They got the job done quickly, even with the rainy spring days. The crew was polite and hard working. The foreman Angel was efficient, polite and helpful. I absolutely love how my house looks. We had six different companies give us estimates and this place was among the least expensive. I highly recommend Peak Pro!!

Terrible experience. Beware! The claim of customer satisfaction is completely false. The most unprofessional staff and blatant disregard of me, my time and my property. I was made to feel that my home wasnt worth their time and was a nuisance rather than a job. My home might not be the biggest but its mine and I work hard for it and doing this remodel is important to me and to have them disrespect me and my home so aggressively was shocking to say the least. Have it all on video and still they want to say I am a liar and that things were done that clearly were not. I wish i had dug a little deeper and checked out sites were all reviews are posted not just the ones they pay for. Make sure to ask for contractors insurance info, I did and was given the run and was never provided the information. It is costing me thousands to have the work tbey did corrected.

Tim was by far, the most responsive, informative, knowledgable, eager, and professional. He was also the least expensive. He arrived when he said he would, took the time to go over the job in detail, was helpful with color choices, and made repair recommendations that didn't break the budget. The job turned out amazing! My husband and I have been cramming a lot of construction into a small amount of time and have had our full with contractors. It was such a a relief when we started working with Grant from Peak Pro Painting. He helped me patiently when I was between colors, was upfront and honest about everything, always on time, helped me with advice on staining our new deck, the work was done efficiently, the crew was extremely nice and they left no mess. They also left us enough paint to do touch ups even though they offer to come do them for free themselves. We will be contacting Peak Pro Paitning for all our future paint project inside and out. I wish all contractors and companies were done with the professionalism that Peak Pro Painting has.

Peak Pro is a top notch contractor. It's not easy to trust your home to somebody else, but these folks are true professionals. I had a house that needed the entire interior repainted from floor to ceiling. Peak Pro quickly provided an estimate and was able to accommodate the tight timeline needed to sequence the painting with other work being done to the house. The paint edges are crisp and they even provided design/color advice at no extra charge. Overall, it was a straight forward and honest experience resulting in a quality paint job. That checks all the boxes in my book.

Peak Pro just painted the entire exterior of both our rental property and our primary residence. As this was a rather large project, I did my homework, and they were one of about 9 estimates that came. I am so happy I chose to go with them over their higher priced competitors. Their color coordinator gave some great recommendations and I couldn't be happier with the colors. Peak Pro was great from start to finish! They showed up on time and communicated with us every step of the way. We had brand new hardwood floors that damaged easily and they went out of their way to purchase extra protective coverings for our floors and made sure to be extra cautious. We were told 2-3 days for roughly 1,500 SF that included trim, railings, and patchwork on the stair stringers. They finished it in a day and a half! They also fit us in on short notice before our furniture was delivered. We would definitely recommend them! It was an easy and painless process.

I am not happy with Peak Pro Painting the way they treat their client after taking 25% down payments once sign contract. I would not recommend Peak Pro Painting for any job. They are trying to make money out of you once you sign contact. They don’t even communicate with their painter guys on what ever you have discussed during signing contact. Also don’t even follow up with customer if jobs being done correctly as discussed during first visit when signed contract for your home exterior painting. I really had bad experience with this company specially Cameron Johnston who discussed project and never followed up. When my HOA didn’t approved original colors which we picked for my exterior colors, I had to change colors and when I called to discussed with Cameron, he was asking for more money than what we agreed. Also, Cameron mention that they will do two quotes during signed contract but their painters did only one coat. They did different windows color in the front of the home than every where else and I told that HOA agreed to have same color on all the trims so require all the windows to be same exact trim but these guys want more money if I want other windows to be same trim. Their painter are never on time to do their jobs. I won’t recommend anyone to peak Pro Painting for any jobs

He also did a great job going over the repairs needed and provided a very reasonable estimate that PEAK honored even though the crew did more work than I expected. I had thought that the smaller, more local companies might be less expensive and more responsive than a company the size of Peak Pro Painting. I want to give them five stars, but I just cannot! We decided to go with Peak Pro Painting to paint our house for a few reasons. First, Cameron was great and explained most everything very well and clearly for us to understand the process. The only thing we would have liked to know prior to the painting was the process to coordinate the work. They did give us a window but the painters never called to let us know exactly when they would be there so I had to drop everything and run home in order to get them the paint colors and do the initial walk through. It would have been nice to touch base the day before or even that morning. Second, the finished work was very high quality. It took them two days to paint and finish and the house looks great. My feedback here is that they did everything in one day, prep and paint, and it felt rushed. Cameron told us they plan on two to four days (2-4) for the job so I assume they just try and squeeze in as many houses as they can and hope there is minimal touch up and go to the next one with time to spare. So, I was worried because there was a LOT of touch-up that needed to be done. But, to my surprise, the painters did everything very well and that second day was spent addressing all of our concerns. I only wish that they would have done it that well the first time! My only complaint here is that Cameron told us all of their crews speak English. Well, this crew did speak English, but minimal. I still had a hard time communicating without needing someone to interpret over the phone. In this end, this was not so significant, but it did cause some concern during the painting process. Finally, the price was very competitive and Cameron even worked with us to help meet our budget. This was the finally selling point and the ultimate reason we chose to use Peak Pro. The reasons I am not giving them five stars are, we were supposed to get touch up paint from whatever was left over and we have not yet been given this. I am not sure if we ever will. Not the end of the world, but we were told we wold get touch up paint and did not... And the main reason for not giving a perfect review is that the painters must have rinsed their brushes or rollers or sprayer in our yard. Whatever they did killed spots of the grass and I am frankly not even sure what I can do about it. How do I monetize killed grass? So, if Peak Pro even reads this review, please tell your crews not to clean up in the grass! This is like a black eye on a model! The house looks better but the yard looks worse! All in all, glad we used Peak Pro Painting. UPDATE: Peak saw my review and called me the same day! They made an introduction to a landscape company who has come to our home and patched the lawn with new sod and now the yard looks great! Matches the great paint job! Well done, PPP, thank you!
