Twice I have scheduled an estimate with Foxx painting. Once online and once with the owner. Both times know one showed up or called. When I spoke to Tim on Saturday he was very apologetic about missing the Saturday appointment. He sounded excited to paint my kitchen cabinets. Since he did not show up Monday, he must not do cabinets.

We hired Tim to paint our kitchen cabinets and he ended up sending a contractor to do it for him, we were fine with that assuming this person did quality work. Initially they looked fine, unfortunately about 6 weeks later the orange oak started bleeding through the white paint and paint is chipping away. We are not in the painting business so didn't know until doing some research after that they should have been sanded, primed and then painted using a high quality paint. We called Sherwin Williams and this was their specific instructions as well as asked a person who refinishers different types of wood. Sherwin Williams also told us the paint he used was contractor grade and not the right paint for cabinets, which is very apparent by the orange streaks bleeding through the paint. We contacted Tim approximately a month ago to come and look at them and fix the problem and he never did. At this point we have to reface the cabinets because removing all this paint, sanding, priming and repainting isn't a cost effective solution. His comments to us have been very unprofessional and immature. We do not recommend his company. He will argue this review but he hasn't seen the cabinets chipping and orange oak bleeding through the paint because he refuses to come and actually look. When cabinets aren't properly prepped the orange original oak doesn't bleed through immediately. They were finished in July and it took approximately 4-6 weeks for the bleeding and paint chipping to start.

Tim and crew did a great job painting the house, they did a full prep, pressure washing, sealing all the seams and edges. The job was completed in three days by five men. Full cleanup after each day, the team was very quiet while they worked. Complete walkaround with Tim and Jesus team foreman to make sure the job was complete and to my satisfaction. Well done Tim

Tim did an awesome job. He painted the entire main floor of my home, plus 2 steep stairways! He is meticulous in his work. Always on time and works all day. I am going to remodel my kitchen and he is coming back to finish painting and do touchups when the kitchen is finished. He's very professional and makes sure that he has everything cleaned up and put away before he leaves everyday. Tim did most of the painting while I was on vacation and moved all the furniture from each room with care. I highly recommend Tim for any of your painting jobs whether it be an interior or exterior job, he excels at all!

I hired Tim to initially paint the outside which his crew completed in a quick and detailed fashion. Because of this great job I hired Tim to paint my interior for a pending sale of the house. He handled it personally and was extremely thorough in his attention to detail. The services he offers when painting (repairing holes, baseboard sanding/repair, caulking) has made this interior look brand new. There was no paint on any of the new carpets or flooring thanks to the incredible prep he does. I would recommend Tim to anyone needing a professional job for internal or external painting.

Horrible experience!! I hired Tim to paint my main living area due to a vaulted ceiling. Decided to have him paint everything except bathrooms & my daughter's bedroom. Every single wall needs to be redone & there is overspray on every door & lightswitch in my house. My house was a major renovation project, so it was bare bones empty for painting. They did no prep work. I specifically asked if I should take care of it, Tim told me that it was part of the deal. Some how they still managed screw up the entire job. Luckily I only paid half down. When the job was still incomplete, I told Tim what needed to be fixed & he threatened to take legal action against me for being unreasonable. They should not be spraying the interior & Tim does not hold true to his word. I have photos that show the awful state Tim left my house in, I'm just not sure how to attach them on Google.

Tim and his team did an amazing job painting the common area of my house. He was really easy to work with and did a fantastic job at helping pick out colors that would match. His team was amazing and they did such straight lines and edges. They also got the job done quickly. They covered everything and cleaned up so well. I sought multiple quotes for my project and chose Foxx Painting as the presentation was thorough and addressed all of my questions. He provided me with various paint options rather than pushing a particular product and even had the representative for the paint type of choice visit the project as well. Tim went above and beyond and has the "eye for detail". His efforts resulted in what looks to be a brand new home. I would definitely recommend Foxx Painting for your painting needs.
