Painters Orlando made my house the best on the block. The crew leader Mike was the nicest person, he let me know of everything they were doing step by step and made sure it was ok with me first. They did a fantastic job overall, I was extremely happy with how they took care of my furniture. They carefully moved all of my belongings and covered them so they did not get damaged. This is by far the best company I have come across in this industry. I had attempted to paint my interior myself and made a complete mess of the entire project. I didnt want to hire a painting company but my wife decided to make a few calls. She came across painters orlando and I was won by there knowledge and experience. I hired them for the job and was overwhelmed at how beautiful my home looked after they had completed the job. Their price could not even compare to the quality of workmanship we recieved. I would hire them again and recommened all those who are looking for a painting company.

The estimator, Gary showed up at our house to give the estimate, but never discuss how we select the color. We called and Gary said that he will bring sample of color for us to choose from. The first group showed up at our house and started to pressure wash the house without even introduce who they are. We told them that Gary supposed to bring some color sample for us to choose first. This group told us to run to the store to pick the color. We told this group that this appointment is to select the color, they just continued to pressured washed the house. The first group, the "pressure washing crew," only pressured washed your house, but left all of the debris on your driveway. We had to call Daniel this time to confirm how do we select the color. He then said that we have to drive to the paint store to select the color. We had to select the color in a rush. We have to post a sample of the color on our door. The second group, the "painting crew" do not speak English, but very polite and they worked hard, so we even tipped them cash. The management is extremely unprofessional, poor communication. They said they accept credit card payment, but when the job is done, they demand cash or check saying they just moved their bank, so it would take 30 days for them to take process credit card payment. They even threaten to "put a lien" on your house if you do not pay with cash or check within a day. What a night mare. We don't want anyone else has to go through what we went through. - Do not sign the electronic agreement form with them in the email unless you pick the paint color first. - Demand to have them paint a few sample on your house to see if you like it before they start. - They do not accept credit card. Do not let them trick you that they do, then later they will demand payment in cash or check. We just wrote them a check and moved on.

About 1 month ago I hired another company to paint the exterior of my home and they were a complete diaster!!! They showed up late all the time and when the rain had ruined my paintjob they refused to fix it. My sister recommended Daniel Painting Service and wow was I a happy camper. I'm very pleased with the work Painters Orlando provided to me. On short notice, I was able to repair and repaint the exteriors of my home that were damaged by a lightning strike. As you can imagine, we were fortunate to not have a house fire and we were even more pleased when Painters Orlando fixed up our damage and had the house repainted in short fashion with tip top results. Of the contractors who bid the job, Keith was the only one who took the time to ask questions like how long we were planning to live in our house and what our expectations were. He was also very meticulous in describing all the details of the work that they were going to do. Because our 2-story house had a LOT of cracking and stucco issues, his level of detail gave us confidence that these issues were going to get the attention they needed. And they did! The painting crew did an excellent job! They diligently addressed each issue and spent a lot of time on the prep work. George, the foreman, even offered suggestions on details that we had never thought about, like what color to paint the spigots and to paint the electrical outlet covers. We really appreciated him taking the time to do this, as those details added a nice finishing touch. We also appreciated the patience that they showed in all our walk-arounds. They answered any questions that we had and were quick to address anything we pointed out without complaint. Overall, we are very pleased with the finished product - the house looks brand new! You can't even tell where all the old cracks and stucco issues were. We would definitely use Daniel Painting Service again, and have already recommended them to several people. P.S.- Concerning a previous review that we saw, Daniel Painting Service didn't even ask for a deposit. They didn't request ANY payment until the job was done and we were satisfied.

[UPDATE] We changed the rating to 3 stars. Several times I have communicated with Daniel to finish the touch ups and areas his staff did not paint. He promised each time that George or someone else would stop by to touch up and finish painting our downspouts they installed. As of today, 4 months later the work isn't still done. Keith stated someone came by to finish painting and left to go get more paint to finish the job. Since I was at work, I cannot say if someone showed up or not but despite that, the work still was not done. Overall, their work is really good, HOWEVER, DO NOT PAY UNTIL ALL WORK IS DONE AND YOU ARE SATISFIED. As soon as I handed them the check, I never saw them again and only receive empty promises.

