Coastal just finished painting 331 homes and the clubhouse in our community. Excellent work. We had only 5 complaints and 3 of them were resolved very satisfactorily. We have another one that will be finished. The crews were wonderful. Rick, Gil and his crew, Michael, Fernando and his crew. Very professional, diligent, and cordial with our homeowners. We used UCI paint and it worked great. We are getting a lot of compliments from the other communities. We would highly recommend Coastal. Very happy to have chosen them.

I want to thank 3 very professional and hard working men for the outstanding job they did painting my house today. Jake Argueto, Nelson Padilla and Oscar Rodriquez showed up early, got right to work, knew exactly what each person was supposed to do and all 3 worked so well together. They were easy going, laughing and enjoy themselves. They truly cared about making my home look good. The time they put into the preparation and protection of my house was outstanding. I had to keep reminding them to take a break & hydrate. When they were done, they made sure to walk me around to confirm I was 100% happy (although they had each already done a walk around & touched up spots). I was given a very fair and reasonable quote and that's exactly what I paid. I could not ask for a better experience. The 3 men deserve top recognition.

Coastal has done an awesome job for me on three of my properties. The negative reviews cannot be for Coastal P a i n t i n g! As a property manager, I need a company I can rely on and they are #1 in that category. They go over and above what their contract says. They totally protect the surrounding areas including walkways and bushes. And when the hot Florida heat cause a few minor problems, they were right back there to get everything right. They gave multiple coats to our wooden buildings to get them looking right. They painstakingly worked on aluminum railings on an other condo and my stucco and block condo still looks beautiful 10 years later. The owners care about their customers and want us to be happy and come back again and again which I have done on three different properties. I wouldn't call anyone else. Coastal Painting is the absolute best with reasonable prices and outstanding performance.

The team(s) who work on the project(s) are really great and do deserve multiple stars; but due to their sales person who quotes cheap prices because he has unknowing people sign contracts because they don't know correct procedures and he and property managers mislead people and then assume no responsibility, I would give coastal painting in coconut creek minus stars but the project team(s) are great, which resulted in 1 star. When a sales person swears on his/her name (and that of his/her children) to fix something done wrong by using the wrong product and leaving a mess of a paid job..... that says little for either him/her or his/her company. Find out how a job should be done and hire company who agrees to do it right for a fair price. Beware of GE (temporary) fixes.

I'm the President of an HOA in Fort Lauderdale. We dealt with Felipe, Marco, & Luis. They painted 9 buildings for us. This was by the far the most professional contract company I have ever dealt with. Did an unbelievable job, went above and beyond, were continuously available before, during, and after the project. True pros, but just super genuine people. I could not recommend them high enough. I would never use anyone other than Coastal Painting. -Al A.

This morning when I was leaving for work, I saw a truck of this company putting bags of trash onside the my community trash cans, I guess they don't want to pay to dump their own trash and decided to use other people's. "Truly careless painting" On the morning of Friday, July 19, 2019 Coastal Painting spray painted an exterior section of the 2nd floor wall adjacent to the roof of the Holiday Inn Express in Boca Raton West.. My car was parked directly below this area and became covered in paint over spray. No precautions or preventive actions were taken by Coastal Painting to prevent cars from getting over-spray. After the incident occurred I took my car to Danny's Auto Body & Paint LLC to get an estimate to remove the over spray. It's unfortunate that my car was damaged. This incident was 100% avoidable if Coastal Painting had only taken precautions advising guest not to park adjacent to the Hotel. What I am most disappointed about is how this incident has been handled by the Management at Coastal Painting.

I live in Sunrise Lakes Phase 4 and our building went out for painting bids and we(and the contract committee) picked Costal to paint our building instead of the company that had been painting buildings here for many years. We were willing to be the test building in our development as they came highly recommended . Our building condo owners were all so happy with the job that Costal did for us. Phillipe was so easy to deal with and the crew that he sent to our building was top notch. They were very neat, cleaning up after every days work. They were polite, took their job seriously, and worked in a very professional matter. There is now another building in our development that will be using them and others have also asked for their number after they saw the great job they did on our building. Thanks Costal and Phillipe for a job well done.

Coastal Paint completed work on our 6 unit townhomes and I am very pleased with the professionalism of everyone I worked with. Ryan Gianquitti was our contact person and he was very helpful and patient with all the questions we had along the way, and there were many. Also the project manger Daniel was great, anything we asked he took care of it. The job was cost effective for us and we were treated like we paid a million!

