Wilmer and his crew did a fantastic job painting the entire house and pressure washing the exterior. When I requested an estimate he arrived promptly and took careful notes of the whole job. I received his bid promptly and it was very competitive. He and his crew arrived precisely on time on the promised day, and he finished as scheduled, 5 days later. Preparation, including drywall repair, was excellent. The actual painting was done equally well. Floors etc were well protected and cleanup at the end of every day was excellent. Wilmer and his entire crew could not have been more polite and respectful. They did all the little things to make us happy with the job over all. The pressure washing results alone were fantastic. I would highly recommend this company for all of your painting and pressure washing needs.

I've been in real estate for over 15 years and I've had experience with so many bad contractors (poor quality, consistently unreliable, and price gouging). That said, I learned to for contractors who demonstrate 5 key things--including professionalism, reliability, trustworthiness, superior craftsmanship, and fair pricing. Wilmer and his team were a perfect match! He and his team were professionals throughout the project; he even kept me updated on the progress. They showed up on-time everyday and even stayed late a few times to ensure the job was done on the agreed deadline. In terms of trust, I provided his team with full access to my property and they treated as though it was their primary residence. The drywall repair, interior/exterior painting, deck staining, and deck power washing jobs were spectacular-- even my other contractors asked for Wilmer's contact info! The pricing was beyond fair, especially given the quality of the work along with the amount of work involved. I look forward to hiring Wilmer and Middletown Painting again this summer; and I am referring him to family, friends, co-workers, and my other real estate contacts. Wilmer was the consummate professional from beginning to end. He showed up for the estimate on time and then the two days of work he was here at 8am sharp. He was very easy going and provided his professional opinion when we were discussing how each room should begin and end. His crew was clean and polite, and worked hard all day. One of my biggest worries was my 75inch TV which he took off the wall and put back with zero issues. Lastly and maybe most importantly his prices were very reasonable based on multiple estimates.