I called the company for an estimate , they sent Richard , he came twice to check the property and material needed , he asked for down payment and promise to come next Monday , then he called back said he can’t do the job and he don’t have enough crew to to it , and since then he didn’t refund my money , I tried to call and text he only said today end of day and nothing happens as per now , it is a fraud , am gong to file a police report I have all document and wire information , I tried to call the company office no one answer ,

If I could post 0 stars, I would in a heartbeat! Horrible management and the staff is so rude and try to threaten you if you don’t agree with them. They came out for a quote, and showed up 2 days later and started painting without me even accepting the quote or discussing a start date with me. The work took almost 2 weeks to complete. Their painter actually called me to meet him for a walk thru so they would “know what type of work I expect from them”. Are you kidding me? I need to tell you how to paint a house and make it look nice? The absolute worst business experience of my entire life. I will warn anyone I see about them! I was asked more than 5 times to come meet them for a walk thru at the house and 3 of the times they were no shows. Broke one of my windows and tried to say it was already broken. I tried to meet the owner to pay him by check after he demanded payment in person after 1 day and when he didn’t show up, I put his check in the mail. And since I mailed his check, he threatened a lein on the house. WHEN THEY DIDNT SHOW UP!!! This company is an absolute joke.

We recently hired Daniel Painting to paint the complete Interior and Exterior of our home in Windermere FL We received several quotes and felt hiring a company that can get the job done with least headaches possible was more important than the price.Mr Daniel came out and spent the time to discuss what we needed and was very helpful ensuring we used all the best products and picked the right colors to make our home look amazing. Keith offered to paint samples on our home the day we meet for our quote witch helped out so much. We found out how important is was to have help with getting the right colors for our home. Keith ran down and bought our samples and came back and applied them to our home before we even hired his company . We felt his company was looking out for our interest and was determined to make sure we didnt make any mistakes with our colors. So we hired Daniel Painting Service and from the scheduling the project to the finish touch ups the experience was amazing. He required no deposit and his crews worked hard and fast. Our home was completed in 6 days inside and out 4500sq ft home.I dont think you will find a better , nicer, more professional and caring group of folks as Daniel Painting Service to tell you the truth. "Reply to Owner:" I contacted your company through your website and received a return call from your representative Richard Stone. We have a signed contract with your letterhead and your representative and checks (which were cashed) by your representative. Feel free to contact me or I can contact you with further details. The job was for two homes. One home was completed (mediocre but it was decent). The other home (which we were trying to get ready for sale), was left in a horrendous state. They sprayed inside and it left residue on everything! Not only did we have to hire someone to correct the unfinished job but we had to hire a professional cleaning service as well. Again, I have documentation for everything I'm writing here. It was definitely Daniel Painting Service. The only reason I furnished the final payment is because they swore (Richard and Brooke) they were going to finish that evening. Came back a couple of times after that but no real progress--as Richard was supposedly in and out of the hospital. Questioning this now. At any rate, I assure you I am 100% giving an honest review. Feel free to contact me or give me a name to contact if you feel otherwise. If I could give less than 1 star I would. Please do your homework before hiring anyone from this so-called "company.". They are not Licensed or Insured from my after-the-fact research and they never finished the job which caused us to have hire real painters (and professional cleaners) to fix what these people left behind! Some of the reviews are from these same people so please don't be fooled! Message if you need proof! I have pictures and documentation to prove they are horrible!!

If you're looking for a painter hire the one we did! After looking at four other contractors for some reason we had a really good feeling about Keith Daniel and his company. After speaking with my wife I gave him a call and he quickly set up an appointment. Mr. Daniels came out and inspected our home unlike any of the other contractors we called and that's when we knew 100% we wanted to do business with him. After we received his quote I called him back and discussed all the details and gave him the jobs. Everything went well, his crew and crew leaders were awesome! The attention to detail was perfect. I don't think I need to express to any consumers to hire Daniel Painting Service because his reviews show and call him and see for your self!!

Daniel Painting delivers what they promise. The multi-step prep work prior to the actual painting process including trenching, powerwash, and sealing was precisely as advertised and thorough. My two storey 4,600 sq ft home required extensive ladderwork and protective masking of high windows, and the Daniel Painting Service crew accomplished it all skillfully. They invited me to join them on the walkaround inspection as a second set of eyes for spotting anything that might need touching up, then cleaned up nicely prior to leaving the jobsite. I will definitely go back to them if I require painting service in the future.
