Barbie and Donna were awesome to work with. The pricing was very fair and the quality of the work performed was top-notch. My neighbors have stopped by to tell me the house looks great. The workers were courteous and detail oriented. Most of all I would like to express my gratitude for their help in sealing the exterior right after Hurricane Irma to prevent further damage to my home, and for their patience while I completed other projects that became priority after the storm. I had to delay the paint several times while I waited for my roof and Barbie and Donna were always very gracious about it. I am happy to write this review, I don't write many, but this company really deserves 5 star reviews. If you need quality work from true professionals this is who you want to hire.

I had a very poor experience in getting a project quote from Certa Pro. I would not recommend this company to anyone. In fact they lost two customers because of the bad experience I had with them. I initially booked an appointment a week in advanced through their direct website. I never received a confirmation of that appointment so I called the day prior and spoke to a gentleman who let me know his wife will be at my home at 8:30 the next morning for a consultation. At 8:40 no one had arrived yet. I received a call from the wife that she "didn't know she had an appointment and could be there in 20 minutes if I wanted to wait." Barbara was very thorough in her review of my home... measuring every wall down to the inch. I expected to see the quote emailed to me same day but a couple of days went by and again I had to do my own follow up to ask where it was. When they finally did send me my quote, Certa Pro's price came in close to $2,000 MORE EXPENSIVE than any of the other quotes I received for the exact same project. She even told me that my house would be LESS work than the home of the person who referred me, but my quote was more expensive than my friends quote. What a terrible experience. Me and my friend have taken our business elsewhere. Pro tip: show up for your appointments.

The CertaPro team did phenomenal with our entire interior job. They were great at communicating with us and deciding the best plan for each day to ensure that our daily lives were the least impacted. I would not recommend this company! The painters stepped on and broke roof tiles and the company refused to fix them. Also the painters did not clean paint splatter off the windows.
