Sad to resort to this and a possible class action suit as I have always used Terry but after giving him significant business I can not get him to come back out to finish the work not done well the first time. Our foyer has several areas that were never cut in. Our bedroom has areas where the original paint color still shows through. My sons room is a mess where the walls were not prepared before paint applied, where they plastered you can see the bumps and where they were to fix and paint the ceiling the paint color does not match. They got paint on my kitchen ceiling and left it showing and we have paint drips on trim and doors that was never cleaned up. I thought we had agreed on a week to come back after I returned from a family emergency, then it was the next time it rained. No contact and I have contacted several times, always the same thing “next time it rains”. I have suggested a partial refund so I could get someone else and nothing agreed to. At this point it looks like my options are small claims court where he will lose more in lost time ten he would have agreed to, filing claim with BBB and letting others know. If her will refund 50% so I can hire someone to fix I will retract my review but not likely. I hope he does the right thing for a long time customer.

If I could give a no-star review I would. This is the same company that's formerly called ATS Painting. I guess they had had so many bad reviews that they had to change the company's name! Google "ATS Painting" and you will see what I mean. Long story short, don't believe those fake 5-star reviews as it will be a nightmare dealing with this owner Shawn Phillips as he and his crew will only show up when they feel like it and will do a subpar job at best.

Do not use this company!!! One of the owners, Shaun Phillips, used to have a business called ATS painting. Shaun & his company have been sued a lot. We had to take Shaun & his company to court because he remodeled our shower & during the process cut the shower pan. Instead of replacing it, he tried to glue it back together. On Christmas Eve (1 month after remodel was finished), I noticed water dripping from the ceiling in our basement. The location was right below our bathroom. Shaun never came back to fix it and refused to respond to our calls. Our lawsuit is still active & Shaun has yet to pay any of his lawsuits.
