The project was to remove a stippled pattern on a 450 sqft vaulted ceiling. The person who gave me the estimate said they wouldn't remove it 100% and only flatten it down a good bit, which I didn't prefer. When the crew came in they removed it 100%, smoothed, primed, and painted and it looks perfect. They estimated it would take 3 days, but it only took 2. I popped in a few times with another contractor to look at something and they were very professional.

This is my third – maybe fourth – project with this CertaPro location. Because of past and satisfactory experience, I KNOW what to expect, and that is very valuable to me. I have dealt with the very same owners, estimators, and painters more than once. I consistently find courtesy, value, and timeliness. I’ve seen extra attention to detail, and I’ve never had to express any dissatisfaction. (If I DID, I’m convinced that it would have been corrected.) IN MY HOUSEHOLD, if there’s a painting project, I could not imagine wasting my time in a long, competitive bid process. I know what to expect here, and they’ve consistently met or exceeded those expectations.

I have only used CertaPro Painters of Duluth maybe four or five times since I moved here five years ago. The estimate proposal is detailed, good price, and the painters are very detailed in following all what needs to be done. They are very courteous and explains what, where, and when they will be done and cleans up all of the mess. They are very professionals painters and I know that I can trust them to do an excellent job. If I were still in construction development I would certainly use them to paint my projects. I was mostly pleased with the job that certa pro did when they painted the exterior of our home last fall. HOWEVER, there is a small problem that I called about and there has been no responsible response. The paint on the front gutter has puckered and peeled after only 3 months of being newly painted. A fairly large portion peeled off and the darker trim paint that was there previously now shows through. If you look closely, you can see that the rest of the gutter has puckered paint on it as well. When I called about this problem, I was assured that someone would come out and take a look at it. BUT, no one has ever come. Or they didn't notify that they came to look at the problem. And no effort has been made to fix the problem. I don't consider this good customer support, so I'm not likely to hire certa pro for future paint jobs.

I requested three quotes from painting companies and decided to go with CertaPro Painters because they offered the most comprehensive service (incl. the painting of the chimney and replacing of damaged fascia trims and boards) and lowest price. First, I was a little skeptical to make the right decision, but it turned out Nick and his team made an excellent job. They arrived on time and finished the job as scheduled. They have been very skilled, quality oriented and performed the project to my fullest satisfaction. Awesome experience!! I used CertaPro for my entire exterior house painting and could not have been happier with my experience. They were fantastic and blew my expectations away. From the first phone call to schedule my estimate to the job completion these guys were fantastic. They also had a paint consultant come out to meet my wife and I to make a color change. I had multiple estimates from other painters and they were the lowest and best response and customer service. Bill the owner is excellent and my paint crew was meticulous and professional. To make a good story short and right to the point, CertaPro Painters of Duluth & Norcross came to my rescue. I had a major water damage crisis which involved a broken water pipe in my ceiling and led to wet drywall and ruined paint. I reached out to Anne Marie the very next day and she came out right away. She had her crew members on the job in no time. It was a pretty big job that needed to be completed urgently and they did exactly that. They even worked late hours to finish up. We have used CertaPro at least four times over the years and have been very pleased. They have repaired and painted the exterior of our home, pressure washed and stained our deck and done interior painting as well. Just recently, they painted much of the interior of our home. Their crews are always courteous, on time, dependable and tidy. We highly recommend this location for CertaPro and will use them again.

CertaPro painters of Norcross did a terrible job of painting my house. They call themselves "Pro" but the people who showed up were amateurs. They used heavy spray on my front door and left it caked with paint. Subsequent fixing did not fix the door paint. They did not caulk adequately; they painted sloppily; did not complete all the tasks on the contract; sprayed paint on my windows and did not clean up after that; and left a lot of debris in my yard which i spend a lot of time cleaning after them. It seems like CertaPro needs to go through Painting 101 and learn how to prep, paint, and cleanup. Afterwards, they came back twice and still did not complete all the work. Apparently, they sub-contracted the work to another painter who further sub-contracted and what we got was low quality painters. The management did not seem as concerned to take care of the job after they got paid. I would not recommend CertaPro to anyone.

My experience with CertaPro totally exceeded my expectations. The process began with a visit from estimator – Joe – who has spent over 2 hours at my townhouse walking over every little thing, taking pics and writing out extremely detailed estimate, which he printed out along with the pics and headed over. I was also able to negotiate the price, which was one of the lowest to begin with comparing to estimates from 10 diff companies. Project supervisor – Hugo – took a great care of every minor detail, was extremely cautious, always reachable on his cell. Hugo was doing repairs and painting himself, along with his crew members, supervising the crew. Will definitely hire this company in the future and would recommend to anyone else.

We met Bill through our son as he had painted our sons home in Dunwoody. We got several estimates as we had damage from a neighbors tree. Bill's estimate was not the cheapest but he was not the most expensive. We felt confident that Bill and his team would do a good job for us. My CertaPro experience was excellent from the meeting with my sales associate to get a quote through scheduling the project and on through completion of the project. I found everyone at CertaPro to be professional and quick to respond to my questions and concerns. My project was scheduled in a timely manner and the CertaPro crew arrived as scheduled and completed the job more quickly than I expected. The project supervisor was very knowledgeable, was on-site during the project and ensured I was happy with the overall outcome. One minor problem with the front door was identified and was resolved in a timely manner and to my satisfaction.
