I recently had them do some woodwork and paint the exterior of my home and I would definitely recommend them. Their quote was very competitive which included a nice warranty. Sean, the project planner, encouraged me to get other quotes and didn't pressure me at all to make a decision. They also stood behind their initial quote when they were finished (which included some good discounts) and were fair and transparent regarding their pricing. My project manager, Jess, was very thorough and involved during the painting. She scrutinized every detail of the paint crew's work before walking me around to make sure I was completely satisfied with everything. Jose and his team were extremely efficient and did an outstanding job painting the home. I would definitely request Jose if you're in Northern Colorado. Working with this company is really great. They keep in contact with you via email or phone. Scheduling is always worked within your schedule which makes it nice. I love the fact that we could get new gutters, carpentry repair and painting all done with one company. The supervisor was a joy to work with. I would have put 5 stars but I'm a picky painter and the crew were just sloppy. Most of it was graciously cleaned up but I'm still finding places that were to be painted that weren't and other areas that have paint smears or drops that I'm carefully cleaning up.

Overall not as happy as I thought I would be. The paint job was completed, but only after quite a bit of headache. They had to repaint our trim twice due to painting it the wrong color the first time. Normally this wouldn’t be a huge deal. However, they scheduled the next Saturday to complete the job correctly. I changed my Saturday plans thinking they would complete it on Saturday. When they showed up at noon they decided they would complete it Sunday instead. Perfect, now another wasted day for me!! Sunday morning the painters showed up but didn’t have the paint they needed. The project manager finally answered his phone at 10:30am. This was all after I had been trying for two hours to get in touch with him, or anybody with the company to no avail. Believe me, this is exactly how I wanted to spend my Sunday. Due to a language barrier, I was unable to communicate with the painters themselves. Nevertheless, they were so upset asking me to call someone, I ended up downloading a translation app on my phone to communicate with them. Throughout the entire job and after it was completed, I really had to hold their hand when it came to completing touch ups. Nevertheless, they still did not touch up everything I asked them to even after pointing out mistakes THREE times. Lastly, the painters broke a fence post in my backyard. This ended up being no big deal (to them). They offered me a whopping $20 to fix the post. Should be no big deal, I will be able to find anybody to fix a fence post for $20 (ya right). Overall the paint job was good but by no means the quality I thought I was paying for. I would not use Vivax Pros a second time.

Aaron and his crew painted the exterior of our Longmont house. Pure professionals, the paint crew was respectful, quiet, cleaned up after themselves and really aimed to please. They always do a walk thru before and after painting and they immediately fixed any touch up spots. They also caulk around windows and made sure the lower siding was sealed to protect against rain and snow. We found the quoted price to be comparable and affordable. We would highly recommend Vivax Pros! We will definitely be using them soon for our home interior as well.

The guys on the job were great and did an excellent job painting. They cleaned up after they were done and it was nice not to have to do it myself. Vivax Pros did a tremendous job painting our house. We had a big job — 2.5 story all wood siding, wood windows, and a ton of trim, and staining of our wrap-around porch and balcony decks. They sent full crews every day who were polite and hard working, and worked consecutive days. They followed all environmental regulations and prepped carefully (carpentry, pressure wash, caulking, sanding and scraping) before priming and painting. They made sure I was completely satisfied before they considered the job done. They even changed-out the deck stain I selected at their cost to use a more appropriate finish. They did not ask for a down payment and they accept credit cards so I also got air miles out of the project. Their price was very reasonable.

I'm not always a stickler on time because I would rather someone go slow and do a good job than rush and miss things, but in this case I'd say they were not to fast, not to slow, but right in the middle, just the way I like it! This was a professional process from start to finish. The estimates were presented clearly and concisely-outlining the differences between the three estimates. The painters Everet and Daniel showed up on time and worked throughout the day to complete the job. They were quick to ask questions when necessary and took care of special requests with no problems. Stewart Hemmingway, the estimator and "face" of the company was a great guy and very helpful in explaining the process. The job was completed with no problems. They cleaned up and left the yard looking great--they were also very good at keeping gates shut so our two dogs could not get out of the yard. Daniel (the main painter and all-around nice guy) did an impeccable job painting our 1920s home. This home had so many unique characteristics including many, many shelves, trim, cutouts, etc. I would imagine that this was not an easy project for them; however, the end result is amazing. they painted our house in Loveland and did a magnificent job! all of the crew and sales people were great to work with from Sean to Jenn to the actual workers, our house looks wonderful and they did a super job, communication was amazing and work performed was above standards...if you need your house painted call them they are the best out there. I recently had to have them to come repaint the front door on 6/4/2019 under the warranty and they did it super fast and we had to have our garage door replaced and they even repainted the new garage and did it for nothing. this company is THE best out there! We are extremely pleased with Vivax Pro! After a number of estimates for the exterior of our home, Vivax was the only company that gave a comprehensive estimate complete with information about mold treatments, paint options, warranty options, etc. Most other companies gave one flat rate with little explanation of their process and warranty levels. Paul also took the time to walk around with me and point out the areas that needed to be addressed during the painting process. We actually used this information when getting other estimates. During the painting process, Aaron and his crew worked extremely hard to make our house perfect. The project took two full days. Then Aaron did a walk through with us and he and his crew dedicated time to touch ups. They didn't leave until we were satisfied. There is something to be said for a company that makes sure their customers are happy. While I am sure Aaron had tons of other customers to deal with, while his crew was working on our house, we felt like we were their number one priority. In a day and age where outstanding customer service often comes as an afterthought (or not at all), Vivax Pro gets it right. They are the best mixture of professionalism, quality work, flexibility and excellent customer service for what we felt was a competitive rate.

They did all of that plus provided a terrific paint job and finished early. it was some of the hottest days of the summer. I felt really bad for the guys and one gal that came. Kayla our coordinator was prompt and provided a very detailed estimate breaking down itemised expenses well. Nick our project manager is a super nice guy to work with and very helpful organizing and assisting with the job. Santos, our lead painter was very friendly, courteous and always on time. He and his partner did a very high quality job on the exterior (prep, base, trim and brick) and took their time along the way. They cleaned up thoroughly after the job and made sure we were pleased with the final result. My wife and I were extremely pleased with the quality of work. The job was fairly priced and done for the estimated cost.

I received a few different bids to paint my house and decided to go with Vivax, one for price, and two because of the warranty that they have. Living in Colorado with the crazy weather I figured it would be good to have as a safety net. I expected to have to be very involved in the process (pointing out mistakes, repeating what I wanted done) and even scheduled my next project a week after so that I could be available. Well they pretty much blew my expectations away. They came out and did an initial walk through and went over everything with me that I wanted done. After that I received excellent communication about the different steps of the process. Then when it came time to paint, Nick the project manager kept in touch with me through text and phone calls everyday to let me know how things were going and to make sure that they were getting every single detail right. I ended up asking him to change a few things and he didn't even flinch. He was easy going, super cool, and very understanding of what I wanted done. When it was all said and done we walked around and the job was pretty much flawless. These guys, especially Nick are beyond excellent. The first guy that I did the walk through with even goofed a little on the quote and Nick ended up giving me the better paint and honored their mistake by charging me for the cheaper. What a guy. They aren't the absolute cheapest you will find out there but are worth every penny.
