They came over on time gave me a fair quote and once I accepted their offer went straight to work. The painters were experienced and finished the job in less time than I expected. The finished job looks wonderful, better than I expected. The painters prepared the walls and ceilings, protected my floors and furniture, and cleaned up after themselves. They were respectful, and didn’t waste time chatting. They didn’t play loud, annoying music while they were working. The company followed up immediately to see if I was satisfied. Presto's crew worked hard on what must have been one of the hottest days of the year, but despite the extreme heat, no corners were cut. We also hired the company to pressure wash the house and paint portions of exterior trim.. The work was done concurrently with the interior oainting, and again, exceeded our expectations in the end. Although we were prepared to paint all exterior trim, Rick told us this wasn't necessary and recommended pressure washing most of it instead. This impressed us. Ron impressed me with his prompt professionalism and very helpful suggestions as to colors, etc. The price seemed very reasonable to me and Ron and his crew arrived when he said that they would and painted the interior of my Villa Condo consisting of a large Living Room. Kitchen, Entryway, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. They finished the job in a single day and did a terrific job. The crew was friendly and very efficient. I love how the place looks now. There was, though, some minor damages, but nothing serious. A couple of window blinds were broken and there were a few paint drops on my new floors, but the floors were easy to clean and I was planning on replacing the blinds anyhow. I would not hesitate, even slightly, in hiring Presto Painting Services again!

After getting in touch with Ron (the owner) he got an estimate to me on a timely basis. He followed through by showing up when he said for the estimate. He provided a professional and well explained estimate. The paint samples did not match initially, so he went to the paint store where the original paint was purchased and made sure that the paint matched exactly. His crew showed up on the date and time that was agreed upon. They protected areas needing it, cleaned and prepared the surfaces and painted the entire exterior of the house. When done I found a few small areas that needed some extra attention and those areas were dealt with on the spot. Did not ask for payment until the job was totally finished and I was satisfied.

Presto Painting’s owner Ron Silverman went out of his way to make a difficult situation run very Smoothly. Long story short: Because of a tenant not moving out on time in a house that is actively listed for sale, our painting job had to be split into two projects, separated by more than a week. He not only completed the first half (exterior) early and within two days, he showed up exactly on time the following week. There no dodged calls, nothing. And here’s the kicker - because I had prepared a check for the entire job, thinking everything would happen in one week, I went ahead and paid him before the job was done. Turned out to be no problem! Really appreciated his honesty, follow up, and I can’t recommend him enough.

My first appointment with Ron made me feel at ease as I knew exactly what to expect and received a detailed run down of costs. The team was also able to work quickly and was flexible with other crews that were working with my home at the same time, including working around a couple of unforeseen delays. There was a little confusion on a few fixtures/curtain rods that we wanted removed to paint around and some of the closet shelving wasn't put back properly, but they ensured things were fixed upon completion of the job. I hired Presto to paint the interior and exterior of the house I was selling. They did an excellent job so I hired them again to paint the exterior of the new home I was purchasing. Ron, the owner, is extremely responsive. He always arrived when he said he would. He returned my phone calls promptly. He wrote down all of the instructions that I gave him. Any small touchups that I noted at the end were taken care of without question. He helped me select the paint colors by putting me in touch with the Color Specialist at Sherwin Williams. We hired Presto to paint the outside of our one story house. They were here three days power washing, painting, and touching up. I am honestly not sure why they got so many postivie reviews. While overall the communication was quick and professional between Rick, the foreman, and I and the painters were friendly and courteous, the actual paint job was terrible. When walking around the house aftet the job was supposedly done it looked they didn't even pay attention to what they were doing or do a second coat. They definitely didn't do any touch ups. My husband and I spent about two hours walking around the house finding areas where they didn't get the edges of the stucco or they blantaly didn't bother painting. We also kept finding pieces of old paint around house (from, I'm guessing, when they powerwashes the house.) Unfortunately, things just got worse from there. When they finally got someone to come out to fix the issues they couldn't be bothered to come out and walk the house again with us. In addition, they sent out one guy who we figured out wasn't even aware of how large the job was because he said it would take an hour. He ended up being there for about 4 to 5 more hours painting in the dark. It has now been about 5 months since they painted the house and we are still finding places where the old paint color is still visible and where the paint is already peeling. UPDATE 2/11/2019: After posting my review, Ron, the owner of Presto, contacted me to discuss my concerns. He and Ric came out to the house and reviewed our issues with my husband. Ron had his team repaint the areas where we’d identified missed spots, overspray, and splatter, and make the correct repairs to our stucco. While I appreciate them coming out and attempting to fix all the issues, I cannot change my original review because our original experience and the original paint job was so terrible and that can’t be changed. Ron's team did a great job with the stucco and covering the splatter around our entryway, but due to the poor paint job that was originally done I continue to find issues.

Presto paint did an amazing job on my very large home with 20 foot ceilings. They even changed all the lightbulbs up there for me! The team were also stars about hooking me up with a Sherman Williams color consultant, fixing drywall issues, stucco and paint job on my front porch, and the entire inside of my spacious home. They got the work done in 4 days and even had some extra time to do baseboards. Bang on budget and on time, a rare thing these days. I would highly recommend them for any size home with fairly complicated terrain. I will definitely be using Presto to repaint the exterior of my entire home next year, which is the next big phase of my residential facelift. If you have a big job to do, look no further than these guys!

Just bought a 2yr old house and wanted the interior repainted, along with several major and minor holes patched, not just sanded flat but with orange peel texture to match the walls. The entire 2600sqft they painted was done perfectly and we will be using them when we need the exterior painted and referring them any chance we can to friends and family. Best part was we got about 7 quotes and we choose them due to their reasonable price, not cheapest not most expensive, but because of the extra attn to detail and communication from the time the owner took our call, met us, provided a quote, and through the entire process. We also wanted it done soon, they started the next day and finished ahead of schedule in just a few days.

We had the entire interior of our new house painted. The entire process was smooth, quick and overall wonderful. Picking out the paint colors (getting final samples) was smooth and scheduling was within days from quote (Friday) to start of project (Monday), we were lucky for the opening as we wanted to get painting complete before plantation shutters were installed. The two gentlemen sent to complete the painting were very diligent in protecting our floor & furniture, thorough in coverage and very quiet and polite throughout the week. Ron came out and discussed colors and let us know all of our options. He suggested that we put color samples on different walls to see how they look in different lights and shadows. It was a great suggestion, something we hadn't thought of. It really helped us choose the perfect colors for our home. His crew was very neat, thorough, courteous. They were fully aware of flooring and not to get paint on anything. One of the guys even noticed a small old water stain on our ceiling and took the time to whiten that up as well.
