CertaPro did an excellent job painting our home. We expected that from any company. What set them apart was the attention to detail in every step of the process, the level of communication and how pleasant everyone was. The estimate for the job detailed every service being provided. Many services (like pressure washing) were extended to include not only the areas being painted but sidewalks and driveway, too. We received that level of communication when scheduling the start date - the office gave us an estimated start date then followed up to confirm that date. The team arrived as scheduled, let us know the schedule for each day and got to work. And they did work... with smiles! We are very pleased that we chose CertaPro and highly recommend them.

Excellent job, very competitive price CertaPro Painters provided the lowest quote for my exterior home paint job from all painters I had contacted. They were very thorough, properly washing the exterior as well as sealing gaps in my siding that were left by the previous owner. Also did a wonderful job pressure cleaning my driveway, and painting my shed to match! Would definitely recommend.

Jim and Dan made a friendly and thorough assessment for painting our house including separate quotes for the interior and exterior due to our indecision regarding the interior. After we accepted both quotes, Tony and his team went to work with the added difficulty of working around another contractor's schedule. Tony and the team were fun to visit with while they transformed our home. Tony never hesitated to address any issue I noticed; even when his painters needed to rework an area to my satisfaction. Communication with Terri at the home office was friendly and effective. When it is time for painting in our house, Jim and CertaPro will be my first call!

They arrived the next day to evaluate our commercial space for painting. Gave a realistic evaluation and estimate. Helped us to pick out colors and types of paint that would best suit our needs. He estimated it would take two days due to size and details. (1600 square feet total) The crew arrived as promised, on time, ready to work. They were dressed nicely, explained the entire procedure and went to work. THAT evening the majority of the job was completed. The lead painter stated they would be back early the next morning for a second coat and any touch ups. The next day when we saw the finished walls we were thrilled. They exceeded our expectations of quality, cleaned the area nicely. I would use this company anytime I have a paint project!

Over all it was great. Follow up on work after the fact, not so much. My garage door had bubbles in the oaint before they painted( so they knew) 3 months afer i got bubbles in the door. I called them they came back and fixed it but was told i would be charged if they returned again. There back!!!!!

Tony and his crew did a really good job and were very polite. I think the price was very reasonable as well. To save time prior to the sales person coming out it’s best go to Sherwin Williams and find the paint you want and test it on your walls. That was the hardest part to me- picking out the paint color and feeling confident that it would look good and not have to pay to get it done again if it didn’t look right. I also would be aware that you would have to get someone to prepare the house to be painted. I had glass shelves that needed to be taken down and TVs, furniture and curtains and curtain hardware all had to come down. Make sure and plan for this. Patching holes in walls would really help out as well. They painted everything in a couple days which was great. If you really want things to go fast, prepare as much as you can beforehand put drop cloths and tape them down yourself. Also I didn’t know that they had to take all the shelves and drawers out of my closet before they painted it. I have California closets in both so that added a lot of work for them I wasn’t expecting. One of my rooms was really dark so providing a work lite may be necessary. I personally would provide booties as well for people to wear to protect carpeting etc. Also consider tipping your crew if they do a good job and wait until things have dried and check whether it needs a touch up immediately so you don’t regret it later. I personally think they should include painting to cover everything including closets in the price and not charge for a second coat but that’s just me- make sure that you are clear on this from the beginning because if you don’t have the money to pay for an extra coat then you probably shouldn’t have it done because it won’t look finished.

I was told by the owner of the englewood Certapro how good his painters are so I had them paint two rooms and base trim. Here are the facts, first off we had the house all tore up ready for the painters the next day, I get a call saying that they could not come till the next day because they got behind because of the rain. I told them no, come tomorrow so they did. Where I come from a pro painter comes in a home that has carpet, which we have, would have painter whites and booties and clean drop cloths, they did not. The information folder that is given to you has pictures of painters with clean painter whites on. Then they kept putting there drinks on my painted area were you enter the house. This left water all over my nice painted wood. I moved the drinks 5 times to a table 1 foot away and said something but back they went on the wood area. the drinks should have been left outside, The drop cloths had more paint on them than the wall they did. They put drop cloths down with oil base paint from a different job that got paint on the carpet that was noticed after they left which took a long time to remove, plus the paint they got on the carpet from painting, sloppy and not using clean drop cloths properly. The base trim was painted and missed 25% of the base trim and then wasted my paint when changing pails by dumping quite a bit of my paint that was not put on the base trim. Plus paint on my border around the plants washing out the bucket with my paint in it. Certapro called me to fix the problems but way too late because I had already fixed. No next time, plus I over herd the painter that the owner kept calling to see why it was taking to long which made them rush the already rushed job.

From start to finish we were extremely happy with our CertaPro experience! We were on a tight time frame and Terri, the office manager, worked hard to schedule the estimate meeting with Jim. Jim spent a lot of time with us going over our painting needs- he even helped us pick out the paint colors! Tony and his painting crew were also excellent. We would like to thank the owner Jim for employing such wonderful painters. Danny and his crew were professional, courteous, hard workers who take pride in their work. They were respectful to us and our home. They painted the entire interior of our house from ceiling to floor. Doors, baseboards, mounding, ceilings, walls. They removed and replaced door hardware, switch plates, and vertical blinds. They left the house spotless each day and took the time to walk through with us on the last day to touch up wherever we thought was needed.
