I just used Casey's for exterior wood repair and painting. They were very thorough in the evaluation of the work, documenting all pieces of the effort (which is useful to both the homeowner and the contractor), and quoted me a fair price. The team who showed up were Casey's staff ,not sub-contractors. The 3 man team did excellent work, were very courteous and completed the repairs on time. Ramiro (lead painter) was the kind of person you want working for you. I will be calling Casey's when it is time to paint my whole house. Thanks Gordon (sales) and Ramiro (foreman).

We used Casey's to paint the exterior of our house in early 2016. As part of the job, they removed the gutters, patched and painted the boards. In early 2019, we called them because the holes had opened back up and needed to be filled and painted again. They were out within 2 weeks (and it only took that long because we had so much rain). In a few hours, it was done. No arguing or debate over whether it was covered under warranty - just a courteous, quick fix. Would recommend.

Joey and his crew do excellent work and I think they price fairly. They have painted the outside of our house 3 times since 1986 and once, the entire inside. He's a good guy and his crew do a great job!!!

No one likes coming out to their car and seeing a giant "Casey's Painting" magnet sticking to the door of their NEW vehicle.... + I live in a no solicitation neighborhood, there's a sign at the beginning of the neighborhood before you reach the first house. Called for a quote on getting our deck and front porch repaired and repainted and house pressure washed, and when Gordon came out he spent less than 5 minutes at the house and then left a blank quote form in our mailbox. We had to call and wait a few days for an actual quote. We actually did decide to hire them at one point and called the office to make arrangements. The woman who answered the phone said, “Well did you send your email in?” like I was the stupidest person ever. Wound up emailing for a revised quote after we decided not to have the whole house pressure washed. No answer. Followed up a couple of weeks later and they said they would only drop the price $150. No apologies whatsoever for never having responded to the previous email. Customer service is a really big deal for me so I’m moving on.

We had a wonderful experience with Casey's Painting. The office staff, Joey and his crew were exceptional in every way. Whenever I had questions or changes they were very helpful in directing me to what would work best. They did exceptional work from beginning to the end. We had some siding and prima facia that needed replacing, house and trim painting and new fencing and decking that needed staining. They power washed, removed old stain from deck, moved patio furniture, used drop cloths to protect everything and cleaned everything up. We will not hesitate to recommend their services! We will use them again for future projects!

Terrible customer service. They ruined our fence and said would come back to fix it but I called for months and they never came back. They also overcharged after they fixed a certain price. Initially I chose them because they were a little under priced but that was all false, they ended up adding charges on which I did not agree with. Do not use this company.

Brad was very responsive in coming out to our home to provide us with an estimate for painting the exterior of our home, which also required some carpentry repair as well as repairing and coating our deck. Estimate was detailed and very competitive (I received estimates from 5 companies). Brad was very easy to work with as far as scheduling, outlining the details of the project (4 days of work) and recommending color options. Morning of Day 1, I did a walk-around with Brad along with Perez to ensure all my concerns would be addressed. Perez and his crew took over from there and I can't say enough good things about the quality of their work, their reliability, and their flexibility. They showed up on time every day, worked until dark, were all extremely cooperative with anything I pointed out and seemed to take great pride in their work. Perez and his crew have a very efficient system of working and Perez has a very good eye for detail which made me feel confident that the final product of the entire crew would be exceptional. I am very pleased with my overall experience with Casey's Painting and will definitely use them again in the future for my painting needs.

I called this company for a quote 3 weeks ago. After one week, I called back only to find that the sales person went to the wrong place. He didn't bother to call and check with anyone. Then, on the same call, I was told that they would have the sales person go to the correct location. I've still not heard back, and don't care to at this point.

We have used Casey's for almost twenty years for painting the exterior of our home. Their crews have never failed to be anything but professional. They are quick, effecient and clean up like they were never here. We recently decided to add a screened porch and open deck to the back of our home and they were the first call. The crew came out every day at 7.30 and worked til 5.30 or often later. Again professional, experianced and cleaned up each day. The result is beyond our expectations. My house looks worse than it ever has in our 25 years here. Casey's used inappropriate caulk to prepare the wood and it looks terrible! Many areas of the stain were poorly done, and my windows were never painted at all! Many phone calls have been made to the office, a couple of times I actually got to talk to someone other than a secretary, and nothing has been done to begin to fix this.

Gordon does a great job giving us the best price. His crew (Paulo and Oscar) did a great job painting three interior rooms and two large exterior windows. They were neat and covered all items and put furniture and other items back in place.

