We had been looking for a painter to take care of the outside of our house, but everyone we checked with either didn't show up to give us an estimate or couldn't work us into their schedule in a timely manner. A friend gave me Gary Mercer's number with Certa Pro, so I gave them a call. Not only did he show up, but he gave us the best quote and completed the work in less time than we expected. There was a slight delay starting the work but that was due to several days of inclement weather. We had called several different painting companies and had very little luck just getting them to come out and give us an estimate. On my last call I reached Gary with CertaPro. I explained my frustration and he immediately eased my concerns. We got delayed a few days due to rain but that is understood. Once we got started the team was reliable and professional. They kept us informed of what they were working on each day and they were not intrusive at all. All in we had the house pressure washed, gutters repaired, house painter, and shutters replaced. CertaPro Painters From the very beginning when we met Gary Mercer of CertaPro Painters of Newnan and Peachtree City we knew we had made the right choice of company to paint the exterior of our home. Gary was professional, friendly and thorough and we felt very confident throughout the process with his reassurance that it would be a quality paint job backed professional service from beginning to end. First, he listened. Then he offered advice and recommendations regarding the finish of the paint to be used. Once the house was pressure washed and prepped for paint we realized that his team is as professional and courteous as he is and it was good to know we were in good hands. The team worked methodically and professionally each day and were so efficient in their tasks that their day was not complete without cleaning up any and all equipment and debris associated with the materials used. CertaPro painted my house Four years ago and braised on their attention to detail, professional crew, can do attitude and follow up review when the job was completed I recommended them to my neighbor who used them to paint his house. I used them agility this summer to paint my deck and wooden stairs I have on a berm in my backyard. From the time Gary visited the house to give me a quote, the crew came and power washed the deck and stairs, returned the next day to complete the job they deserve the 5 stars above. If you are looking for a company that is professional in every way ( arrive on time, great customer service, clean up after they are finished, etc), and has a work ethic that you don’t see very often this is the company for you!

The quality of work was great as well as the level of customer service I received. The only thing I would change is the communication. I asked how long the job would take and was told 1 day when it was actually 2. On day one, the painter left, and I didn’t know when or if he was coming back and had no clue what time they were returning on day 2. The painters were very professional and gave me great customer service overall. The job was done well and I would certainly use them again for future projects.

CertaPro was one of 3 vendors that came out to do a price quote. They were the only ones that were able to do the entire scope of work and at an affordable price. The ONLY thing I’d recommend to CertaPro is to bring a handful of electrical switch plate cover screws - many disappeared during my project necessitating a trip to the hardware store.
