We scheduled an estimate for wallpaper removal online. My wife left work early that day to be home by the 4:30 appointment. They never showed, and we never received a call that our person was unable to come. I called their office to make a complaint that they never showed up. They placed me on hold to call the estimator directly, who never answered. They got me back on the phone and told me they left him a voicemail with my contact info. They made no effort to reschedule my appointment, and left me at the mercy of being called back my the person who already missed my appointment. Unprofessional. Avoid. EDIT: I called back after five days of no contact and was given the exact same message. They called the estimator and left him another voicemail and email that have gone unanswered. He is apparently the only person who services the Greater Athens area for this company. Look elsewhere for painting services.
