I have pretty much come to expect mediocrity in the service industry today as the words quality, excellence and commitment to customers seemed to have disappeared from their vocabulary. This is definitely NOT the case at Ryan Hammond Inc. From my very first encounter with Sal, their estimator, during my initial telephone conversation with him, to the last thank you handshake that I shared with Eddie, my crew foreman, as he was departing my home for the final time, my experience was with out doubt, the best experience that a homeowner could ever hope for and totally exceeded my expectations even for a firm as highly reviewed as Ryan Hammond Inc. Here are some highlights of the week that they spent prepping and painting my home:  Greeted me by name and introduced every member of the crew their first day  Explained exactly what the process was going to be as we walked around my house  Pointed out additional areas of the house where they would be repairing the surface beyond those that I had identified  Thoroughly power washed, with chlorine, all surfaces to be painted  Totally masked all surfaces that were not to be painted  Filled all cracks in the stucco  Cleared and then replaced all defective calking around openings  Totally sealed the repaired and weathered areas of the stucco  Applied Sherwin Williams Super Paint with airless sprayer and a crew member immediately following rolling the paint in  Expert “cutting-in” followed with trim color  Multiple additional “spot” applications followed where Eddie was not satisfied with the finish And beyond what is listed above I would like to address this team’s work ethic. They were here each day at 7:30 AM and immediately went to work. There were no loud boom boxes blaring on the job site, only earphones as they steadily worked to their favorite music. They took an hour or less lunch and then were immediately back to work. And every day before they left all materials that had been used that day and any discarded tape, paper, and plastic were picked up and taken away in their trash bags in their truck. Unfortunately for Eddie, he had an on-site supervisor – me, as I work from home. But he took my interruptions in stride and as the week progressed I saw that I did not have anything to supervise as he was finding, repairing, sealing and painting areas that I would have missed mentioning. He even suggested that the new white downspout extensions that I had purchased would look better painted the body color of the house and after my approval promptly painted them. So to Eddiie, and the members of his team as well as Sal and all of the other folks at Ryan Hammond Inc. that provide support for the on-site team, I wish to extend my most sincere thank you for a job that exceeded my expectations in every way possible. Ryan Hammond Inc. can rest assured that whenever the opportunity presents itself for me to provide a recommendation regarding my house painters you will receive a GOLD Standard 5 Star review from me. I am not a big review person but I feel when you meet and deal with such a professional company it warrants it. Let me start by saying right when we met Ryan and he gave us a quote I knew we needed to look no further. Our roof was severely damaged from hurricane Irma so we decided to change the house color to a very dark gray with white trim. We luckily received Jim and Daniel as our team with many other guys also but sorry I don't know all the names! Jim made it very easy for me and believe me I am picky! Well the job is complete and I could not be happier with the results!! Looking forward to using them in the future!

The exterior of the home had some hair line cracks which they caulked, then the entire house exterior was spray sealed and painted. Rocky came to clean and paint the sidewalks at our condo building. It could have been a difficult situation with every unit in the building in use but Rocky was a professional, did not get flustered and accommodated everyone's needs. Sal who gave us the quote was very accommodating and discussed with us a variety of options. The painters, Randy and Jimmy, were exceptional! They were very, very accommodating - even when I decided I didn't like the paint color that I had originally chosen. They were more then willing to let me take my time choosing a new color. They spent time doing samples on the wall for me to see to help me make a decision that I was happy with. They were always on time, never left a mess, did a great clean up job when the entire job was finished and most of all, were just really nice guys!!! They painted my home with the precision they would use on their own homes. Ryan Hammond may not be the least expensive painting contractor in the Fort Myers area, but they are fair in their pricing. We recently had the interior of our home painted (April 3 – 8, 2017). All walls were a contiguous color, ceilings, trim, baseboards and doors white, tray ceilings, accent wall and cutouts in contrast. Throughout the week, a consistent work ethic was displayed - every day, all day long. The gentlemen remained punctual and worked diligently. Our home was treated with the utmost respect and conscientiousness. Every evening, the site was tidied and made ready for the next day’s work. Both my husband and I work remotely from home, and the men were never an intrusion to our work or phone calls. I would also like to note when it came time to replace the furnishing, etc – we were amazed at the detail demonstrated by the crew. Photos had been taken to assist in replicating the positions of furniture and large pieces of décor. Foreman went over the house thoroughly checking for any perceived imperfections (most of which we probably would not have noticed), making any necessary adjustments. Overall, the work exceeded our expectations! We would not hesitate to employ Ryan Hammond again. We have already given out 2 referrals, with dear now under contract to have their interior painted in August.

