We started a large renovation project in October with DGS. Kirt was professional through the entire experience giving us a quote, talking through what we had in mind while giving us recommendations and estimated date of completion. We had a 6’H x 100’L retaining wall built, our old porch and concrete patio removed. They poured a new patio and rebuilt our porch to double its original size while screening in half of it. They met all permit requirements and worked with the county to get everything approved. The cost of the project was fair and what I expected for a project this size. The crews worked through the cold and rain and did a great job. Kirt was in contact with me the entire time during the project. It was completed in the time originally stated and we couldn’t be happier. My wife has stated that the screened in porch was her new favorite room in our house. We will be using DGS for future projects

We had DGS remodel our 40 year old master bath. The entire team was easy to work with from helping us choose materials to promptly returning our phone calls whenever we had questions. Juan Arrieta is a true craftsman and his work is top quality. The crew members kept the job organized, neat and clean during the work. Our bathroom is beautiful we are very pleased and highly recommend DGS.

We hired DGS Contractors for a deck replacement, master bedroom/bathroom remodel and exterior painting prior to listing our house - the crew was on time every day, organized, clean, thorough, and detail oriented. When we bought our new (1977) home, we didn't hesitate to hire them to remodel the bedrooms and bathrooms, install new windows and slider, install tile - the list goes on. DGS Contractors was attentive to our ideas, and offered their own ideas which we found very helpful. Our satisfaction with the work was their number one priority. I would highly recommend DGS Construction.

Love our new deck!! We came across the Dixon Group through a friend who recommended them. We talked to Juan and asked lots of questions, got lots of answers and felt really good about Dixon Group Services. The deck project involved complete demolition of our old deck and increasing the deck size from 12" x 17’ to a 14’ x 18’ low maintenance deck. After weighing another estimate we contacted Juan and accepted Dixon Group Services estimate at which time we were put on their schedule to finalize details. One week later the project was under way. Everything went smoothly from start to finish and hassle free for us. No problems whatsoever! Dixon Group Services worked well with the city building codes and passed all city inspections. DGS Contractors did a quite extensive job for us which included framing, drywall, painting and tile installation of our basement after a waterproofing job. Throughout the process Juan Arrieta's communication was outstanding. They cleaned up after themselves every day and kept the worksite organized. I felt comfortable during the whole process. I can say without a doubt DGS is the general contractor in Atlanta of choice. If you are looking for someone who will spend the time to do it right call these guys. I would highly recommend DGS Contractors and staff to any friend or family member with total confidence and am sure I will use him in the future. Not much more to say. DGS did what they said they would do and produced exceptionally good work I couldn't be happier.

I have used Dixon Group a lot in the last 10 months. Interior painting, minor bathroom remodels (3 bathrooms), exterior work (stucco repair, house painting, new gutters, gate repair). Dixon is fairly reasonable price-wise and when they have a chance to earn a job, they are great. However, getting them to come back out and do minor touch-ups is almost impossible. They do the work and never want to hear about it again. It can also be tough to get a quote. We wanted their tile grout guy to do a bunch of work in 3 of our bathrooms. I had to bug our contact for 2 months and the guy finally came out and spent 30 minutes looking over our job, then never gave us a quote. What? Honestly, they have become too much trouble to deal with. They do good work, but don't seem to stand behind their work. It's a shame - we spent $10k with them and have a lot more work for them to do, but I don't think that I will call them.

What a wonderful choice. Bicet was respectful, straight forward and stayed true to his quote. We booked a starting date and his team arrived prepared and on time the day of and for the next 8 days until the job was done. Bicet was checking in every single day to make sure everything goes smoothly. We had a team of 4 painters working in our home and they finished on time, without any damage on our furniture or wood floors and delivered a beautifully painted home. The sales person, Kirt, did a fantastic job selling new windows and doors to us. Kirt visited the house several times to insure we were getting what we needed and wanted. Once agreed to use Dixon Group Service, their measurement guy came to the house and carefully cataloged every window and door. During installation every window and door was correct on arrival. The installation team was professional, courteous, hard working, good team work, and helpful. They cleaned up afterwards as if they were never there. Kirt came every day to review the work and asked us if there were any issues or questions we might have. Overall I can't imagine doing a windows project without using Dixon Group Services. This project was a A++ JOB!
