Eric's a very fair and committed businessman, and knows his paint stuff. And his crew are skilled and hardworking. We had a paint job by Berk's that lasted well over a decade before it started really pealing and we let it go all the way to 15 years before seeking bids. That's a very long time for our type of house and location (if you don't do the extremely expensive total stripping). We hired Eric a second time because he gave us a reasonable bid and we knew he'd give us a paint job that looked good and that lasted. And we trust him and enjoy working with him. This time we're going to take his advice and call him for maintenance work as the years go by rather than ever letting the thing get out of hand.
