Worst experience of our lives! Hired Cris to do plumbing work. Low and behold he sent an unskilled, untrained, and unlicensed person to do the work. Within one day the bathroom flooded because pipes were installed backwards. Next, within one week the residence below us flooded due to improper bathtub installation. Truly the worst experience of our lives.

I had an experience with Chris and his crew that was over and beyond what you would normally experience with contractors. In fact, I first got in touch with Express because of a messy situation I had with another contractor who was clearly incapable. When I got in touch with Express, Chris understood the work needed and gave free consultation on exactly what needed to be done. I instructed this to the other contractor but then of course he failed to show up in the morning to get the job done. Feeling hopeless and with no options I took a flyer and called sent a message to Chris at 7am on Saturday to see if he can help without any expectations. He got back to me right away and showed up and did an exceptional job with the work needed. If it wasn't for Chris, I would have had to delay our business launch another week as the work needed was time sensitive for another job. Now, Express is my go to contractor for all of my current and future needs.

My wife and I interviewed (5) different companies to paint and upgrade our house. We were very particular about color, quality of work and attention to detail. Chris and his crew came in reasonably but when he explained his process and how he would go about doing the work, we knew that we would be in good hands. This is a 6000 square foot house with (3) levels and 22 foot ceilings. Every door and wall was touched, he finished the job in (8) days which was (4) days under what he quoted, we could not believe it. BEST PAINTING PRICE & SERVICE - PERIOD!! We just moved into our new home, but it was in need of a new paint job within the interior (specifically the high, hard to reach walls). Scott responded very quickly to my yelp inquiry, with the best quoted price out of the other 6 companies I contacted. That same day, he came to check out the house and scheduled to start the job a day later. He and his partner were great conversationalist & worked so efficiently! I was amazed at how fast they were able to complete our walls! Scott also shared great tips and best practices on painting (we plan on painting a few rooms ourselves). Might I add that his work comes with a warranty. Our walls look beautiful - we will definitely utilize him for future needs!

Horror Story!!! DO NOT HIRE! A good friend of mine hired them to build an addition. 5 years later there is still no heating or air. It is also uneven and Chris refused to fix. Truly a nightmare for my friend.

Perhaps small jobs aren't issues, but I know for a fact that large jobs with crews leave a large number of the workers unfairly compensated or simply not paid at all. Tread carefully. There are a ton of contractors out there. Protect yourself and don't take the risk with this hire.

Chris and his painting team were marvelous. No hidden fees even though they ran into some issues, everything was addressed and handled very well. READ BEFORE YOU HIRE! By far the worst most unscrupulous fraudulent contractor I’ve ever dealt with in my life. Takes my payment in full and then doesn’t pay the people that actually did the work now those people are putting liens against my property even though I paid him in full. But, it gets worse, he hires under age illegal workers to do the jobs, works them 12 and 14 hours a day and I know this because I just happen to show up at the job site unexpected. I have text messages, emails and pictures to validate everything I am saying! HE’S A TRUE CROOK AND THIEF, BEWARE!

At first we were moderately happy. The worked was rushed and average quality but now a big crack is happening in the wall and he refuses to come out. Hes stopped even responding to our calls. We now have a huge crack we have to call someone else to fix. After hes hired and the guys show u dont see him again. You only get text messages and obviously 5 days later we have a huge issue and he refuses to show. Dont waste your time. We thought by his first responses he would be great but i assure you that you are just money to him and his quality doesnt matter or customer satisfaction. He just disappears.