It was excellent from beginning to end. I was impressed with the details of the estimate which explained fully the work that was going to be done. This included a full power wash of the house, correcting any cracks that had developed in the walls, inspecting all the caulking around the windows and removing and replacing it where necessary. I planned this months in advance since I was only going to be in Florida for a limited amount of time and they were able to accommodate my wishes. The two gentlemen (Eddie and Ivan) who prepared the house and did the painting were prompt, professional and very knowledgeable. We could not ask for more. We got visits from supervisors who checked the work and talked to us to make sure we were happy. It was a pleasant experience from beginning to end.

Ryan Hammond Inc was a very good experience from the first phone call to the office. everyone I talked to was very nice and got to us very quickly. We needed wallpaper removed and some painting done. I was given an estimate which we accepted. Two young men can to start on at 7:15 on Monday morning, Alex and Geiner. They were the Best!! We have used Ryan Hammond Inc. for several projects. They just finished repainting outdoor cabinets on our lanai for us and they look absolutely brand new. The existing cabinet doors had water damage and they meticulously repaired the damage to the doors before repainting them. Their process for repainting cabinets is just amazing. This is the second time we had them do cabinetry work for us. Roy is an absolute artist and takes great pride in his work, as he should. We have also used them for interior wall painting and patching and were very pleased with the quality of the work and their responsiveness.

Great job by "Steve" applying epoxy floor to our standard size 2-car garage. He was thorough in the tedious concrete grinding prep process (necessary for good adhesion) and was careful and meticulous in the application and cleanup. We hired Ryan Hammond to remove the popcorn and texture our ceilings and then to paint the ceilings, walls, and trim. Our ceilings were a mess, being a older home with several previous owners that had done some so-called "patch work" with plaster made the job a bit more complex then the normal popcorn removal. Steve and his helper did a great job, covered all the furniture and flooring, cleaned everything up and the ceilings look awesome! We had Roy and Gabe paint the ceilings, walls, and trim. RHI did a great job from start to finish. Jim came out to take measurements and photos for an estimate of the exterior paint of our single family home and he answered all the questions I had in a friendly manner. I received the estimate only a day or two later by email. The price was good and less than a competitor. All communication after then about the color choice and schedule could be simply done by email. The team around Geiner showed up on time, were friendly, did a great job and cleaned up nicely after they were done. It took them three days, one days for power washing, next day preparing and priming, last day final painting. I would hire them again and would recommend them to a friend.

First- It looks like a lot of fake reviews here- notice most of the accounts have 1 review in their history. Their painter took my ladder, I called the office to let them know of the issue, the office woman said they have 15 ladders and would never take mine. It turned out they did and the woman in the office could not have been more inappropriate in handling the situation. No apologies, she said "have a nice life" Their work was also sloppy getting paint on my new equipment including a brand new cnc machine. The owner's response to this review is 80% lies, even more concerning. I dealt with them appropriately, never raising my voice and they refused to take responsibility or even apologize, except in the response to this review. If you are considering hiring Hammond be warned that if an issue comes up the resolution probably won't be what you hope or reasonable. Their go to is to say it couldn't have happened.

I was impressed with the process by Ryan Hammond Inc. in all phases of contact. Sal did the estimate & demonstrated knowledge of his business with a good amount of enthusiasm.
