We had CertaPro clean, repair, and paint the exterior of our 2200 square foot ranch stucco home. They showed up early in the morning, and what I thought was potentially a 2-3 day job depending on the weather was completed in one day. They pressure washed the house, soffits, and back patio. They repaired any stucco cracks and chips and then pulled the grass, dirt, and mulch around the house back so they could paint all the way down the wall to the ground. they painted two coats on the body, trim, and garage door. A two man crew with a very professional foreman complete this job efficiently.

Had my house painted back in November of 2018. And the paint is starting cracking and the follow-up and clean up was so terrible that they have been out couple of times just to take care of a things that should have been done before they left the site. Do not use them if you want a professional painters. I have so much over spray on my windows and trim that I called them to come out and they took paint thinner to wipe off just the paint and the lower windows and forgot about the upper windows. I'll be calling them again just to get my house repainted because it's under warranty if I did not have to use them again I would not.

Brad, the owner, came out and measured, got us a quote, and got the ball rolling quickly - it was a super easy process and happened in a timely manner. We were then contacted by the office manager Jay to set up our exact day for painting to start, and it started on time! Jay also offered some great ideas regarding one section we were not sure about how to paint or ho to accomplish the look we were going for. Lamar was our painter and he was fantastic. He was friendly, tidy, and timely. The paint job looks wonderful and we could not be happier! I highly recommend CertaPro of North Jax for your painting needs, and I hope we can use them again soon! Scheduled appointment for 5pm. I work an hour away and took off work an hour earlier for the bid. I cancelled 3 other scheduled bids because the receptionist said Steve said they could start the job next week. I get a call at 3:30 saying they are there and at 4pm saying I wasn’t home for my appointment. I specifically told the lady on the phone I worked an hour away and could not take off work until 4pm. She told me the window time was 4-5:15 and she would note to arrive at 5pm. Now I’m out an hour of work and have to reschedule the cancelled bids. Thanks CertaPro for the awesome professionalism. You lost a $6000+ job.

Jose was amazing....at first it was supposed to be a 3-5 men job but Jose was by himself. He finished the job from start to finish with day 1 being pressure wash and 2 days for for painting. This is the second time I have contracted with CertaPro Painters. First they painted the outside of our home, and when it came time to repaint the inside, I went to them again. I found their pricing to be in line with others and after having had a great experience the first time, I did not hesitate to hire them again. I was even able to get the same painting crew I had 3 years ago for the outside. Very comforting to know they are consistent. From the time Ken came out to give us a quote, and through the whole process, we were pleased with the quick responses to any questions we had. Traci handled the scheduling and coordination of the paint color selection with great ease. She is a pro. Followed up with phone calls right up to the end of the project.
