Joshua and his partner were polite, communicative, cleaned up at the end of each day and did great job fixing drywall and ceiling issues and of course painting.

My house looks Beautiful! They did what they said they would do - (i.e.) scraped off any old peeling paint before applying new paint; caulked any gaps in the siding; etc. I had some rotted wood on my porch and on one window and the carpentry work was very well done. We walked the perimeter of the house twice and all touch ups were completed but they told me that if I found anything else to call and they would take care if it. I highly recommend using CertaPro of Roswell.

I had a fantastic experience with CertaPro of Roswell. I had a number of exterior painting and carpentry repairs that needed attention. Jay Pittroff, the owner, was great to work with. He was very professional, knowledgeable, courteous and took great care in understanding my needs. Jay's estimate was detailed, included a range of options for me to choose from and alerted me to a few maintenance issues that I wasn't aware of. The crew that came out to do the work was top notch as well. CJ, the supervisor, kept my wife and I well informed throughout the process, and kept his commitments on time to complete, quality of work and tidiness. Much of the work that I needed done was very high up (30 - 40 feet) but the crew was able to knock it out quickly and safely. All in all, it was a great experience and we were very pleased with the quality of work. I highly recommend CertaPro of Roswell. We will use them again!

Jay Pittroff from CertaPro Roswell came out and walked the house with us. He was extremely professional and very thorough. He pointed out all the trouble areas that needed repair and explained the process and the correct way to fix the issues. He then created a quote right on the spot with pictures and great detail. The price he quoted was very fair and we were happy to schedule the work. No payment was required until we did the final walkthrough and we were 100% satisfied. We were very please with the result. UPDATE: They just sent a very skilled painter to correct the issues below and he did a great job! They also checked the electrical issues and had a professional come fix that too. They installed a new deadbolt as well so now I can use the door. All in all I'm now happy w/Certa-Pro. - After pressure washing the electrical sockets on the outside of my house do not work. They worked before and my hope is that they'll work when they dry out so I was giving it a few days to do so. - They did the washing and staining on the same day and said it was ok to do this. I took their professional opinion but this is in contra to what they sales guys told me when quoting and I think contra to professional norms and standards. I honestly think they just didn't want to work on a Sunday so were going to finish in one day no matter what. - I was quoted on one coat of Solid and when I asked about picking a color I was told "They unfortunately do not offer samples of stains or sealers however Sherwin Williams should be able to give you an idea of the different colors they offer for their stains. I think your best bet would be to go to your local Sherwin Williams store and discuss the product that will be used with someone at the store and take a look at the samples they have in the store that can give you a better idea." When they guys showed up they said it's better to have 2 coats but that's neither what was quoted nor what I budgeted so they only did one. Also they showed me a booklet w/colors to choose from so if they could do that then I don't understand why someone couldn't do that ahead of time when I asked. Since I was put on the spot I chose a color that my wife didn't really like but she wasn't around that day to approve so this could have been avoided. Also when the office told me to go to a SW store and see I thought to myself isn't this part of what I'm paying for so why should I have to make and extra trip especially since I didn't know what SW store the painters would be going to so there would have been no guarantee they one they use would have had the color I picked anyways. The guys said they used more paint than the sales guys calculated so towards then end the coat is thinner than in the beginning b/c they were trying to stretch it out. - The pressure washing chipped off some existing paint and the guys didn't touch it up when I asked them to b/c they said that wasn't part of the quote. It should be part and parcel to leave it better than when they found it. Sure, now it's cleaner but now I have unpainted spots of wood they will rot faster now b/c of the crappy pressure washing done to the house. - Part of the SOW was to repair the trim around the door. They did this but now it is nearly impossible to lock and unlock the deadbolt b/c I think the alignment got thrown off. The deadbolt itself is also a little loose probably due to the manipulation.
