Good communication, prices are fair. This is the 2nd house that I have had them paint and the project was completed in both well before expected. The prices were very fair and the work done was excellent. I will use again in the future!

Please do not use these people. If they cannot respect a simple "no solicting" sign what makes you think they will respect your home. I have a sign right at door knob level and when I came home today I found a marketing flyer on my door. Along with one from Footprints Floors. Whomever you are hiring to drop your marketing garbage, Innovative Painting, has cost you several thousand dollars worth of business. Referrals is the best form of marketing. Hopefully it will only cost you one customer to learn that lesson.

I am in the middle of a high risk pregnancy, and we decided to hire this company to help paint three upstairs bedrooms more quickly and without the headache of doing it ourselves, especially since I didn't want fumes in the house for several days. It was awful. The owner was extremely rude. He and the company made several major mistakes, and lacked professionalism. When only one worker showed up an hour late for a job that they promised would be finished within the day, and had the incorrect scope and paint, I called their company to clarify. They blamed it on me, until I showed them records of their commitment. To be more precise, my husband took over and showed them, as the owner was extremely condescending to me until I had him on the the phone with me, making comments like, "believe me, I've had to listen to you complain and nag all day," and "Well, what do you want me to do about it?" when I continued to ask how he planed to solve the problem and he continued to deflect. He "resolved" it by saying, "well, I guess I'll have to throw my secretary under the bus since it looks like this is all her fault, but what do you want me to do? We'll have the one guy return sometime next week, so block your schedule again." I can't imagine working for him! Just having to listen to him for the day was awful enough- he was hot tempered and unprofessional, and made me feel uncomfortable as a women to deal with him. He advertises frequently in my Solterra neighborhood, and I find myself often trying to steer neighbors away from him. Not worth the headache; no one should choose a company that has no value for its clients and lacks professionalism, ethics, and pride in their work, especially with so many other options out there.

I was in a rush to get an estimate on my home for interior painting, they had someone come out the next day for a free estimate. I had my home painted the following week, I couldn’t be happier with the entire process. The painters were on time and very careful while in my home. I will definitely use you guys again in the future!

Put Innovative Painting on your short list! If you want your home painted by careful, caring, patient, and respectful professionals Paul and his crew are top notch. The workmanship, respect for the property and particular consideration for owner requests (myself) is nothing short of miraculous. I worked with several Denver painting companies to bid the job. Not only did Innovative Painting compete with a reasonable bid but their customer service was excellent from day one. They promptly retuned my phone call, answered questions (with quality explanations), plus set an appointment to visit / walk the property without hassle. Owner Paul Truex walked the project with me and made recommendations as we discussed details regarding necessary repair work and paint treatment. Regarding cost… While not the least expensive bid, I was impressed by the detailed estimate presentation and assistance we received in determining what actually needed to be done. When the crew came they were extremely respectful and skillful in executing their responsibilities. Crew leader Elizabeth re-walked the project with me prior to start to verify / clarify expectations and work through any oversite gaps. Paul took extra care regarding some very specific concerns throughout the project and made good on all promises. If you're looking for a company with pride in their workmanship and integrity in the job call Innovative Painting. I will definitely be using this firm again.

We got the exterior and trim done on our home and it looks amazing! Very clean and great quality. The painters worked so hard and got it done in a great amount of time and the company all around was great to work with and very responsive. Getting ready to get our interior done by them as well and also being a Real Estate agent I have already referred them many times.

These people came into a neighborhood that clearly states no soliciting and no handbills. They hung their handbill right next to a sign saying no soliciting no handbills. The man also opened my screen door after hanging the advertisement. Maybe checking for an open door? I don’t know it was off camera but I sure am glad my doors were locked, security system armed, and dog at the ready.

This company hires Vic & Dan Advertising to hang their brochures on people's doors. Both Innovative Painting and Vic & Dan Advertising choose to ignore signs in clear site "NO SOLICITING". Both of these companies have been contacted and asked to respect those signs. It is safe to assume if they do not respect your choice of "NO SOLICITING" they are not going to respect your privacy and they will trespass on your property. They have been contacted several time and still ignore requests. Is this the type of business you want to trust being around your house?

Wont stop leaving adds on my porch despite my no soliciting signs. Today I caught the man leaving one and he ignored me when I asked him to please take it back and to stop leaving them. Just rude.

Innovative painting did a great job on the complete repaint of our home's exterior--great attention to detail, meticulous work, and quick results. At the final inspection with the crew, there were only 3 very minor touch-ups needed and they did them immediately. That's pretty amazing for our large house. The crew was timely, worked very hard, and did a fantastic job. I highly recommend Innovative Painting.

Very happy with IP's work, they painted my house exterior last fall, and the house interior this week. Would not hesitate to use them for future painting projects.

I hired them to sand and re-stain my deck. The crew that did the work apparently was unfamiliar with how oil based stains should be applied. My deck now has lap marks where they overlapped stain on top of stain that was already drying. The company would not admit to making any mistakes. This is not a company I would recommend to anyone.
