Absolutely terrible. Their work looks terrible. My young child could have done a better job. Communication is non-existent. Between their no-shows, needing to come back because of shitty work, and laziness, I have had to take more time off of work than expected. When totaled, the value of my work time has greatly exceeded that value of the quote. Go ahead and budget and budget a week of days off when considering this company. Who is responsible here? If I were the CertaPro franchisor, I would drop this franchise in an instant!

The men that came to paint were polite and extremely professional. My husband is super picky and even he couldn't find fault with the work. They stripped our old wallpaper, put up the texture, and painted in 5 interior rooms. Everything has been done really well. In the week they've been here, they have never left a mess. The workmen have done everything they said they would do, in the time frame they said they would do it, at the price originally quoted. On a personal note, have been especially impressed with the quality of workmen - they have never made myself, my mother, or anyone else in the house feel uncomfortable. I would recommend this crew to anyone looking for painters.

The CertaPro painting team finished painting my house today and my we are absolutely delighted with the guys who did the job! The work was perfect and they did all sorts of "above and beyond items" like moving furniture on the lanai (which I was supposed to do) and putting back everything exactly where it was, pulling down protective plastic sheeting ASAP from the windows that would provide us with maximum sunlight indoors (they must have read our minds about feeling claustrophobic in a house with the widows covered), etc. The guys were also super polite, respectful and thoughtful throughout the job. The job was also reasonably priced. I could not be happier.

CertaPro did a great job painting our 2,000 SF house, double front doors, six French doors, outdoor cabinets and pool deck. The owner Terry and his salesman Jay came to our house to discuss the project and subsequently provided a quote. I chose them not just due to the best price but their professionalism and prompt quote. Upon acceptance, they started the job within a few weeks and completed it in 3.5 days and did not require any down payment! I will say when the crew showed up I was worried as they were young and I have a tough house to paint, especially the doors that needed primed and sprayed. I contacted CertaPro to inquire about the crew's experience and they sent Carlos to my house, their quality control customer rep. Carlos assured me they would do a great job and if there were any issues they would make sure they were corrected before payment was due (there were no issues). Carlos actually came to our house the following two days and I can't say enough about his calm, cool, professional attention to our project. The entire team was super polite, including Freddie who was the head painter to Carol in the office who answered every question via email. There was one miscommunication but it was quickly resolved with a personal call from Carlos followed by Terry. We are very happy and highly recommend CertaPro!

From the first phone call to the last walk through our experience dealing with CertaPro for painting the exterior of our home was near perfect. Their pricing was within range of all the quotes we received but they offered more details in their quote that they were going to provide. Their estimate process is very professional. A rep from the company came to my house and photographed every area I wanted painted and wrote notes about the work needed. That information was then compiled into a multi-page PDF along with the estimate. After I approved that, then the painters came and they had a copy of that same PDF and knew exactly, based on that information, where to paint and I didn't have to go over everything again with them. They did a very good job, and, cleaned up before they left. Good company.

These people worked on my house twice, once for interior painting which was done very professionally and courteously and later on the exterior which was a horrendous experience. the exterior crew was so bad that they sprayed paint over bugs and wasp nests. The owner, Terry Beamer responded and tried to correct the myriad of problems and we finally agreed to agree but I could write a book on the totally unprofessional manner of the crew assigned to my job. Bottom line---These people are not in any way consistent in the quality of their work. Pay a little more and get professionals and save yourself a bunch of heartburn.

Just received mail stating "we'd love to paint for you again". No gonna happen. Had them paint my kitchen and living room about 3 years ago. They did not bring a ladder to reach up to the ceiling. Said this would delay the job and increase the cost of gas to return to their shop to get the proper ladder. Had to let them use mine. Got paint on the ceiling but didn't have white paint to fix the problem. Had to give them paint I had. Part of the job was to remove wall paper and skim the walls. After they left I had to patch and paint areas of substandard work. And instead of just leaving me the little bit of paint that was left over they wanted to sell it to me. No. I will never hire this company to do any work for me again.