Do not trust Casey's Painting to do any work at your house! They do shoddy work, have terrible customer service/response and are overpriced. They were supposed to clean, stain and seal two decks. The quote was over $4000 but I thought the price must be high because they do quality work. WRONG! Terrible job, splotchy finished surface. The supervisor/customer service rep was abrasive, threatening and a terrible communicator. The president of the company finally came out after many, many calls and he agreed the job was not done. He sent out another crew and when they were done it was still splotchy and unpleasant looking. I appealed one more time, asking them if they would resolve the problems. I told them I would wait to review online to give them a chance to fix the problem. Not a word. I would give zero stars if I could!

GREAT job! Inside/Outside - 5k+ SF, Painted Brick. Team was professional, clean and so nice. They did an amazing job. We were repeat customers and just as happy this time. Ask for the Brad/Perez team if you can get them. Paint was all Sherwin Williams. Patching, sanding results were just perfect. I can't say enough nice things.

Not happy, unorganized, too focused on collecting fees and not finishing work. My house was power washed and they blew all the dirt and mud inside the house staining curtIns and furniture. They promised to paint trim and did not, they promised to leave the paint I paid for and did not, they promised to come back and finish my punch list and did not. I was pressured to pay, and I never should have paid until the job was finished. Never again. Too bad there isn't a rating less than 1.

Just had Brad and Perez complete both interior and exterior paining on our Alpharetta house. They were fast, efficient and very high quality!! It took 3-4 weeks to get booked as they are very busy- guess others know they are great too. No problem when it came to touchups, leaving extra leftover paint and OH YEA- 5 yr warranty- and YES- they do come back if you have any problems or touchups- I know as they have for my other homes! You can't find a better choice. You get what you pay for- have gone the cheap route before and have lived to regret. So happy to know I have a painting company I can count on.

I wouldn't use this company just knowing that they put so little value on safe driving. If you plaster your name all over the vehicle, try not to act like you're the ONLY one on the road! You very nearly removed my front bumper while "merging", if that's what you call it.

Brad Cochran and his crew completed some rather extensive outside house repairs and also did substantial painting on the exterior. Their price was very reasonable and their work came with a five year warranty. The job was finished within two weeks from the initial estimate. Brad is a true professional and I have recommended Casey's Painting to a neighbor. If I ever need additional work I will definitely call them again.

Avoid this joint! Dealt with Gordon Stephens, (project manager). After several phone calls, he finally arrived at our home to quote on painting several rooms, halls, etc. Never heard from him after that visit -- no quote. Called and left message. Called again: His wife, who works at Casey's, said he would call me. He didn't. Called her again the next day. He finally called and said he was working in Blue Ridge giving quotes for big money-making homes. He would call me that afternoon to arrange for a date to paint the interior of our home. He didn't call. Finally contacted another service, who gave me a quote quickly -- and it was a fair quote -- and they got the job (the rep said they would never cherry pick potential customers and select only those where thay can make tons of money or commissions). The latter company did a great, professional job and saved us money, too.

I had to call several times to get someone to come out to give me a quote. I received a quote, he was professional but a little pricey. I called at least 3 times over a month period to schedule the work and was told I would receive a call back each time but never received a call. I had 4 interior rooms to get done, but they seem too busy to call back for smaller jobs.

They came to paint the exterior of my mom's house. They showed up early enough and finished within a few days. That's all great and good. But my mom has called a few times and was even told SOMEONE would come back to fix the issues she has and NO ONE has come. It's been over a few months now. Besides the backdoor needing to be touched up, EVERY screen in her house was put back in wrong! So it's defeating the purpose of not letting bugs in. Let alone the fact that they could fall out with the slightest touch. Details matter. The little things can make or break an experience. I won't be referring them to anyone!! Seems that once they got my mom's money they became ghosts. Shame. Edit to add: they finally came back to fix things. I really appreciate it. My mom doesn't need stress like that. Hopefully next time their "teams" pay more attention to details than JUST speed.

We recently used Casey's Painting for a house we own in Powder Springs. & was highly satisfied. They started when they estimated they would & the workers were very courteous. They did repairs on the house before they painted & was highly satisfied with the amount they charged. They protected what was not being painted & cleaned up well afterwards. The house looks great!

I had my home in Dallas, GA bad wood replaced, loose boards secured, and painted so I could sell the home. When they were finished it looked ok. Sold the home, inspector took pictures of where they just painted over rotten wood, nails were not hammered down on deck, and there were loose stairs where they replaced them. I called the one who sold the service to me "3" times and kept getting excuses. They are not "as good as their word" and their warranty is not honored. I am going into closing on this home with the issues still present. Beware.
