We were looking to get 6 rooms of our house patched and painted within a week's timeframe. Dave from Contemporary came out quickly (about a day after we called) to give us an estimate. He was comprehensive, very knowledgeable about home interiors (both floors and walls), and easy to talk to. He was thorough and provided us with a quote the same day. They were competitively priced with the other quotes we received AND they were able to get all of the work done in one day, within a week of the estimate. The project manager, Joe, and the crew, Mia, Judith, Mario, and Angel were all ahead of time the morning of the job, and they did a fantastic job. We were pretty nit picky on a few minor things that we caught in our final review of the job, and they quickly patched it up and cleaned up everything like they were never there. Our place looks brand new, and they didn't miss a single thing. We will definitely call Dave and the team at Contemporary Painting for any additional projects we may have in the future. This was the worst experience we had in home improvements. I would never recommend this company to paint your house.The crew showed up multiple days late by hours. The crew broke our mirror but did not tell us. We told Dave that the bathroom mirror was missing, he told us that we were wrong and it was in our house while getting heated and making us feel like liars. My husband and I searched high and low- we knew it was not in our home but Dave insisted that we were wrong. It was later found out that one of the crew members broke it but Dave did not tell us that. The crew did replace the mirror which we are grateful for. Dave also did not believe us when we told him that the crew got paint on all of our furniture. I took pictures of the furniture and emailed them to the owner and Dave. Patrick was much more helpful. This project took 3 days and we had 2 walk throughs to try and finalize the project to be satisfactory. We had paint on all of our furniture, floors, coffee marker, counter tops, cabinets, oven and all fixtures. I attached pictures of the finished project (finished according to Dave-not us) to show you what kind of work you will be paying for. I only attached a few pictures but those mistakes are throughout the entire house.
