Love the work & look ! I have had several neighbors compliment on my exterior home after was completed ! I had a few estimates and even though they were not the lowest estimate ,they were the most informative on all that needed to be done . including wood rot replacement ,repairing gutters ,and their entire process.They even helped me with choosing paint samples I had .The time & effort they put into my home was very detailed & must say I was impressed ! Dustin was quick to respond to my email requesting an estimate. He was able to meet me at the job site in a timely manner and give an estimate to me very quickly. Investment Painting worked at 2 projects for me at the same time and completed them on schedule. Throughout the process, I checked on the work being performed and it was excellent. They do not cut corners and do a very complete and thorough job. Dustin is very friendly and personable and truly cares about providing great customer service at a very reasonable price. I have continued to use Investment Painting for other painting projects and have referred them to other people as well who are very pleased with their work. This is the only company I will go to for all of my painting needs for as long as I am in Jacksonville. I recommend Investment Painting of North Florida to everyone I know. The crew was always on time. They were professional and always deliver a quality paint job. They painted the exterior of our house and a two-story foyer, stairwell, and the upstairs living room. Dustin was very easy to get ahold of by phone. I explained my situation for needing a power wash. I needed it in short order as our house was going on the market. He was able to get an estimate done on a Friday late afternoon. Estimate arrived Saturday via email and I was scheduled on Monday to have the work done. The results were great and I was very appreciative for having someone listen to my needs and work to fit me in to their busy schedule. I highly recommend them for any of their services and can see using them in the future for other exterior maintenance needs.

Do not hire this "company" if you are looking for anything remotely done well or timely. Just a few months have passed and our paint is already cracking and peeling. We got fooled thinking this was a large corporation when it's nothing more than a one man show. Dustin turned from nice (giving a quote) to extremely rude the second we gave him a deposit. I would rate a zero if I could!

AVOID THIS COMPANY. We were referred to them by a realtor and the work done was HORRIBLE. In my opinion Dustin was downright rude and arrogant. Aside from the poor work and uneasiness he made us feel - he was also so slow that we never thought the job would be done. Dustin and this company totally mis-represent themselves.
