painting in the near future.

They have a truck down here in macon that drive local and whoever drives is reckless. He or she has jumped in my lane without signals multiple times last minute,I was just cm away from hitting the back and it appear they aren't checking their rearview because I moved into another lane because I didn't want an accident and he or she then jumps in my lane nearly hitting my car. I said all this to say hire safe drivers their were children in my car.

An absolute NIGHTMARE! We put our house on the market and needed to spruce it up for a pending sale. We were on a timeline and I was very clear with the company about my expectations. We got an estimate of around $5400 to repair/paint the exterior of the house. I made the deposit and was told that the scheduler would call in a few days to schedule the work. Scheduler never called. Two weeks into this, I had to track down the scheduler. *I should have walked away* Finally, we get the work dates set. The day before work is to begin, the project manager and carpenters show up to assess the materials needed. They determined the estimate was VERY low. After phone calls with the project manager and the owner, I was told that an additional $1800 was needed to do the work “correctly”. We negotiate $1200 instead so I agreed to let the work continue (even though I felt baited) mostly because the owner gave his personal word that the project would be done well and on time. *I should have walked away*. Carpenters show up to replace damages boards/trim and I’m told that the upcoming pressure washing may reveal more damage. NEW project manager shows up after carpentry/pressure washing work to do a color match for the new paint. She was very hurried in her tasks and even though I specifically said that samples needed to be taken from areas not exposed to the sun to get a true color match, I was ignored. *I should have walked away* Siding was not checked after carpentry/power-washing and painters were given the go ahead by the project manager to begin. They painted over the damaged wood using a color that DID NOT match the original house color. *I should have walked away* The project manager showed up the next day for a final walk through and agreed that there was still a significant amount of damage that had not been repaired. She also noted that the paint on one side of the house was “streaked”. When I showed her how “off” the color was (they did not remove the shutters when they painted so the original color was still available/visible), she was speechless. This happened early on a Friday. *I should have walked away* I was told the owner was going to be contacted and I would hear back about a plan of action. On Tuesday, I still hadn’t heard from Five Star so I messaged to say I wanted to terminate our contract. I was not home most of Tuesday and was surprised when my realtor texted to say Five Star was contacting them REPEATEDLY making threats of a lien, threatening to contact our closing attorney, etc. (I had a for sale sign in my front yard with my realtor’s contact information) I was even MORE surprised to pull into my driveway and find the owner and project manager on my property unannounced and pulling at my siding! The owner approached me with a huge smile and cheerful greeting, probably assuming my realtor hadn’t already contacted me. When I confronted them and asked them to leave, the owner became VERY aggressive. I had to repeatedly demand that they leave my property while he constantly challenged me. *I walked away*. Needless to say, both sides are lawyered up. If you are interested, I have dozens of pictures of what went wrong. The house was also viewed by a certified home inspector and a mortgage appraiser that “failed” the house AFTER Five Star painting completed their work.
