I was very satisfied with CertaPro painters and the job they did painting my home. Vicente and his crew were very professional and efficient. They communicated well and kept me informed throughout the process. Their carpentry work to replace some rotten wood was excellent, it was performed in a professional and workmen like manner. Overall the paint job was good. It was after the work was done it got ugly. If you use them, pay them immediately or they start hounding you. Demanding credit card info, threatening to put a lien on your house. This all within 10 to 12 days after the job. I travel internationally for my job and was out of town. Got back to this environment. Exactly what I needed. Keep in mind any contractor can put a lien on your house. It sucks and this company pulled that card too early, with no information. Just treated me like a delinquent bill payer. Will not go back.

The entire process of having my living room, dining room, foyer, and hallway painted was super easy. Tony's estimate was timely, Laura's ability to schedule the crew was super fast, and then Manny and Ernesto (crew) were great! They were so easy to work with, courteous of my need to work from home, careful with my furniture (when helping me move it away from the walls) and painted efficiently and effectively. I'm definitely a repeat customer!

This group (Tony Scales, Gwinnett) performed as advertised and proved nothing short of extraordinary. Everything promised was delivered and we can’t be more satisfied with the outcome. The crew was unbelievable, worked from 8 am till dark until project completed leaving not a trace of there having been there daily...leaving and returning the next am hitting the ground running all day despite oppressive heat. Throughout their time they never waivered from task with minute attention to detail throughout...I don’t believe they could do a poor job if you told them to. The estimate I received was neither the least nor the most expensive, but the confidence and trust I require were established upon meeting Tony Scales and subsequently everyone that followed from this Certapro team. Give them your project and prepare to have your expectations far exceeded. No reservations whatsoever and a huge thank you from here!!

While the work was completed; there were numerous issues throughout the process...1) No one showed up the first day of work; 2) When promised the job would take one full day and maybe a few hours into the 2nd day - the job took 3 full days to complete; 3) Spent half of the final day going over missed spots/ areas that didn't get a second coat; 4) Calls to find out what was going on with my project where always initiated by me - my representative was not proactive in keeping me updated; 5) There was a major language barrier so communicated my needs and frustrations to the painters was difficult

The quality of the work exceeded my expectations. The workers showed up on time, were very professional and courteous. I especially appreciated how, when preparing to stain my wooden fence, not only did they cover my nearby windows and shrubs, but they also covered my neighbor’s windows, shrubs and cars. I could not be more pleased! I had 7 estimates on painting my large 2 story home, and CertaPro was in the middle on money, but on TOP with results. I hate to spend big money on jobs like this, but when I saw the craftsmanship of the 4 people that were working on my home, I was happy! It took 7 full, 12 hour days but the results are great and did I mention that I got a full 2 year warranty? Not one of the other six paint companies offered over a year, and frankly, a lot of them were probably "tail light" warranties at best. Thanks for a job well done!

Very disappointed and will not recommend!!! Certa painted our house in July of last year we paid them 5000. In May I noticed areas that were peeling and the front window was peeling and looked bad. I called them and they came out and repainted areas but the window on the front of the house and the dormer window they said they could do nothing about. I asked why and was told it as not on the original estimate. Well excuse me but that is not my job. It was their job to find the areas that need to be fixed and tell us. New estimate 1500 dollars to correct their mistakes. I called and spoke to them in regards to the estimate and was told sorry but it was not on the original estimate of the work we did for you so we can come do it for 1500 or not do it. We work hard for our money and this is just wrong and dishonest of Certa.

My wife and I had our townhome painted and this the first time we’ve ever used a paint contractor. Cale was energetic and knowledgeable about the color we wanted. Laura was good at communicating and scheduling our paint appointment. Last but not least Manny and his crew were great finishing the job on time and did superb work. This was the greatest painting experience that I have ever had. Everyone was professional, prompt and personally very nice. Cale started it off with a very thorough presentation of how our job would be done - even offering some well-thought out suggestions. Can't say enough about the painting team of Ariel & Ingrid - hard working with a lot of attention to detail. And the icing on the cake was Laura (Office Mgr/support staff) who came by our house 2 days in a row to finalize the job details and to give us great advice on a couple of items that we wanted to do with the house (completely unrelated to the paint job) .
