Evan and his crew are absolutely the best of the best. We had to move into our new home earlier than expected due to our lease expiring and the landlord having a new tenant ready to go. We were hoping to paint the home, which was slopped by new construction painters in an unacceptable hue, prior to move in, but that couldn't happen. Evan took the time to help us pick the perfect new colors, clearly explain the prep and process, and was incredibly flexible in scheduling around our crazy personal lives. HE PAINTS AND RUNS THE CREW HIMSELF. Everyday he communicated with us, made sure the team was cleaning as they went, and walked thru each room to get our stamp of approval. It is not a small home, and he delicately maneuvered around some very expensive pieces of furniture and our two small boys. My wife and I received 4 bids. Unnecessary. Evan was not the most expensive and not the least. But, we are absolutely thrilled with the outcome and his effort. Top Notch. He's worth more. In a labor market starving for quality workers, Evan is a rare breed, hands on. Every other painter we got estimates from was just going to pass the job off onto one of their crews, and check in from time to time. I will recommend him to anyone who asks.

We used New Perspective Painting to repaint the interior of our Victorian house in the Highlands built in 1890. Not an easy job. Evan Wilson, the owner of the company, came to our house, did a thorough walk through, and provided us an estimate that was more affordable than the other companies we talked to. But just because it was cheaper does not mean the work product suffered. We used five different colors and painted six rooms, two bathrooms, two hallways, stairs, ceilings, and trim. Evan and his crew were able to start just two weeks after we signed the contract, and he his crew finished the work in 5 1/2 days! They even repainted a significant portion of the kitchen (at no extra cost) after we decided we didn't like the color we chose. The work was terrific. They have already been out to the house one time for minor touch ups, and now that we had some carpeting on the stairs replaced, they are going to come out one final time to touch up around the new carpeting. I cannot say enough good things about Evan and New Perspective. Great work, affordable, and super easy to communicate with. Just great. We would use them again in a heartbeat.

Highly recommend Evan and New Perspective Painting. I was originally going to use another painting company recommended by my HOA but Evan swayed me to go with his company after the estimate. Evan is highly responsive and got an estimate back to me the same day that he visited my apartment.
