Excellent customer service. Brett followed up quickly with my inquiry, met with me to discuss the scope of the project, and scheduled soon afterwards. Josh was excellent to work with throughout the project and both Brett and Bria made sure everything was to our satisfaction. We had a huge project involving multiple outdoor decks, siding, miscellaneous painting, ceiling repair from leaks etc. Very satisfied with the level of work and professionalism. Will use again for both our commercial and personal needs. Thanks again!

This was a complete nightmare, Brett will say whatever it takes to get the job, then you will never see him again. It took 6 weeks for them to show up and after 2 weeks of painting with one painter they were almost done so I payed in full. They left my hose running for 3 days, left bags of trash all over my yard and then would not finish the job. I haven’t dealt with other certapro franchises but the dunwoody one is poorly operated

CertaPro Painter is not trust worthy and will let anyone come into your home. These guys are not qualified, will damage items, and you will not be able to speak to the owner, who is great up until the project starts. I had multiple issue and received numerous excuses as to why the owner couldn't speak with me. Think twice before signing the contract.

Brett and his crew went above and beyond to make sure my project was absolutely perfect. They actually took the time to complete some minor repairs to insure the job was perfect before laying down the first coat of paint. Their whole crew is absolutely meticulous when it comes to their workmanship. Every wall, trim and crown molding was completed to absolute perfection and when they were done with the job, they took some extra time to make sure my house was back to normal as if they were never there with the exception of great looking paint. Work was OK. Didn't sufficiently prep surfaces before painting and there was some misunderstanding about the scope of work. Not interested in taking care of items that were less than expected.

Couldn’t be happier!!! Certa has painted my home and several of my friends and clients homes. Only folks I would hire for big jobs...super professional! Owner lives in the area. Great communication with project manager. Every question was answered! They were super easy to get in touch with and they do quality work!!! They worked from sun up to sun down. They only use the best paint and they ask for you to go over their work to make sure you are satisfied.

CertaPro painters of Dunwoody exceeded my expectations! They really listened to me when I was choosing paint colors for several rooms inside my home. I had them do a funky chevron pattern on an accent wall in my son's nursery and they did a wonderful job! It really turned out perfect. They were prompt on time and extremely were professional. We had CertaPro Painters of Dunwoody repaint our retail location in Dunwoody and they did a wonderful job. Our hours make projects like these challenging and they accommodated us with after hours and weekend work to minimize the disruption to our daily operations. The job site supervisor communicated progress with us daily and then the office the next day provide us with a plan for the day and the next day. We will use them again for future painting needs.
