I cannot express what a wonderful experience it was working with the entire team at CertaPro. From receiving a printed quote at the consult conclusion, to having my project scheduled in a timely fashion, to the professional crew that did the work- amazing! The finish is flawless on my walls. The entire house was completely protected and they cleaned up completely at the end of the project. I am beyond impressed and will recommend this company to everyone.

I had CertaPro Painters paint several damaged walls in my home and my bathroom cabinets. I only had them do one wall in each room, and they managed to repair the damage and match the paint color perfectly. They also saved my horrible attempt at painting my own bathroom cabinets. They fixed all of my mistakes and left them looking beautiful. All of this was at a very affordable price, and both their sales reps and workers were very nice and professional. First, these guys do an outstanding job. Second, they really stand behind their work! About 2 years ago we had our house re-painted, but it started to fade after 9-10 months. Certa Pro came out, identified the problem and fixed it for us, and did a supurb job with it. We liked their work so much that we recommended them to our neighbors. We just received a call from Certa Pro saying that they noticed our Garage was fading a bit and they'd like to stop by and fix that, too. Wow. I've never, ever received such excellent customer service. This is unheard of and quite exemlplary! I was already going to call them when we re-do the inside, this just sealed it 100%. Keep up the great work guys and we'll make sure folk know who to call for superior quality and service for painting! jon

I have used CertaPro many times over the years for several interior and exterior projects. I have 1200 square feet of decking that I would not trust anyone else to maintained. They have never damaged the wood pressure washing it and the finish was consistent throughout. When they repainted three rooms on my home they did it in one day and left my house cleaner than when they arrived. Their painters are also polite and professional. They were very respectful of my home. I recommend them to friends and family every chance I get.

We hired CertaPro for the 3rd time in 1 year to paint our shutters, caulk all windows, replace warped deck boards, power wash and stain our deck. We were given an estimate quickly with photos of replacement needs and optional project needs they identified. The projects were scheduled and completed as quickly as possible. They kept me informed of any rain delays. Jose' went over completed work and next day projects each day. They kept the work space cleaned up each day. We are very pleased with the finished product and will continue to use CertaPro Athens for all our home improvements projects.

Jared was thorough in assessing what work I needed in my home (a lot!). The office kept in communication with me regarding scheduling and colors that I chose. Mike, Mike, and Darryl did an outstanding job and exceeded my expectations. They were on time, kept me informed of their progress and plans for the day, cleaned up after themselves, protected my hardwood floors, and were also very thorough. They weren’t the least expensive bid we received, but I think when you deal with a professional company and not a guy in an old van with a paint brush, you know that before you call. The estimate was thorough and fair. Jared took care to point out the full scope of work and make sure we understood exactly what was needed to make the paint job perfect. The crew showed up on time and finished on time, and they even went above and beyond the scope of work quoted with no additional cost. Certapro is the best, hands down

Overall I HIGHLY recommend Certapro Painters. Their work quality was superb and the crew was exceptional to work with. And to top it off their quote was very reasonable. We have continue to do business with them because of the quality work they provide. Improvements: - Quote should be very explicit on every task to be performed and the type of paint to be used: we had an initial confusion of trim paint which was easily replaced with the corrected color - Prepatory work should include removing grates or vents in the room; ladders bent ours. this could have been avoided but something we forgot in emptying the room of all furniture and other things to paint PROS: - Job took just one day; while this is great I would have been better prepared had I known this - The lead contractor and crew were tremendous people to work with; very courteous, neat, quiet, and fast - While there was initial confusion about the trim color, they replaced it with no issue at all - Quality of work was above average; it was a great transformation of our space and the crew was exceptional is all aspects of the job

The men who worked at our house were exceptional regarding politeness and paying attention to me when I asked questions. My husband and I have only one problem with the job and it could be a result of me not making myself clear. The doorway that was fixed with putty and paint does not look at all like I had thought it would after talking to Rusty. If possible, could Rusty come look at it and see if that was what he meant when he told me how it would look. If it is, then I am OK with it. However, if he sees a problem with it, then maybe he can suggest what could be done to make it look better. Everything else done was exceptional. I will recommend Certapro to others. I decided to use CertaPro instead of another business, based on the 5 star reviews on their website. They came to paint our current kitchen cabinets and did a good job with the frame part of the cabinets. However, the painting of the doors ended up being an issue. They did take them back to fix/re-paint a flaw on each door, however they were not perfect when returned. Also, if you decide to use "new updated hardware" and it does not fit the current holes in the cabinet frame, they will not "re-hang" them. Finally, my wife and I had to sort them twice to match them to the correct cabinet, which was difficult, cause some of the numbers were not readable. I am sure that they do a "Great Job" of painting a house, walls, etc., but I Can Not recommend them painting Kitchen cabinets!!!
