Good thing rex is giving away weed with his roofs. You would have to be high to deal with this guy. Most self involved self important joke i have ever talked to. Who introduces themselves as rex the roofer. Did he actually think i would know who he was. He wanted me to commit obvious insurance fraud to get them to buy my roof. Told me i was an idiot for not doing it. Wouldnt even give me a bid for paying myself. I told rex straight out that i didnt have any hail damage from the last storm. Any damage is very old and from multiple events. He told me it didnt matter, he would make them pay. That is fraud in my book. Didnt measure the roof, didnt look at anything really. I asked for a qhote and he just threw out a number and climbed off the roof. Nothing written, didnt discus the roofing or what he does when he replaces a roof. Didnt want anything to do with it without the insurance paying. Maybe they are the only ones who will pay his prices, 50 percent higher than everyone else. His workers may be perfect and the roofs they do may be perfect but rex is a classic bully.

Searching for the roofing contractor that will help you in fixing your roof is hard. Even if we are already in the era wherein you can search everything in just one click, it can still be dangerous to entrust your roof to someone you don’t even know. I asked for suggestions from my friends and they told me what if I should try Masterpiece roofing. At first, I hesitated because I’ve read numerous reviews about them but I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt. I tried their service. They were actually better than I thought they would be. Their services aren’t as bad as other people say. However, they did a small mistake but they were able to work on it and were able to gain the trust I once gave to them. They did my roof well and I was satisfied with their work.

Completely unprofessional and sends harassing and demeaning text messages. Do not work or talk to this contractor as he is the least professional in the field and his work is sloppy at best. They were notified multiple times via text to stop work and other contracts were being reviewed which Rex responded with no problem. I will gladly send text messages to anyone that would like to see exactly how they operate My attorney reviewed the contract and there are numerous issues that void it. 1) no fixed dollar amount 2) no xactimate report from contractor 3)no supplements sent to insurance 4)no material/work delivered or performed 5) work to be completed within 30 days, past that point. Stay far away from this company Please see the response below they do not have the courtesy to even spell names correctly or address the demeaning and Harassing text messages sent by the owner.

Worst experience EVER.! The roofers came and left in two days. After the first day of removing the roof we noticed that there was roof debris down in out kitchen vent fan. Long story short, The company that was supposed to fix our roof broke our kitchen fan which in turn caught fire and could have burned our house down. Had we not been home to put the fire out we would have lost everything. Had it happened when we were sleeping we could have all died. They broke our driveway with the truck used to haul away the old roof. So now we have had a 12 by 12 hole where our driveway used to be for the last week and no plans to fix it for another week!! And they never called the city permit department to have the roof inspected when they were finished with the roofing. All I have gotten from the from the administrative people I have called is run around and lies. Unless you’re looking for headaches do not call this company.

Had some hail damage on our roof and our paint from last year. Dealt with David at Masterpiece Roofing and he was very informative and helpful. David met with our insurance adjuster and worked hand in hand with our insurance to help us out. Masterpiece Roofing went to bat for us and they got the insurance to cover all of the damages, which included a new roof, new paint, and new gutters. The process was quick and easy. I would recommend this company to anyone.

Can't attest to their work. But today Me, my wife, and our 3 children were driving through eastern Oklahoma to see my family for thanksgiving when one of their trucks swerved over into my lane almost slamming into the front of our car. I immediately called the number to let their management know that one of their employees nearly serisouly hurt or killer my family with their moronic driving but when the person answered the phone. (He said his name was Rex) and I began explaining my situation he laughed and said "I'm write in front of you mother ****er" I told him he needed to learn to drive before he killed someone and his response was "**** you and stay out of my way if you knew who I was you wouldn't be ****ing with me" So please don't use this company. Don't support human beings who are this vile and ignorant. My children are 4, 2, and 5 months old and they could've been killed by his stupidity and he did not care one bit.

This guy can't take NO for an answer. He keeps coming to our house to give us his card even though we said we didn't want to do business wih him. And he drives by and honks at us when we are outside. His actions are beyond persistent; they have moved into the realm of harassment by not respecting boundaries. A priviledged white male who thinks he can pressure us into business with him and does not respect NO! Do not give in to the likes of him. Other reviews have verified that he is not a good choice.

I honestly have had no problem with these guys. They came, did what they said they'd do, cleaned up after themselves, and set up the follow-up inspection with the city.. Maybe they've cleaned up their act (from past reviews) - I have no complaints.

This is the second time Masterpiece Roofing has done our roof, the first time was excellent, however this time has been not the same experience. We have had the crews out here 4 times, the color was wrong on half the roof (completely different/noticeable) , the skylights weren't done, and our gutters haven't been touched-still. The crew was drinking beers all day, and broke bottles all over our patio and pool patio (bottles fell off the roof--they cleaned up the glass but only at the end of the day and we had to be extremely careful walking outside). Additionally, the crew "borrowed" our forklift to help hoist up the shingles, but proceeded to drive it on the grass and sink half the forklift by running the tires. We had to get out our truck and work through dark to get the forklift out. I am disappointed and inconvenienced. Rex-we know you can do better, so do better.

Very poor quality. Masterpiece replaced my roof 6 years ago. After every rain shower we get tons of granules falling off our roof. We never had this issues with the previous roof.

I have been in contract for over a year and the work is still not done. The work that was done by Masterpiece has to be now be redone by a true professional. Today December 1st A driver for this company on a black shevy truck on highway 25 right before the exit of Colfax almost killed me and my newborn by changing lanes like crazy speeding and not using the turn signal. He didn't care. He acted like nothing and kept going on with his bad driving. Older white gentlemen with glasses around 50. I just wouldn't hire a company that doesn't value the life of others or take much concern or safety.

As someone who relies on the internet whenever there are things I wanted to purchase, I somehow have an idea on which service company or business is a real seller and/or scammer. One thing I ensure is to know if the reviews are true or just made to ruin a certain reputation. That is why when I first saw Masterpiece Roofing’s review, I did gave them a benefit of a doubt since my roof needs an urgent fix and they are the closest roofing company in my place. Reviews are made to help the consumer and not to bash someone. All the negative things that I’ve read, I didn’t mind them and decided to call their service center. I dialed twice before they picked up the phone. That was one of their flaw as a company but I shrugged it off upon hearing and knowing how respectful the person who answered it. I was so happy that they are offering me choices. However, there is a roofing material that I liked and even if they don’t have a stock of the said variety, they were able to get a supply just in time of the roofing installment. Which I appreciated because they really did their work by meeting the expectations of their clients. Hands down to their roofers because the bad weather didn’t stop them from working on my roof. This act surely shows how dedicated they were in the kind of job they are doing.
