360 painting came out to paint the living room ceiling and walls plus the master bedroom ceiling. Rich's crew did a great job. They prepped the area and even fixed cosmetic damage from the house settling. I have received complements on the paint and the workmanship that was put into making my living room one of the focal points of the house. Rich was able to work within my timeline and finish the project on time. I will be hiring Rich and his crew again for more rooms in my house.

360 Painting came out to our house to pressure wash, stain and waterproof our deck. They did an amazing job and it was done quickly and efficiently. We were very pleased with their work. They very carefully taped and covered our house so nothing would get stained besides our deck and they cleaned up after themselves. Rich even came back a few days later and helped us move everything back onto our deck. The deck looks amazing. Rich was awesome - always keeping us informed. We are extremely pleased and will use them again when needed.

Contacted Rich for an estimate. He arrived on time, answered any questions I had concerning the scope of work. I was provided a competitive estimate. Rich and his crew showed up to begin painting on the agreed upon day. Each day his crew cleaned up before going home, so I never had to worry about stumbling over debris left in the yard. The paint job was professional, and I am very pleased with the looks of the house. I had couple of minor touch ups that were needed. Rich personally took care of the touch ups himself. Very happy with Rich and his crew, they did a great job.

360 Painting completed my entire 2600 sq ft interior this week--I now feel like I'm walking through a museum! The work quality was exceptional as was the crew & both owners, Richard & Peggy. Their bid software is elegant & their attitudes are quite professional--they want you to be happy at all costs. Despite several cats and two crazy cockapoos (who kept tearing up their butcher paper & running off with masking tape rolls), the crew cheerfully arrived on time & worked extremely hard--especially the crew leader, Umberto. They did the job right & fixed my terrible repairs (such as gluing a living room curtain rod up). Unlike a firm I used for the exterior last fall, RIchard & Peggy stopped by often to ck the work & responded very promptly to emails & phone calls when I had questions. Richard insisted we do oil-based prime--he was absolutely right as the colors shine 100% true to the S-W sample cards. While we had a few glitches , they were cheerfully corrected. I highly recommend 360 painting for any & all projects--due diligence, competence, craftsmanship, pricing, customer service. They have it all!

360 Painting painted all my interior trim, doors, baseboards, decorative molding, window trim, plus a high atrium wall and a laundry room wall (a last minute add-on). Jon the sales rep gave me a detailed quote, made an onsite visit at the project start on the first day of the job to review the scope, and touched base by phone throughout the project. The crew did an amazing job on the trim. And I mean amazing! I am pretty picky, and I only found in the entire house 2 or 3 minute spots on floors that needed to be cleaned up. I asked them at the last minute to paint a laundry room, and they knocked that out and added trim to the floor at a great price. Last, there were a few spots on my high atrium wall/ceiling that needed a bit more coverage; the crew came back and repainted the entirety of both, and they walked through the room with me as a final check off. Top notch, excellent work, at a competitive value. I would not hesitate recommending this company, based upon my experience with them .

There was about a week delay in getting the job done, but that was due to the nonstop rain we had. However, once the weather cleared up, the job was done in one day. A few months ago Rich and his team painted the exterior of our home. We could not be more pleased with the outcome. We even had an incident where paint was spilled on the roof (accidents do happen) but Ruch was very proactive in getting the area cleaned up and fixed. We recently had Rich come back and paint an interior room and ceiling. Again a great job was done and we are very pleased with the work. We will certainly use 360 Painting again when we are ready to reprint the rest of our interior!

I contracted with 360 painting to do some exterior repairs and paint the exterior of my home. i picked them because they were right within my budget for the project and seemed like they had their act together. also positive reviews online. Positives: Their work was excellent. My house looks great. The crew that they brought in was all over it. Included a home visit from a sherwin williams color consultant which saved us a trip to their store. Negatives: Within an hour of the crew arriving to start work, i was told that there were some items missed in the bid. 33 pieces of siding needed replaced in addition to what was already quoted along with some other misc woodwork. that's a lot of work to miss on a bid. These changes added 25% to the total and blew my budget out. This seemed to be a training/lack of experience issue with the project manager. He also was not the best communicator during the 3 or 4 days of work. I had to reach out to find out when people would be there, when i needed to be there and what the timeline was for completion. The owner stopped by at the end as there was a rain storm coming in and he told me he would come back after the rain to ensure that there weren't any issues with the paint drying/curing...that made me feel better. however, i never saw him again. There weren't any issues with the work, but that didn't sit well with me after spending thousands.

Let me start by saying that I don't normally post reviews. I tend to be very particular about who I hire and how my work gets done. I thoroughly research references. When possible I like to be engaged in overseeing the work to avoid any miscommunication. I found Rich and his team to be punctual, professional, procedural, proactive and conscientious throughout the entire process. Rich is just the friendliest and most personable guy; it was a joy doing business with him. He demonstrated care not only for our satisfaction in a job well done but shows a deep and trusting personal bond with all his crew. His pricing was competitive and attention to the details was prompt and accurate. We found some rot and made some changes mid project and found Rich and his team receptive and supportive of whatever it took to get the job done to our satisfaction. The icing on the cake was the thoroughness of the cleanup once the job was complete. These guys got the job done and all within the original time estimate despite the challenges that are inevitably encountered! I have no reservations at all, highly recommending them for whatever needs you may have.
