We are very pleased with Helix Painting. On the day of the estimate, Brandon and Jared were completely present, happy to answer a multitude of questions honestly and fairly, kept their promises - and delivered. Jared was easily available to answer follow-up questions on color and types of stains. The communications overall were excellent. Joe, who was here to oversee operations, was equally knowledgeable, present and kind. Joe arrived before the project began and after it was completed to mindfully inspect the work and then again for a 'walk through'. He noticed a few sections which needed touch-up. He had organized the crew to return and stayed with the crew until they finished. What was most important to us was how this team went the extra steps to deliver quality work - to 'walk their talk'.

We've used Helix Painting for 3 different projects and all three experiences were fantastic. We were first introduced to Helix by our neighbors and had them paint our home's exterior. We were so impressed with the communication, attention to detail and quality results. We then had them paint our home's interior to prepare it for sale and after that the interior of our new home. Each time, Helix delivered great quality and made the process as painless as possible. While we likely won't need painting any time soon, we'll be sure to recommend them to friends.

Helix did a great job. They did the walk around before the job was started so that everyone knew what to expect when the job was completed. Tony was very helpful as we reviewed what was going to be done. Carlos and his crew were very considerate of our home as they did the job. They cleaned up after each day of work. They answered any questions or concerns that I had while they were doing the work. The cost for the job of painting our was very reasonable. I would recommend them. They completed the job on time .

The sales person/project manager we worked with was very professional and great at communication. The painting crew; however, was not good at doing the painting. After the initial work, we had them come back two times to fix a couple of major errors and several minor ones. We still have several issues including ceiling paint in many rooms that don't have clean lines around the edges and shows on the side walls as well as caulking that is coming loose. We will fix these issues ourselves. The other problem was that one painter came the first day and we talked for about 10 minutes and she left to get the paint and never came back, nor notified us that something else came up. We understand that the crews are contracted with Helix so other crews maybe better than one we had. Proceed with caution.

We spent nearly four months renovating our home in Denver and it was not an enjoyable experience. Given our experience I was dreading the final step -- repainting the exterior. Thankfully, working with Helix Painting was easily the best experience we've had with any of the contractors we’ve used since we purchased our home a few years ago. From the time Brandon came out to give an estimate until the lead painter Marco left every single person we met at Helix Painting was punctual, professional, and polite. Their customer service was outstanding – they showed up when promised and communicated with us throughout the process. I recently called Helix Painting at the recommendation of a friend who had used them. I had high expectations and they were met in every way. The team at Helix was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, and were available on 24 hours notice for an estimate. I got a live estimate on the spot which included a lot of options so I was able to choose paint selections and different rooms to fit my budget. The paint team showed up on time and were very meticulous. The transition lines all look great (which had been a problem with the last paint company) and they cleaned up thoroughly when they were done. I would highly recommend!

The Helix crew did nothing short of a fantastic job on our new home. We met them for a quote (they beat out CertaPro) and told them we had a tight timeline of 8 days before we moved in. They had the whole home painted in time for our arrival and their workmanship is spectacular. Vanessa from the office was very helpful and responsive in helping us coordinate everything with the crew. Helix work was high quality and they were reasonably priced compared to other bids I received. They painted the entire interior of our 2 story 3 BR home in 4 days and it looks fantastic. The crew protected everything with cloth and plastic. They were careful and thorough and cleaned up well at the end of every day. Brandon came to the house to do an on-site estimate for painting our kitchen, foyer, and dining room. He was very knowledgeable and spent time with us to really understand what we were looking for. We received some bids from other paint companies, but we ultimately decided we wanted to move forward with Helix. The project ended up taking a little more time than originally estimated and we changed the color of the paint midway through. Tony and his team were extremely patient and understanding through this process. He helped us choose a color that we now love! Helix stood by their original quote and we couldn't be happier with finished product. We will definitely use them for our next painting project and whole-heartedly recommend them to anyone looking for a painter!

Helix Painting was a delight to work with. They were very knowledgeable and helpful answering my questions when repainting the exterior of my home. Brandon gave me an estimate that was a bit higher than the other one I got. But I’ve made the mistake of going with the lowest bidder before and I have found what you pay for is what you get – I’ve had problems with dirt cheap contractors who don’t show up, have other issues, and don’t do good work. I decided to go with Helix because I thought they would do the best job – and they did. Everything exceeded my high expectations, they used great paints, and finished the job on time. Great work!
