From beginning to end our kitchen cabinet project was conducted professionally and efficiently. All our questions and concerns were addressed promptly and to our satisfaction. Every person who worked in our home, including Manny, the coordinator, and Karen, the office manager, was respectful, friendly, capable and paid great attention to detail. Our previously "dated" kitchen is now bright, has a quite current look and was completed in the time frame originally stated. We would recommend Brennan Contracting to potential customers. It was definitely worth the expense .

The painter was extremely patient considering my wife changed the color after the first coat was applied in the living room. I would like to say that they dont know how to estimate the quanity of paint to be used for the job i have 9 gallons of paint not used on the job wich i had to pay for in his estimate. We were told by brennan the painters worked for him after all the grief and aggravation we find out they were sub contractors. You should think twice. Honesty is the best policy.

The painter was extremely polite, cooperative and considerate of my needs. The painter that painted my home has over 30 years experience in the field. It was awesome to have someone so experienced and professional work for me! I really like the difference that the paint job did for my home! I was satisfied with the price for the job! They even fixed a large hole in the wall for free! You can’t even tell it was there. I really appreciate Brennan Contracting for painting my home!

At a Spina bifida fund raiser last year, I won a "painter for a day" donated by Brennan's Custom Painting. Unfortunately, I have not been able to get Brennan to honor it. For the past few months I have contacted them repeatedly. Even though Craig Brennan did come out to look at the job, they never fulfilled the commitment. I finally gave up. The most disappointing part of the entire situation is that this was supposed to be for a good cause.

The team did a great job painting, patching stucco; fixing some bad wood and replacing front lights. Also, while planning out our project, Brennan's was very flexible and willing to do as little or much as we wanted. The house looks great!

SO , I WAS PRETTY DISAPPOINTED AND I HAVE NOT EVEN HAD ANY WORK DONE BY THEM BEFORE. AFTER READING MANY POSITIVE REVIEWS WHICH EMPHASIZES THE GREAT WORK, PROFESSIONALISM AND FLEXIBILITY. i CALLED TO SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT FOR AN ESTIMATE. THE WOMAN WHO I SPOKE WITH WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL BUT TOLD ME THEY ONLY COME OUT FOR ESTIMATES MON-FRI. I ASKED IF THEY COULD CHECK OUT THE HOME AND CONTACT ME AND SHE SAID "THEY LIKE THE OWNER TO BE THERE TO TALK TO THEM". I WOULD ALSO LIKE TO BE THERE BUT I WORK SO I MADE AN APPOINTMENT. THEN I CALLED BACK AND CANCELLED AND TOLD HER THAT I DID NOT FEEL THAT WAS AT ALL FLEXIBLE AND WE WERE HOPING TO MAKE A DECISION IN THE NEXT COUPLE OF WEEKS. HONESTLY I DONT THINK THERE WAS ANY DESIRE TO WORK WITH ME SO THERE YA HAVE IT. IM GOING TO ASSUME THERE WAS A MISUNDERSTANDING ABOUT MY REQUEST. I DID NOT ASK FOR A DRIVE BY BUT WHEN I WAS TOLD YOU DO NOT COME OUT DURING EARLY EVE OF WEEKENDS FOR ESTIMATES I ASKED IF SOMEONE COULD TAKE A LOOK IN PERSON WITH MY NOT BEING THERE ( NOT WILE DRIVING). I SHOULD HAVE MADE MYSELF CLEARER AND SAID THAT WE COULD HAVE A CALL AND THEN OF COURSE A FOLLOW UP FACE TO FACE BEFORE HIRING. AND NO I WOULD NEVER HIRE SOMEONE WITHOUT MEETING BUT I WAS HOPING TO GET THE PROCESS STARTED WITH SOME FLEXIBILITY. I THINK WHAT I WAS MOST DISAPPOINTED IN IS THAT NO ONE DOES WEEKEND ESTIMATES FOR YOUR COMPANY. NEED TO WORK TO PAY FOR THE JOB YA KNOW:) GOOD DAY TO YOU AS WELL