Excellent experience. I just initiated the process and I can't believe how fast and streamlined their process is. I was promptly called back by their Customer Representative, Mariana, who was extremely professional in assisting me with the paper work and right after by their Project manager, Philip, who informed me of how the process will take place step by step.. I feel very re-assured and looking forward to their service. I have seen their company vehicles and workers on my neighborhood taking care of other properties and I can see these guys are experts. Will add more to this posting once their job is completed but so far they get 5 stars !!!

I hired Coastal Painting for a seven (7) building, 277,000 SF Industrial Property. This Property is very unique in that the exterior walls are made up of River Rocks/Chattahoochee substrate. I was very nervous going into this as I wasn't sure how the paint would look on this type of structure. Coastal was there to reassure me constantly. Brad, Coastal Sales Rep met with me on a weekly basis and addressed all my questions and concerns expeditiously; I probably drove him crazy; but he was absolutely wonderful about it! The crew was just superb! I had absolutely NO issues with them and the tenants all raved on how well and organized they worked. The work was completed ahead of schedule. I couldn't be happier with the process and results! I would use Coastal again without a doubt.

Felipe was on top of all of our requests and kept everyone within the community informed as the work progressed. Luis did an excellent job on the stucco and wood restorations. HORRIBLE PAINTING COMPANY! The careless workers were hired to paint all the homes in my HOA.They caused damage to my home as well as many others in my neighborhood and refuse to clean up or fix their mistkes.They broke the hanging light fixture near my front door with the powerwashing they were doing.They then spilled paint on my entrance way and also spilled paint on my front door and refused to clean it up and repaint my front door they just damaged.That costs me over 500 dollars to replace my lights and repaint my door and clean the paint off my entrance.Tell your HOA or condo board members not to hire them or else you will end up like myself and so many others paying for money out of your pocket to clean up and fix the mistakes they caused.All the good reviews on here are probably from people on HOA/condo board members or property mangers who hired them and are giving them a good review because of financial incentives. Anyone else like myself and other home owners on here are all giving them poor reviews.

I have to totally agree with review that says workers do not have common sense and/or are very disorganized. They did my community and they did a very unprofessional job. Some of the stucco repairs left a lot to be desired. The painting process was completely disorganized as they would paint one wall and then jump to another different house and then come back to that wall. They covered some windows with plastic film yet the majority were left at the mercy of the painter. They primed my walls and 2 hrs later it rained. They never came back to reapply primer. Their pressure cleaning look more like they were "watering" my walls leaving loose paint behind which they neglected to scrape off and simply covered with new primer/mix. To top it off, they workers have no common sense. If you paint a two story building you normally paint top to bottom, yet here you have someone painting the bottom first and then using a ladder to apply the top paint and having to jump with the ladder sideways so they can paint the sections under the ladder. crazy!! ------------------------ Update after 3 months: They are still working in my community and they have now had to go back and retouch some of the crappy stucco repairs they had done 3 months ago.

My 20 + years experiences with Coastal Painting has GREAT. Steve Michaelson has been my rep forever and Ricky Larabee is a wonderful field supervisor. I highly recommend them! They have handled both my HOAs and my Condominium Associations with professional and great follow through. Their pricing is especially favorable to the Associations.

They did not pay my son as promised. They were remodeling CVS Pharmacies in Oak Wood, GA. The female boss in Ga is a terrible woman to run a company. I could have a lawsuit right now in court over her behavior which was very unprofessional, but karma will get her soon enough. Keep on thinking you are so special lady...because you are really trash.

Our Association Windwood Isles in Deerfield Beach hired Coastal Painting for concrete restoration work. They did an amazing job in a very timely matter. Their crew was amazing. Even our homeowners offered them water and even bought pizza for them. In this hot Florida weather they were here every day. Randy and Charles were their to answer all our questions and they were always very respectful. At our monthly Board meeting even one of the homeowners had great things to say about them. They not only do concrete work and we will definitely use them again for their other services. 5 stars plus for them.

I am the President of an HOA in Jupiter, Florida where Coastal Painting just completed painting two large 5 story condos. We could not be more pleased with the finished product as our two buildings look like new. The owner, Bob Gianquitti, was very professional and was always available to answer any questions we had during the project. The workers besides being kind and courteous, were very attentive to detail and made sure all non-painted surfaces were covered before painting. Their worksite was clean of debris every evening. We would recommend Coastal Painting for any project your HOA would require.
