Had the exterior of my house painted. They did a great job. Alyssa helped us with color choices and they were very flexible with multiple colors. It was quite apparent that they were invested in getting us the paint job we would love vs just getting it done and moving on to the next job. Very refressing! They were on time with job completion. They did everything they said they would do and didn't call the job done until I was happy with all of it. I got several bids before picking them. They were not the cheapest but they were very competitive. I felt like they were going to offer the best service for the best price and in the end I think I made the best call. I would recommend them.

The sales pitch is great. Scrape, sand, prime and paint and replace any bad boards for a fee, which I was fine with. Well none of this happened until I asked about it. And then it was maybe primer or just white paint. I had paint all over the windows, deck and patio. Some lines look like a 10 year old painted it. I called and complained about it but it still is not all done. The job was subcontracted out to R&L roofing and painting. He was in my driveway looking around. I asked Robert the crew foreman apparently about the sanding and priming and he told me that they are given an address and go paint. He knew nothing about sanding and priming. They broke a board on my pergola and brad nailed and caulked it back together. And still never finished painting it when I pointed it out on the final “walk through”. I even provided Gatorade and water in a cooler with ice every day they were here. Plus they made me buy plywood to paint above my pergola. I was told all would be handled. But it wasn’t. At all. I’m pretty sure I will be painting again in 2 years because of the poor prep and paint. Beware of this place. They have a good talk. But that’s about it. I should have some sort of paint warranty but nothing. If you leave a bad review they call and call and call to remove it. But I already have caulk coming out. Which I was told would be cut out and repaired. Please stop harassing my wife to take down a bad review. You did a bad job and deserve a bad review. Another call and I will take other actions. If you want to talk a whole hell of a lot of refund or a hate warranty then I’ll talk. Otherwise no way. It was poor service from the get go. If you need to contact me fine. Don’t harass my wife again.

Seemed like the prep work was lacking, sanding didn't occur, scraping was minimal. Paint was left on my front doorstep, and several areas where caulk wad needed dis not get caulked I've been trying for a week now to get warranty work done. I have yet to hear back from them despite 3 calls in to their office .

I worked for Imperial for one year and unfortunately had to leave due to a move that took me out of state. I was a sales rep for them during my time there. As a salesperson you have to believe in what you sell, this company makes that very easy. I believe in the products and recommendations that they provide, the painters that they have on staff, the production manager, and absolutely believe in the owner, Alyssa. This is a company that does things the right way and does everything that they can to take care of their customers because they truly care about the homeowner and want your project to be a pleasant experience every step of the way. I hope that whoever reads this chooses Imperial Painters for their next painting project because I can guarantee you it will be a great decision and you will be happy with the end result. This is the best company in the area, hands down.

Great job on the exterior of the house and shed. A little more pricey then other painting companies in the area but they garunteed their work and I got the 5 year paint. Tip before you paint. If your trim or gutters are old, replace them first.

The crew that I ended up with from the start were in a rush to finish the job as quickly as possible. In doing so there was over spray on window jams on flashing. Paint on the bottom of there shoes got on steps of the back deck that was painted last fall. There where areas that they completely missed on down spouts, gutters and garage door. When you have to go back twice to go over the job. You might want to think TWICE about this company.

I would not recommend this company to anyone. The customer service was terrible. They did not comply with the scheduled agreed times. They were suppose come on Friday and called to postpone until following Monday at 8:00 am. Did not arrive until 2:00 pm after numerous phone calls. Did not arrive second day until 9:00 am and 11:00 after promised to be at home at 7:3O job by 10:30. Did not meet deadline so could not move furniture back in home to stage. Painters did a good job but did not communicate well or arrive until called on both days. Owner of business has made amends for unfortunate experience. Awaiting call for equipment retrieval from site. We have been out of town last week and contractor expected to retrieve equipment today.

The initial consult was very easy and there was little I needed to do to get the job off the ground except pick colors. It took 3-4 weeks to get scheduled, but once a date was on the calendar, it was pretty easy. The production team was very professional and did a thorough walk through when finished. I felt completely at ease having them paint while I was out of the house both days. I was pleased with the finished product!

They did an excellent job with prepping trim and sealing everywhere. They finished the job ahead of schedule and their pricing was very reasonable considering the quality of work. With the use of quality materials, we now have a very even professional coating that should last up to a couple of decades, with as brutal as Colorado weather can be. Speaking of which, the weather threw our schedule a curve (as Colorado weather is prone to doing), and the job still got done in a timely fashion, all things considering. With a decent competitive price & friendly attentive service, I would recommend this company to anyone who wishes to make a quality upgrade to their house. Nice job, guys!

From the first Sales consult Jessica going through my project and pricing it out for me (working with me on the price), to the final walk-through with Nick and his crew helping my project come to light. I had 2 beautifully placed accent walls (fireplace and stairwell) done to perfection with a little advice from Nick, and a little love to the ceilings and trims as well. Just had my large patio painted by Imperial Painters. Had a wonderful experience right from the start... Zach came and gave me an estimate, then Alyssa came to finalize everything, both were personable, professional and easy to work with. Final bill was exactly what was on the estimate, because it had not been painted for quite a long time I was very worried what anyone could do with it! They were honest not promising me the Stars but letting me know exactly what they could do. Allen was the painter that showed up on time and ready to work. Once completed (on time) I was floored.
