My wife and I received 3 quotes to paint our house recently. Paint Pals was by far the best bid though that wasn't the only factor in our decision. In short, our entire experience (from the initial visit with Justin Noyes), to the scheduling and to the actual painting was nothing short of excellent. And then when the team who was scheduled to pain our house showed up, I was even more impressed. Each of them were incredibly friendly, cordial, went above what was expected of them professionally, and worked extremely well together. So well, in fact, they were able to knock out painting in our house in 1 day without lacking in quality at all. I consider myself to be a person of excellence and wouldn't have shrunk back from pointing out any deficiencies in the walk through after we were finished. I really couldn't find anything. In summary, my wife and I were very pleased and would use Paint Pals again in a heart-beat.

We recently had our house painted and upon searching landed on paint pals of Thornton. I am giving 5 stars because the painter we worked with was named Luis. He did an amazing job. He was very detailed thorough. He did not rush the process as the weather over 2 weeks was not ideal and he only painted when he knew the conditions were ideal and ideal for a long enough time after painting that it wouldn’t affect the paint. Luis explained every day what he had done and showed me the areas of attention that he thought future issues may arise while doing everything he could to make it last as long as he could (helped with the sideboards). Painting aside, the only issue I would give 3-4 stars is was the initial meeting. The sale, which I could tell didn’t want to come off like a sale did. It was a pressure sale as the lady who came to my house said there is a discount for price if I book it now. Because I had already obtained quotes before, it made my decision easier, but had this been the first appointment, it would not have been a good experience. In the defense of the saleswoman, she was informational and explained what they would do and how which is what sold me in the first place.

The entire process was very professional, the prep & painting of the exterior of our house was completed in just 2 days. We are extremely pleased with the quality of work Paint Pals did for us. Justin worked around our schedule to come to our house, do a walk around and give us a very reasonable quote. They put us on their schedule for the middle of April but once we made our color selection they came in a week early. The crew were on time, polite and pet friendly. They were quick to respond when I needed help taking down the old satellite dish and moving patio furniture before painting. Daniel did a great job on the detailed paint scheme on our front entry. Fair & Reasonable Quote, Professional Crew, Good Communication, Attention to Detail. We highly recommend Paint Pals and will use them for our Next project.

I will use these guys again! We had a couple quotes within the same cost. Chose Paint Pals because Jesse, the sales guy had experience with getting paint approvals through our HOA. Two weeks before the scheduled time, the paint crew leader, Luis, called and asked, " I have this awesome crew who is working really hard, so we are ahead of schedule; Do you have availability to paint early?" We did have available time, and due to Jesse's knowledge of the HOA approval process, they were able to start painting and get our house done EARLY. The paint crew leader was correct, their crew was great. They cleaned and calked items that I would have not even noticed. The paint job looks great. I really couldn't be more pleased!

Thornton Paint Pals did a great job of painting the exterior of my house. They were competitively priced and showed up on the date we agreed to start the job. In particular, I was impressed with the amount of prep work they did before starting to paint. The house was a little over due for painting, so I had a significant amount of paint peeling, and the caulking was in bad shape. By the time they were done, the house looked awesome. They are really good house painters, and I plan to use them again when we decide to do the interior painting.

Shawn and his paint crew were very professional and trustworthy. I was very pleased with all the prep work they did prior to painting. My windows, door knobs, light fixtures, plants, rock, were all protected from any paint. They cleaned up at the end of the day. I am extremely pleased with the actual paint job and would highly recommend them. We had an issue of the paint store mixing up the wrong trim color, Shawn stopped painting and addressed this problem immediately. I did not have to do anything and they were out the next day with the correct color mixture.

They estimated 5 days, I'm sure weather concerns were factored in, but we had good weather, and they finished in 3 days! What matters most is the quality of the job, and the job they did was great! These guys did a fantastic job - both on the work done and in regards to their customer service. We requested and received a quote from them last summer but then for various reasons we had to put the work off. They stayed in touch with us, very patiently, and yet without any pressure whatsoever - until we were finally were to get the work done this summer. They came out and got the job done in one day - pressure washing and painting our deck as well as doing some trim paintwork to the front of the house and garage. These guys did awesome!

Thornton Paint Pals provided me with the best price and the best quality paint. I did select them after reviewing 4 other bids. I did have some mildew on one side of the house as well as wood pillars/shutters that looked weather-beaten. We reviewed the best way to address/correct those problems prior to painting. I loved the fact that I was able to get Free Test Quarts to ensure I was accurately matching the paint colors I wanted. The paint crew lead, Lucy, contacted me the day before painting was to start and a thorough power washing of the house was completed. Lucy and three painters, Jose, Roberto and Guillermo, arrived the next day just before 8 AM. They were kind, respectful, hard-working and very professional. I have a ranch house and I was amazed that they had the house completely painted in just under 8 hours! They were very patient with me while we did the walk through after painting the house and performed minor touch-ups. They did a great job! I'm very happy with the results - my house looks brand new again! Thank you!
