Bill was so helpful setting up a review of what was needed. His painters were very friendly and courteous. Always made sure the prep work was well done. Had our 2 bathrooms, our upstairs and downstairs, as well as the laundry room painted. They double checked their work and left us clean and beautiful. Will have them back to paint the bedrooms.!!!

Precision Painting recently painted a home we own in Louisville. The wood exterior had been poorly painted in the past, and needed extensive preparation work. While other contractors focused on what quality of paint we wanted, Bill Siler sized the job up in terms of what would be done BEFORE the paint went on, to guarantee a quality outcome. BIll has extensive experience in the painting profession, and is also a good manager. He hires excellent, experienced workers who obviously like working for him, because he treats them fairly, and tries to instill a sense of pride and craftsmanship in their efforts with the job briefings and progress checks he frequently makes. His crew works very hard for him and understands that painting requires patience. They appreciate quality over production. Bill Siler is a stand up good guy who does what he promises to do. He returns calls in a timely fashion and listens to his clients concerns and questions. Precison started and finsihed our job as promised., and we couldn't be happier with the results. Price $ wise, I'd say Precison is at the higher end of the bids we obtained, but not by much. Once Bill laid out in his contract exactly what was going to be done, his timely responses to our questions, and the crew arriving exactly when he said they would, as well as the final product, I'd say it was certainly worth it. Always remember that you get what you pay for.

How many companies actually take the time to listen to what you need and over deliver. Bill and his crew are top notch. Last time my house was painted it was a day and half total. With Bill's team they spent more time preparing the house than the other company spent on the entire job. Bill is very much a perfectionist and expects nothing less from his crew. You can't go wrong with Precision!

Bill was professional, personable, and honest from beginning to end. His team was just as great, showing up bright and early and taking pride in their work. To be completely transparent the project did not go 100% smooth but our home wasn't the easiest project to begin with either. Bill had his team working late, on weekends, and even finished the project himself at 8pm on a Friday to make sure every request and then some was met. Great company. Definitely the right choice for any project, big or small!

We received a free color consultation, and chose our colors, Bill showed up early, worked late and the job was done a day early. He even took the time to fill the dings in the trim and baseboards. He is a nice guy, his crew works quietly and efficiently and clean up everything ! He even vacuumed the carpet after the job. Now that's service !

Our home is a dark color and he educated me on the best grade of paint to prevent fading. The painters were professional and Kenny was detail-oriented and very thorough with the prep work. His painting was exceptional and he cleaned up everyday. On trash day, he even brought my empty trash cans up from the curb! The customer service was fantastic. Any additional work I do in the future, I will contact Precision. And my house looks gorgeous!

The house paint is good, but the caulking is cracking around our windows and trim. I was told that there was no way the caulking they use would crack. They where supposed to stain railings on 2 decks. The front deck they missed. I sent several E mails, and never got a response. They used a porch chair to stand on when they where painting, they broke it, I had to argue with them to get them to replace it. They left a big mess on the side of our house and got paint all over my neighbors landscaping rocks. We had to have them come back and replace the rocks and clean up the mess. I would suggest choosing a different company.

Bill showed up 1.5 hours late. He didn't call. He then dropped off his assistant to tape and prep and disappeared for over 5 hours. He didn't answer my calls so I left a message asking him to call me. He didn't return my call, he called my wife. After 5.5 hours he finally showed up and was only able to complete half of the job. He had a million excuses for everything. On top of everything else, his truck leaked brake fluid all over the place in front of my house and he failed to clean it up.
